The property was just as described and had everything we needed from beach chairs to coolers. A/C worked great and kept us nice and cool. Mark was an excellent communicator. The beach in front of condo was a great place for us to try snorkeling for the first time. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a fantastic stay in St. Croix. The condo is comfortable and it is nice that there are two king beds. The bedrooms have window A/C units which are noisy but cool well. The beach near the condo is great - a few lounge chairs are available for the complex and we never had trouble getting a chair. The water is warm and clear and you can go out pretty far and still be able to touch. We would recommend water shoes for this beach and actually all the beaches in St. Croix.

The condo was well equipped. The complex was nice and the pool and beach area was great. The location is close to pretty much everything you want to do.

This is a very homey unit that has everything you could possibly want or need, plus a great view of the pool and sea. Close to downtown Christiansted and convenient food shopping. Friendly and helpful staff, a very well-managed property.

This property was exactly as described. Super clean and supplied everything you needed. Beach was at your doorstep and the extra wide patio was a definite plus. Mark the owner was very responsive and check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Can only recommend Colony Cove!!!

Just like staying at a resort without all the fees. Very well stocked condo with just about everything you could imagine. And the owners are extremely fast with response to any questions asked. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Third floor paradise.

You cannot ask for more. Great place with a great host. Mark is so easy to communicate with, the whole process of checking in, moving in and moving out was a breeze. Place is amazing, spacious and clean. The living room does have an AC unit which makes your stay in the apartment even more comfortable. We could not ask for more. We will definitely return. The property was as described. Had everything we needed. As other people stated the air conditioners are in the bedrooms only, it gets pretty warm in the kitchen and living room in the evening especially when you're cooking. The location is clean. The pool had a leak, they were filling it daily, therefore the water was too cold to enjoy. A few people were in the ocean swimming, but not us, there's a lot of seaweed. Over all we liked the location and was happy with our stay. The view was very pretty and the deck was awesome. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The ocean view is amazing. It was stocked with everything you might need for a long stay. The location was perfect. We would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for the perfect island getaway.

Overall we were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. Mark was very nice to work with and responded promptly when our flight was canceled and we had to arrive a day late. Grounds and pool were well maintained.

I highly recommend this rental! The view of the Caribbean from the triple wide balcony is magical and jaw dropping. The unit is very clean, well-organized, incredibly well stocked (dishware, linens, supplies, etc), and centrally located on the island. Security around the complex was excellent - I felt very safe. Mark, the owner, was great to work with. All door codes were provided well in advance and he notified me promptly when the main security gate code changed. This unit is 3rd floor which gives it the amazing view, but it does mean you have to lug your stuff up/down the stairs (no elevator). Other residents in the complex were very friendly and I enjoyed grilling by the pool in the evening. This is a fantastic rental and St. Croix is a wonderful island! My friend and I were coming to St. Croix for the first time and found this condo on Homeaway/VRBO. It wound up being in a good central location, had two bedrooms and two bath bathrooms and a beautiful lanai with a portion of ocean view. It was very quiet and clean. There were probably a few updates that would enhance the experience (room darkening shades in bedrooms). We found the cost to be very reasonable and overall we would highly recommend this place. The owner was responsive to our questions.

The rental was in a wonderful location to access the entire island. The pool was convenient and we enjoyed it several times and enjoyed walking the beach. Don't miss the snorkeling to the W of the front of the building for a tire reef. The home had some great extras from beach chairs to coolers right down to some little things like Pam :-). Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent again.

We had a ball the whole time we was there and did not want to come home!. And we are looking forward to hopefully going again next year.

The island is amazing and this property did not disappoint. Great snorkeling off shore was an unexpected bonus! The owners were responsive and always responded timely. Overall I would recommend! P.S. Add La Reine chicken shack as a recommended place to grab a bite! Best Johnny Cakes and the chicken is amazing.

This place was perfect for us! It's centrally located on the north side which was extremely convenient to beach and bar hop. There are tons of fun things to do nearby. The place was very relaxing and quiet, we definitely would stay again!

I don't think we could have found a better place to stay on our first trip to St. Croix. My husband and I, sister-in-law and brother-in-law stayed at Estate Golden Rock for 7 nights and loved the condo, location, and property amenities. The view from the 3rd floor deck is wonderful and we enjoyed it every day first thing in the morning before our day trips exploring the island and in the evening when we returned. The pool is great, close to the unit, and cleaned daily by the staff. We also used the grill at the pool one evening to cook steaks for dinner and it worked great. Check in was seamless, any questions that we had were answered immediately, and we were sad when we had to leave. Would highly recommend this and hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful condo equipped with everything you need! Two wonderful sized bedrooms with large closets. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The balcony is delightful and has a great view! Located in Christiansted, close to downtown. Mark, the owner, is very nice and gives you his number if you need anything. He also gives a list of favorite restaurants and places to go!

I Don't like that the apartment was at the three floor...

We had to cut our stay short but the condo was very nice and so comfortable!! Very clean and loved the layout…..we really had a nice time!

Loved the place. Has everything you could possibly need. Location great and close to town. Comfy beds and beautiful view. Only downsides were the smell of the dead seaweed on the beach (which is out of their control obviously, but it’s really strong and you can’t swim because of it) and the lack of ac in the living room. Bedroom acs worked great but they don’t pump air all the way to the living room very well and you can’t have the windows open because it’s hot and the seaweed smell. I would stay here again however and really loved the unit, the pool and location. They have a really nice place.

We loved the location of the property. Our main goal of the visit was to do lots of snorkeling and that we did. Not only is there good snorkeling behind the condo there are lots of wonderful spots very close by. Restaurant right next door was nice Plus the staff that managed the property were very nice and willing to speak with you. Pool was in good condition and clean. We would definitely go back again.

Very nice condo with private parking and tons of amenities! Snorkel gear, chairs, linens, fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space with 2 BR/ 2 BA. Grounds are well cared for and the pool is very clean. Great eateries within walking distance and a short drive to downtown Christiansted. Thanks!

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved the condo. As far as we were concerned the condo was almost perfect. It was clean and decorated very nicely. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. The other residents there were friendly and quiet. There is a restaurant next door that we ate at multiple times.The Owners were very friendly and responsive to any needs.The only complaint, and it is not the fault of the owners, is the sagassum seaweed. It washes up on the beach in huge amounts. The smell is very unpleasant. Of the 6 weeks we were there, a good 2 weeks of it the beach was unusable because of the sagassum seaweed. They try to clean it off with a skid steer loader, but it takes some time to do. Apparently it is seasonal so do some research. If you can avoid the sagassum seaweed the place is awesome!
