The room was beautiful and the ac was COLD! We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful front desk staff. They gave great recommendations and were very kind

We were on a boat for four days and then ended up at this Vrbo for the remainder of our trip. Our trip was messed up by the airlines and we needed some flexibility . They were amazing and immediately helpful. The bed is so comfortable, they have almost everything needed ( missing a snorkel and mask/ only had one) but I couldn’t have been happier. The location is perfection and it’s all walkable outside of the beaches. Cabs are a hustle there- cost us $175 plus tip to go to Lime out - rent a car if you are staying more than 3 days. They only rent for a week min or month at a time at a lot of the car rental spots . This spot was the most pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it!

My first visit to STJ...this unit was perfect for me visiting friends nearby. Clean, great location, updated. Short walk to 2 small convenience stores. Comfortable bed. I made use of the toaster oven and frying pan & burner for breakfast. I wish there was a small amount of coffee provided but the office downstairs had some in a pinch. I really wanted to make some smoothies with the blender provided but never really made it to a proper grocery store. Lovely place with a great patio harbor view and I'd consider again if I came back.

Our first time to stay on St John and this unit was perfect. Clean, comfortable, perfect location for walking to town. They were even accommodating to find us a parking space to use for our stay since studios do not have a reserved spot. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Overall we were very pleased with the Property. This was our first time to St. John and I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay. The location is just perfect for access to all that Cruz Bay has to offer. The condo was spacious and well laid out. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had one question during the stay that we interacted with Rachelle the property manager. She was incredibly receptive and handled it immediately and she exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this resort and this condo for anyone. My wife and I are looking at when we can come back and stay at another property managed by Rachelle at the Grande Bay resort.

I have been to St. John several times and this has been my favorite place that I have stayed. The unit was very clean, had an amazing view, location was perfect for walkability to Cruz Bay, the unit itself felt very elevated and up to date, the bed was very comfortable, the conveniences of the cooler and beach chairs were a perfect touch. The unit seemed even nicer in person than the pictures. Also, Rachelle was very easy to communicate with. Can't recommend enough! :)

Cynthia at the front desk was amazing! She was there all the time it seemed and was so helpful and kind. Our place was clean and the bed was so comfy. The staff was organized and stayed in contact with us before we arrived. We will definitely be back!

This condo was the perfect size and location for my husband and I. It was also super cute! Although it was back row, we had a nice view of Cruz Bay. It is also very convenient to the pool and ice machine. The water heater went down but Rachelle had maintenance out within a couple hours. Thank you again! The bed was quite soft but worked for the time we were there. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location in Cruz bay and we could walk to all of our restaurants. The staff was really helpful and provided a parking spot for our rented jeep. It was also so close to the ferry so easy to walk with our luggage there.
Condo had a great view and was wonderful for my first stay in St. John. I can’t wait to return!

Great location in Cruz Bay. The bed is the worst bed we’ve ever slept in. It creaked loudly every time we moved. Notified Rachelle and was told nothing could be done. The unit needs some TLC in a big way as well. They haven’t put any money into it in years.

My husband and I stayed for a week. Perfect location and plenty of space. Easy walking distance to ferry, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Parking space was super close, along with an ice machine, super handy! The balcony faces the water with a spectacular view of Cruz Bay. Thankful for the beach chairs and cooler! This place is quiet and safe. Would book again!

We had a great time the condo was lovely and communication with the host was very easy. We had a jeep, and they were able to find us a parking spot which was extremely helpful!

The studio apartment we rented provided ample space and has a nice view from its balcony overlooking the Cruz Bay harbor. Grande Bay Resort is a condo complex only about a five minute walk from the ferry and the town center. (Note to manager: the beach chairs need to be replaced)

I would highly recommend this studio unit. It was updated and very clean. There were no issues during our stay. The location was awesome and so were the views from the patio. I would suggest renting a jeep in advance as they book up. I would stay again.

Staying at Grande Bay allows you to explore other parts of the island during the day and then come back and walk to Cruz Bay at night for dinner and drinks. Wonderful condo! Very clean and beautiful view from the balcony.

My 18 year old daughter and I stayed Jul 21-28, 2022. The Grande Bay location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, hiking trails, shops, grocery and cabs. Our room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen, grill and washer/dryer were bonus! Loved the patio/ deck and access to the pool. Highly recommend!!!
