This home provided everything required for a most memorable vacation. The views are stunning. The location is convenient to all activities/sights on the island. The home is very well-equipped from beach accessories to kitchen appliances. The owner is so responsive and ensures your stay is perfect. An overall 10 in our opinion!

This villa was secluded JUST like we wanted. Walk onto your own beach or drive 4min to Grapetree restaurant. Towns close by with many yummy restaurants. Things we found in the home that we weren’t expecting-small cooler, laundry soap and snorkel equipment! Our end of June stay offered great weather.

This property is beautiful and located on a quiet road very secluded and private. We loved the pool, the large deck, great views of the water and never ending sound of the waves hitting the beach! Would recommend this beach house to anyone wanting a private beach getaway with all the amenities and complete privacy.

Beautiful location! Fantastic grounds. The house is as described. The new Grapetree Hotel is a 4 min walk down the street and has great lunch options. We would definitely stay again!

This home was described exactly as it is. Situated steps from the beach with a relaxing atmosphere and needed privacy was all we could hope for. We were able to take advantage of the snorkel and fins available at the house and the cooler and ice packs for day trips to Buck Island. We took a 2 1/2 mile hike through the rain forest to discover the tide pools that awaited us. A night out at the casino offered free drinks and complementary $15 slot machine plays! The owners were very responsive with any needs that the house had. Within a few hours the pool was cleaned and a minor plumbing issue was fixed. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes everything you could need. We grilled steak and lamb chops on the gas grill. My husband and I felt quite at home. With the added bonus of waves from the Atlantic ocean luring us to sleep each night. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

Breezy Beach was indeed breezy! The high ceilings and exposed wood beams make this place architecturally pleasing. The Breezy Beach book really helped with all the quirks around the house. Wi-FI worked when power was on. The cistern restart thing was an additional thing but happened just a few times. We lost power a few times. Everything works but the fridge could be updated as well as the dishwasher. Towels were adequate for the beach and home. The pool is lovely and was serviced during our time there. The house manager was generally responsive about information and the house. The access to the beach, the hammocks, walks to "pelican" rock and seeing the turtle tracks made this vacation magical. We will hopefully return again.

The best thing this place has to offer is the amazing view! This property is located at a perfect spot! Beach just steps away, amazing lanai, & awesome pool! Pamela is a wonderful person who met us at the airport & guided us to the house, allowing us to stop for groceries. She even gave us some bags to use so we wouldn't have to pay for them. Very sweet lady. The house itself, however, really needs to be cleaned & repaired. All of the dishes needed to be washed before using them, so many cobwebs, a wad of hair wrapped up on a hairdryer in a drawer in the bathroom, cabinets have grease stuck on them & probably years worth of bugs stuck in the window screens. Light fixtures need replacing & exterior doors are seriously falling apart as well as the living room furniture. The listing reports the house does not have A/C but keeps fairly cool with windows open. This stands to be true BUT there is no screens for the sliding doors that open up the living room. So in order to get air into the house, you have to get eaten up by a million mosquitoes since there are no screens to keep them out. That being said, the price is lower than a lot of other places so maybe this is why. We were not happy about these things but we decided to make the best of it & we did. We had such a peaceful, relaxing, & wonderful time.

My husband and I, along with another couple, spent 10 days at Breezy Beach. The layout of the home is perfect and private as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home. The living area is expansive, with a wall sliding glass doors that open up to a stunning view of the large covered porch, pool and the ocean. All needed ammenities were there: towels, wifi, snorkle equipment, and full kitchen. The home is a bit dated and there is no air conditioning but the ceiling fans provide an adequate breeze in the evening. There may have been more beech area in the past but perhaps after storms, there is just a small beach area in front of the house. Also, you cannot swim in front of the house as the surf is rough and there are some big rocks. Further down the beach is an area that you can enter the water a little easier. We were hoping for snorkling in front of house, as someone had indicated in one of the reviews, but this was impossible secondary to the surf. All and all, Breezy beach was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay there.

After a bit of a glitch regarding our arrival date, our stay at Breezy Beaches was all we had hoped for. Pam , the property manager, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We were met at the airport with smiles and a warm welcome. She helped us when we arrived at the house to find it not quite ready for our stay. She took the time to show us the turtle nests and ensured we were settling in. The owner, Lee ,contacted us the following day and made sure we had what we needed. His apology for the house not ready for our arrival was very sincere and went above and beyond to make up for it. The area is beautiful and our favorite activity was to hike to the amazing ,undisturbed natural beaches just a short distance away. Following closely for favorite activity would be the hammock time- even more beautiful than the pictures. We will definitely make a return trip !

Breezy Beach is a wonderful spot to just relax and enjoy the gorgeous setting - the beach, the palm trees, the pool, the shaded terraces. The fact that the beach is a favorite turtle nesting spot just added to the interest. The house is spacious and airy in a very quiet neighborhood. Pam McFadden, the property manager is very responsive - she met us at the airport and promptly resolved some minor issues we had.

This house is a great place to spend a week on the island. There are restaurants close by and several different beaches. We found out the hard way that you should wear shoes out to the beach to avoid the sharp burrs in the grass, but we only made that mistake once. Pam helped us get settled and was available if we needed her. The house had everything we needed (family of four). I’d stay there again, no question.

Breezy Beach was a perfect home for us during our visit to St. Croix. It was our fourth time visiting the island and this is by far our favorite spot we have stayed. My husband and I and our two kids (age 10 and 16) stayed there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The location was perfect, the beach was wonderful and we had so much fun in the ocean we didn't even get much of a chance to enjoy the beautiful pool at the house. We took walks every morning and evening and there was little to no vehicle traffic on any of the neighborhood roads. We met some of the neighborhood locals at the beach and it was fun to chat with them about their time on the island too :) The doors and louvered windows opened up on all sides and we enjoyed the beautiful sea breezes and listening to the ocean waves. The beds were very comfortable everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable. Pam the manager was very thorough with all the instructions and amenities for the house and we appreciated her help getting settled in. We would definitely stay at the home again, as we were leaving the house, our kids said goodbye Breezy Beach! We were all a little sad to leave but we will be back again! Thanks for the perfect week!

Breezy Beach gives you the perfect rustic beachside experience that let’s you really get a feel for the island vibe. There are neighbors but it feels secluded and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself is a bit sea worn and some upgrades in the kitchen and furniture would be beneficial but everything worked well and we had everything we needed. There is no A/C but with the constant sea breeze you can easily control the interior climate. We even had to use a blanket at night. The island itself is recovering well from the hurricanes so it was well worth the trip. Thanks.

The house was exactly as described. Very calm and relaxing. The view from the porch was fabulous! A wonderful oasis!

This was our 2nd trip back to the island and Breezy Beach. The house and location are absolutely perfect, the house is well kept, and the management staff is friendly and helpful ( thanks Pam). We have traveled all over the island and can not find a prettier view then from the back porch of Breezy Beach. On this trip we brought our daughter, son in-law and granddaughter (toddler) . Everyone had plenty of room. We snorkeled (down the beach to the right about 50 yards is the best place), went beach combing every day, and even at night. All in all this was the best family trip we have ever had. Owners Lee and Murrie are the best , they worked with us around schedules and re-booking. We were originally scheduled last fall when the hurricanes hit the island. We will re-book Breezy Beach for our next trip.

We are grateful that you opened your home to us. Such a wonderful and relaxing place. We were greeted at the airport and were led to grocery store then to the main house so that we didn't have to search for anything. We have been on several vacations but this home was the most relaxing place we have ever stayed. We lost power one night due to one severe storm but everything was all set up for an emergency so the hour without power we still had lights because there were lanterns in each room ready for such a situation. I cannot think of one minute while we were there that we didn't feel like we were in heaven. We highly recommend this home for anyone's home away 🌴❤️

The property was wonderful and enjoyed our stay.The only issue was that the property shows a lot wear and is in need of maintenance and renovation.But this wouldn't stop us from renting again

What can I say, our 2nd trip to St Croix and we absolutely loved "Breezy Beach"!! As a matter of fact, it is so beautiful that we almost wanted to keep it a secret so no one else would find out about it!! A great clean house right on the water with a great pool and views to kill for in a super location in the East end.. By all means, do yourself a favor and put this place high on your list, as you won't regret it... Owner, Lee was great and easy to deal with and Pamela, the rental manager, met us at the airport and got us settled at the house. Good people, great time... we will be back!! We’re in the process of finalizing plans to return for a third time, so I think that probably says it all. The pictures and description of this beach home are accurate and you won’t be disappointed. The constant sounds of the ocean and beach breezes are positively mesmerizing. It felt like we just spent two weeks living outdoors, but with all of our “creature comforts” (kitchen, TV, internet). This private and roomy home is located right on the beach, just as described and shown in the pictures. Although there are numerous good restaurants within easy driving distance, we found ourselves eating in more and more simply because the view from the dining table on the veranda simply can’t be matched anywhere. Christiansted is about a 20-minute drive away; the grocery store 15 minutes; there are plenty of restaurants even closer. The owners and rental manager are committed to ensuring you have a great stay and are very responsive if you have any questions or issues. There are two very large bedrooms at either end of the house, each with its own bathroom, ensuring plenty of privacy and space. There’s a third bathroom off the kitchen. In between is an open kitchen/dining/family room space that opens directly out onto the veranda via a wall of sliding glass doors. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, look no further.
