The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a relaxing vacation and really enjoyed our stay! Seabrook is beautiful and we can’t wait to come back!

Great Villa this is my second year staying at this Villia .I find the unit very comfortable extremely clean and of course close to all the things I like to do beach,swimming pool and traveling into historic Charleston. Working with the owner is a pleasure I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thank You

This is by far the best Vrbo we've stayed in - it's very clean and comfortable. We loved that they had excellent beach chairs and umbrella for guests to use. Bed linens and mattress was excellent; plenty of clean towels that actually felt clean! Brand new kitchen sponge provided. These seem like standard things, but many Vrbos do not do this! We will definitely be back!

Cute little villa. Our 2nd time spending a summer vacation here. Quick drive to the beach. Mr. Tom is very easy to contact and super friendly.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the private pool was even better. We can’t wait to come back.

Just got home from an amazing 10 day anniversary trip with my wife. This place is so great; a perfect base for adventuring in the Charleston area. First time in the lowcountry for these Oregonians; location was great for a mix of easy island time and a few day trips to see Charleston and some of the area attractions. The villa is perfect. All as pictured - in good shape, well cared for, and clean. All the comforts of home and everything we needed! Location is great, comunity pool is fantastic, and Seabrook island is amazing. Tom and Ann (and John) are fantastic. Great communication and an immediate response for the one question/ need that popped up mid-stay. All in all, a fantastic villa in a great place with amazing folks that will make sure that all is taken care of. We will be back!!!

We loved our time on Seabrook Island. The villa was perfect for me and my teenage daughter. The location was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and an easy drive to Charleston. Tom was great and made the process super easy. Thanks for sharing your place!

The location was perfect. Everything was very very organized. Communication was quick and Tom and Anne were great to work with. I loved it!

Very nice condo. Perfect size for two people. Enjoyed meals on screened porch which overlooked a marsh area. Pool was across the parking lot and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Spent a lot of time biking on the island and enjoying the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! I was so sad to leave. Tom was very easy to get in touch with and patient with all my questions. Quiet, nice and very clean little villa. All the amenities needed for a weeks stay. Cute little screened in deck we ate breakfast on every morning. Pool was nice and big and low crowded. If you are looking for a beach away from the crowds, Seabrook island is the place to go! Definitely would recommend and plan to go back in the future!

The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. My husband and I enjoyed the restful stay and the tranquility. The TV downstairs is basic cable, so we watched some movies on our phones on YouTube because we forgot to bring our DVDs. The villa has two flights of stairs, a short one and a longer one up to the bedroom and master bath. The furnishings are nice; however, a new couch might be in order soon. The villa also has two back porches, one is screened in and the other has a cover over the top which make it nice on a warm day to sit and look at the marsh which is directly behind the building. The kitchen is well furnished. A couple of suggestions - more towels and washcloths when renters are staying more than one night would be nice and a more comfortable chair in the living area would be helpful. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well all 3 nights. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa and thank the owner for patience in answering our questions.

The location was ideal, as most of our time was spent off island. We did enjoy the beach and Freshfield Village. The pool was closed during the time we were there, but it was very nice, clean and well maintained. It is a but of a drive to get to the beach access, but well worth it-the natural beauty of the island is hard to describe!
