It’s in a great area, quiet and not far from the store if you need something quick it’s only a few minute bike ride. Always see deer. I do like they added double bunk beds and a ping pong table to the home. The only thing that would have been nice would have been to be able to use the tennis court that abuts the property. It was locked and only for members.

A side note is that this home is definitely starting to be dated and needing some updates. Linings are showing wear, coffee maker needs to be replaced, kitchen knifes are terrible, window blinds are worn out and don't work properly are just to name a few issue. With that said, this home is a solid rental. Location is awesome: close to Fort Rock, the grocery store, Woodlands golf course, north sunriver, and a straight shot to the the Sharc. The home has no A/C. Can be a issue in the hot months.

Everything about this house was exactly as stated. Location was at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Great grassy yard. Perfect for our family!

The layout of the home worked well for our group. And the location was great and close to everything. The cul de sac was perfect for the kids could to ride bikes safely. A couple things that would have been nice: cleaning supplies to wipe down counter tops, a sponge to wash dishes, a dust pan to use with the broom and, a portable A/C unit for the upstairs. It was uncomfortably warm and the small fans provided weren’t enough to keep the upstairs cool. Also the comforters and shams in the bunk room needed to be washed, not just flipped between stays.Overall, Shagbark 12 was a great home to stay in and we would definitely recommend it. Thank you :)

This home VERY comfortably fit our family while in town for a tournament. We wished we had more time to ride bikes and swim! The home with packed with things to use and do. We loved the wrap around deck and back field area. Loved this home so much we are saving the listing and plan to come back and stay a week!

The house was perfectly appointed and clean and the location was ideal for both local and non-local travel. The house felt very private and is centered at the end of a cul-de-sac. Truly feels like the best of Sunriver.

Great house, just noticed the railing on the top deck very wobbly.

This home was well set up, kids slept downstairs, master on the main, good sized kitchen. The living room was large and comfortable, lots of outside space, and we loved the grassy yards! Our dogs loved it, the home was very clean and had no noticeable pet smells as a previous guests had noted. One of the bikes was broken, we messaged them about, they were very prompt at responding. I would advise bringing staple items like foil, and ziploc bags, we’ve stayed in other homes that had those on replacement basis, this home had Saran Wrap in the pantry. Overall we loved it, quiet location, close to everything.

Many positives: location, flat lot with grass, cut de sac, close to north store, quiet, good floorpan. Negatives: carpet is gross - pet friendly but carpet needs to be replaced; a cleaning won't do it.

Property was well equipped and everything was clean except the floors. The carpet desperately needs a clean as past guests have let their dogs use it as a bathroom. I wiped up some water on the kitchen floor and the towel was filthy. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and we did enjoy our stay, but the floor was a little concerning.

Great home with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing and hanging out

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house on Shagbark. Perfect home for 4 adults, 4 kids and a dog. The temps in Sunriver hit the 90's a few days making the house a bit hot as there is no A/C (as listed in the description). But, it didn't really matter as we spent our days exploring the Lava Caves, the SHARC, the Village, etc. Evening dinners on the spacious decks were enjoyed by all. Ping pong was a hit with the kids, and the street is very quiet which made for a great place for the kids to ride their scooters around and around and around the circle in front of the house.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It fit perfect for us. Everything was super clean when we arrived and checking out was a breeze. We will be coming back to this house next year.

Nice, comfortable house. Enjoyed the hot tub and lunches on the sunny deck. We had a great time. The house is in need of some maintenance (front steps need to be refinished, the blinds are falling apart, downstairs shower doesn't drain well).

Great place. Great time.

This house was perfect for our family. Two older children, us and our parents. The house was in a quiet area and close to the North store which was nice. The kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table and we used the bikes as well. Plenty of room for everyone. Another thing I enjoyed were all the decks. My only downside to the decks were the railings as our smallest dog could easily get through the underneath side. I would not have a small child on the decks for that reason either. Other than that we were very pleased with the house.

While the property inside is not updated, it fully accommodated our needs. We have 1 teen, 1 tween, 10 year old and a dog. Everyone's needs were met. Tons of outdoor spaces to sit and chill, super quiet area. Came with 4 bikes but they are all cruisers and where the house is located = a bit of hills riding to the sharc, village and meadow so I'd recommend bringing gear bikes if you want to bike a ton. We'd for sure stay again. Love Sunriver!

Property is comfortable and served our purposes well. The unseasonable heat made the late afternoons and evenings a little toasty but the house cooled down through the night with the windows and sliding doors open.

I've stayed in plenty of vacation rentals, and this one I can honestly say was the best one yet. My husband and I both agreed that the place was not the least bit run down, and really lived up to expectations. The split level was awesome, the house was very clean, the furniture was comfortable and very well taken care of amidst constant guests, and the property managers were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
