The property itself was not what we expected, word luxury should not be in the description. I need to give a credit to the management company for making sure there were good quality and clean linens and towels but that’s about it. Everything else was in a past it’s due state. The master bed was worst we have ever slept in, sorry to be so honest but it’s true. The worse is I red reviews about bad mattress and reached out to management 2 weeks before our check in to ask if anything has been done. I was assured the mattress in an appropriate condition for a comfortable sleep. It was as not, in fact I had to catch up on my sleep on the beach as I could not sleep on that bed.The other beds at this property have the cheapest mattresses as well. For kids it was OK. But adults would not be comfortable.The cookware was in a such a sad state we couldn’t use it to cook our meals, simply not safe to use. Non stick cookware has to be replaced every year at rental property if it’s not of a great quality.The furniture was old and the outside cushions were so moldy I would not sit on them.I could continue but there is no point at this stage. I would not recommend staying at this property until it had a refresh. Btw please remove the hairdryer and the vacuum cleaner from this property, they are not safe to use and in a disgusting state. Reviewer Comments: Our family was really excited to stay here based on the photos but upon arrival, we began to notice how worn out the condo was. The main bed has a huge dip in the middle- it’s fine for 1 person but 2 average size people could not sleep on it comfortably. We kept rolling toward each other in the middle of the night. We ended up using the pull out bed which was a step above sleeping on the floor. We were at least happy with the twin bunks and safety rail and our kids were comfortable. After our first day at the beach, we went to shower and noticed there was some strips of tape in the tub. I messaged the management and they said it was ok to use... apparently there was an active crack! We showered quickly and it held water over our ankles and did not drain. It was then so dirty that we couldn’t bathe our children, 6, 4 and 9 months. The bathroom doesn’t drain well either. The couch cushions were so worn that you had to use extra pillows just to be comfortable enough to sit. Also, the dining room table was large and had to be moved to get 4 people to sit at it. So for every meal we had to rearrange furniture. For this being a “luxury” vacation rental, this was not luxurious. If we would have known about the condition of the tub, we would not have continued with our booking. We wanted to share our opinion so other young families planning to stay here would be advised.

We loved not having to load everything into the car or a golf cart and then go hunt for a parking spot every time we went to the beach. We also loved that the private beach offered a less crowded, more relaxing experience. The unit was nice and clean and had an awesome view, but the beds were uncomfortable (the one in the bedroom was like a taco that rolled you to the middle), and the two in the hallway were so bad that you could feel the support boards under them. The sofa was equally worn and the middle cushion was so smashed it was useless. It would be nice if the unit came with beach towels to use since those are bulky to pack or buy and leave behind.

The unit was quite clean and had just what we needed to relax. We’d start our day with morning walks on the beach followed by coffee on the patio. The positives: The location of this condo is wonderful. The beach is wonderful. The covered patio is wonderful. The cons: the cushions on chairs on the patio are ripped and stained, the couch needs to be replaced. It is very worn and sunken into the point you can't even sit on it comfortably, the mattress in the bedroom is also very worn and sunken in the middle therefore very uncomfortable. The kitchen pots and pans are worn and need to be replaced. There were only 4 wire hangers in the closet for a condo that sleeps 6. We always take our shoes off at the door. The floors and carpet are very dirty to the point we had to wash our feet before going to bed. Sadly, this condo has not been kept up with for a 30A Luxury Vacation rental. We would definitely rent it again if they would rectify these issues.

Right on the beach’s bed a short bike ride to our favorite restaurants and playground. We loved it!

Great location and away from the masses of crowds. Loved the location so much. Only negative was the poor quality internet, outdated tv’s, and uncomfortable living room furniture. Internet didn’t work at all the last 2 days and the tv’s were close to impossible to operate.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family’s spring break trip and we’ll definitely be back. This place has it all from great views, easy access to the beach, 30A, and chair and equipment rentals from local vendors. Our favorite part about the stay was being able to spend so much time on the private beach with our family during the day.

The views from the balcony are of the beautiful blue waters. It is an easy walk over the dune to the white sand beaches. We used Dillions Beach Service for chair set up daily. There were plenty of towels for everyone and bedding. We love it here. We really enjoyed the two bikes that were included in the tents.

(Other renters have apparently had this same problem, because these Roman shades have been repeatedly taped down with strips of clear plastic packing tape.) 2. The bedroom window has been forced open by someone who was trying to gain forced entry. This is unsightly. The entire bedroom window needs to be replaced. 3. The entry storm door has been damaged by someone jerking the storm door open, which causes the storm door to ‘bang’ repeatedly when the wind is blowing. Furthermore, someone has bent the door closer mechanism. The bent door closer should be replaced. 4. The sliding screen doors leading to the balcony porch have been forcibly jammed by someone, causing the screen doors to “jump off the track.” The screens will not slide properly. The property appears to have been professionally decorated. The view from the patio is absolutely amazing! The property was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. I love the location and have stayed in another condo in the building previously. The bikes were located to the side of the stairway as described. And very importantly, check-in was simple! I have only good things to say and plan to stay here again.

We are locals and decided to spend a week at this condo for a staycation during Covid. It is quiet but not isolated. There are many great restaurants within a short bike or car ride. Bikes were included during our stay which was a very nice perk. The condo is clean, spacious for 2, ok for 4. The view of the gulf is magnificent with both sunrise and especially sunsets each day!. Access is just a few steps from your door, however not for anyone who is disabled. We would definitely recommend to a friend and return here.
