This house was great for a group ski trip. It’s located at the south end of Elk Horn with easy access to both mountains and downtown. Would absolutely book again.

This was perfect place for our family to stay for 6 days. We were attending a winter wedding. The owner/ host was very nice and accommodating. Had a wonderful time. The location couldn't have been better.

The house was great. It had all the room we needed for 5 adults and 4 teens. We cooked most of the nights we were there and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate our meals around the very large dining table which was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The bunk room was great. It was so big and just pefect for teens. The house is very nicely decorated and so comfortable. The enclosed front porch was great for leaving boots and skis. The location was perfect. Only a few minutes from both mountains, Sun Valley Resort and Ketchum. We truly enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back!

The location is really beautiful. It is located on a dead-end culdesac, very private and quiet, lots of trees. The space I feel is actually a little bigger than it appears in the photos. The beds were comfortable also. The rooms are extremely spacious! Overall, a wonderful stay. Carmen was great! She was very responsive to any questions I had. We would love to stay here again sometime.

My wife and I (from Seattle), along with our 33 year-old daughter who flew up from the Bay area, stayed at this lovely property for 10 days - we spent the time hiking, biking and cooked in with fine wines that we picked up in Walla Walla on the drive from Seattle. The property was clean, had plenty of space - and was located in a superb part of the Valley, close to our favorite hiking spots. The owner, Carmen, was extremely helpful with the check-in and a small plumbing issue, quickly remedied.
Our only issues, that I’m sure will be quickly remedied, were a BBQ grill that had not been cleaned (the grill was so caked that an industrial scrubber I bought) in some time, easily remedied with a new grill - and a failure to notify us of a planned major power outage our last night that lasted 12 hours and delayed our departure in complete darkness without supplied candles or flashlights (plus the usual issue of getting a garage door mechanically opened…)
Overall, a delightful place to savor the delights of Sun Valley!

We loved our stay! We had every amenity we needed! This house lacked nothing! It was incredibly clean and homey! We cooked on the stove and the gas grill. Everything worked as should. BIG BONUS is the fact that this property has air conditioning which is a rare find in Sun Valley! Thank you so much! We plan to book again next year!

Wonderful family home in great location near a pretty creek. House is very spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean and all appliances are modern and
worked well. Nice outdoor decks and near bike and hiking path. I recommend highly.

Very accommodating
We really enjoyed our stay, the house was centrally located, just a few minutes from Hailey & an hour from Stanley, which we highly recommend visiting...absolutely beautiful! We took in hiking & white water rafting. Carmen, the owner, made it very easy for us during our stay. It was a nice home & had everything we needed.

We chose this house because it could comfortably accommodate a large group and it close proximity to the bus stop to the River Run lifts. It only took 6 minutes on the bus to the lifts, so it could not be easier. The house main floor living space is extremely comfortable for a group. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home is a cozy, welcoming home with plenty of space for great family time. It allows for family time together at the tables playing games provided or chatting in the sitting area upstairs. There's also space for some alone time in the master sitting area of bunk room couches. We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen is with pots, pans, plenty of plates and glasses, etc. We couldn't think of anything it was missing! We hope to use the property again for another family get togeter.

We came to Sun Valley from the Midwest and Southeast for a family reunion over Thanksgiving. I have never stayed at a vacation property with a kitchen that was prepped to serve Thanksgiving dinner to 10 people, amazing!

Excellent place to stay- very very close to check in spots for race event and only 10 min to race start line! Owner was very communicative and helpful- house is absolutely amazing for our group - 4 couples. garage held all our bikes, just perfect

Could use more deck furniture to really enjoy the 3 decks. Parking was a bit limited. Enjoyed the location in Elkhorn near the bike trail and the pools were a nice touch.

Generally a nice place to stay. One bedroom was described as having a queen and a bunk but there was no bunk so we made adjustments to who slept where. Could use more deck furniture to really enjoy the 3 decks. Parking was a bit limited. Enjoyed the location in Elkhorn near the bike trail and the pools were a nice touch.

Comfortable Condo just outside Ketchum
Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this house on a quiet little cul-de-sac in Elkhorn area. The place is well laid out and very comfortable. It also has AC which is not common in Ketchum. We used the pool as well which was great and easy to acceas. We would happily return.

We spent most of our time mountain biking on Baldy and at Red Fish Lake, but one day we enjoyed the pool at the Harker Center and were really happy that it was available to us. Carmen was quick to respond to our request for new guest passes since I couldn't find the email that had them; she is a fantastic host.A huge plus, for us, was how well stocked the kitchen is since we cooked all of our meals here. It was easy to find anything we needed, and to make our meals with ease.We were also happy to find plenty of towels for all of us. We've stayed in many places that list sleeping for 12+, only to find that there aren't enough towels for 12 people. Happily, there are plenty of towels here!Overall, we were very happy here. We would definitely stay here again.
