Beautiful house was immaculate on check-in. Multilevel house was well stocked for our large group. Good supply of towels in all bedrooms and baths. New dock was recently installed and provided a nice place to relax and wet a line.

This multi-level property allowed my family and my brother's family with adult children and teens to be able to spread out and relax for six days in December of 2023. We were also able to come together for meals, swimming, and board games. This home has a lot to offer for this reason. Yes, there are steps between different bedrooms and the two kitchens, but the different levels allowed some of the family to stay up late and some to go to sleep on different schedules. The home has pots and pans, utensils and microwave/oven/stove/fridges on two different levels. We had to supply our own salt/pepper/cooking oil. The counterspace was great for us to serve buffet style meals for our large group.
The pillows, towels and sheets were good quality for the beds provided, the throw blankets were cozy for naps on the couch, and the rooms were clean. The outdoor space and pool table room gave us a fun way to pass the time between the beach trip and other tourist events. We used the grill for burgers, and it worked great! We enjoyed Clearwater Beach and Dunedin restaurants after a quick internet search of local attractions.
When hiccups occurred as they do in life, the host was helpful and honest in resolving the problems.
The location of this home is on a quiet dead end street with canal access to the lake. For our family, this property provided us a comfortable place to make life long memories. Thanks to the hosts for the service of their property and the effective communication!

This was a wonderful place for our family Thanksgiving. Everyone had their own space if needed and there were plenty of gathering places. The pool table and the water pool added lots of fun for everyone. Any questions were answered immediately by the owners.
We hope to be here again.

It was a lot of my family that came and we had a wonderful vacation and it took care all ages from kids to adults and enough room for everyone. Was a very pleasurable experience and great place !!! Can’t wait to come back and do it again

We had 8 people, plenty of room and excellent pool! Room to roam ,gather, and have our own space. Excellent communication with the owner. Home is as nice as the pictures! We all loved it.

Home was perfect for our families. Pool was great attraction for 6 and 7 year olds. The one thing that would be in your guest's best interest would be given the password for the secure network... both son and daughter had some business communications and appreciated the secure network.

The House was amazing!! Beyond Expectations. Everything was very clean. Very peaceful neighborhood. We did a lot of walking and jogging. The pool was fantabulous. The house was the perfect place to have pictures taken of my son, his groomsmen and family the day of his wedding. We will have everlasting memories of this home!! Brett was awesome to communicate with when questions did arise!!! Thank you Brett and Konnie!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group.
The outside seating areas were our absolute favorites.
Coffee and tea in the morning watching the birds and wildlife. Afternoons spent relaxing in the heated pool.
Spirited games of pool were played to determine who really was the pool shark in the group.
Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Quiet neighborhood.
Awesome time and would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. We enjoyed swimming, playing pool, fishing of the dock and cooking in the well-equipped kitchens. Thank you for letting us escape to sunny FL for part of our winter from upstate NY.

OMG!! This lakefront property was absolutely stunning. We had a party of 10 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom, and the house was generously spacious to accommodate all. I absolutely loved the location, the house was fully equipped with everything. We sat out on the patio and by the pool each morning while having our coffee while taking in the view of alligators roaming in the canal lol We’re planning our 2nd vacation already! Thank you so very much Brett for the exceptional customer service provided.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Palm Harbor. Your home was so wonderful. There was something for everyone, with the pool area, pool table and second family room space in the basement, amazing kitchen area for us to enjoy making meals together, as well as the wonderful screened in deck area right off the dinning room/kitchen area. I spend time in the morning enjoying my morning devotion and tea outside on the deck as the sun came up and you could always find someone out on the deck throughout the day just relaxing in the shade watching for wildlife to go by.
The pool area was absolutely perfect for our group. Plenty of sun for the sun lovers like me and plenty of shade for our fairer family members. We enjoyed early morning swims, evening swims and swimming throughout the day. While the water lovers enjoyed the pool, the guys were inside enjoying using the pool table.
Brett was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay, not that we had many. Your home was a wonderful place for our family to spend our vacation. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Amazing Property!
The house is amazing. It's even better than it looks online. The pool is perfect and 2nd floor balcony is perfect to see the wildlife coming through the canal. Loved this property and would definitely recommend to others.

Family summer fun 22
This property was really nice. We were in love with the house, the location and neighborhood. It is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We have a large family, kids range from 25 to 16 years old and grandchildren 2 years to 4 mos.old. We loved being all together and had an amazing time. Only problem we had was the trash pick up and dryer on the bottom floor didn't get hot. However, it wasn't that big of a deal and we would definitely go back.

Great Family Vacation
The property was beyond what we expected. Lots of room and spacious bedrooms. The pool was a big hit with kids and very clean. Being 3 levels everyone had separate areas to sleep and relax with the extra living areas on each floor. Large kitchen that was well equipped with cookware and serving pieces. High end appliances in main kitchen and the extra kitchen was great for stocking fridge with cold drinks. Neighbors were friendly and host was responsive with ideas for dinner and recreation in area. Close to restaurants and Publix which was a big plus.

Amazing time
We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful property. The owner was highly responsive and even delivered items that we felt were missing (small cooler and some kids games). Love the rooms, outdoor sitting area, pool, location, etc. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Pros: location was nice, size of house is huge, pool was great & covered (if you want heat - ask the owner first), views were nice, master bedroom was large enough to have child pack n play, towels were clean and provided. Nice sitting area outside kitchen. Large basement & living room space.
Cons: lots of cosmetic issues - didn't look like the pictures IMO, cabinets falling off hinges, bathroom downstairs had poor lighting, doors hardly worked in some rooms, wifi was awful - none of us could get consistent signal, garage doors were weird & didnt work accordingly, house needed major maintenance updates & a deep clean. Indoor & outdoor furniture was old and worn out. Kitchen supplies were poor & need renewed and updated. House has 3 floors so please be prepared to do stairs.

Once they are resolved it will be a 5 star location.

Amazing House Amazing Location
The house is amazing! Great for families, friends or even retreats for work. So much house everyone could spread out when we needed a break. The pool was great we got it heated since we were there in Feb, took a day or two to get very warm but was still warm enough to use the first day. Neighbors were stellar, giving us fishing tips and morning coffee chats. The area was great lots of food options so close to the grocery store. Matt was great checked in on us and was quick to respond with any questions. I would book this property again for sure!

It was great! Brett and Konnie were so friendly and accommodating. Large home spread across 3 levels so plenty of room to spread out and find your own space when you wanted it. Outdoor spaces were beautiful also. Breaks new memory foam mattresses on every bed made sleeping a dream for everyone in our large grown family.

The home was spacious, plenty of living areas for different activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing right off the dock. Brett was very responsive. Had a memorable and great time!

The house was describe accurately. Everything in terms of grill, gas, utensils, dinnerware was provided. This is a large house with lots of steps, so not great for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Our favorite hangout was the back deck, which is where we spent most of our time. We tried to use the pool table but found the cue sticks damaged (only two). We also had trouble with the downstairs tv and was unable to watch live NFL football. But these were minor issues. Anyone looking for a great house with lots of space will enjoy this place!

Spent seven days at this house located off the canal. We used it on a all guy fishing vacation. The house is beautiful with five bedrooms, a pool, and two full kitchens. The house was describe accurately. Everything in terms of grill, gas, utensils, dinnerware was provided. This is a large house with lots of steps, so not great for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Our favorite hangout was the back deck, which is where we spent most of our time. We tried to use the pool table but found the cue sticks damaged (only two). We also had trouble with the downstairs tv and was unable to watch live NFL football. But these were minor issues. Anyone looking for a great house with lots of space will enjoy this place!
