Property was so nice. Perfect location for beach, dining and shopping. Homeowner was amazing and very attentive to detail. The only con we had was the bunk room. Tight beds for 2 adults. Perfect for little ones. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The views of the beach from the kitchen, living room and decks were gorgeous, the home was beautifully decorated and was immaculate, and the location was amazing (close to the beach and bay). The home had all the amenities we needed for the week and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had.I was so sad when our week was over. Can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely house, great location - nice rooftop deck. Lifeguards are at the immediate beach through Labor Day. Afterwards when the towns pull back on some guarded beaches, lifeguards are a ten minute walk on beach from house. Nicely located for shops and restaurants too. Ron was very responsive, reached out to us and let us know we could go early (thanks Ron)! Would definitely rent here again

We could not be more pleased with our stay! The home is absolutely beautiful and our experience with the owners was perfectly positive. We spent lots of time on the home's two decks. The view from the roof deck is stunning. The home is immaculate, updated and beautiful. We look forward to a future stay!

My family and I stayed for a week at this rental and absolutely loved it. We have been coming to LBI for years and this is the first time we stayed in this area on the island. It was fantastic having so many places to walk to! There are restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in walking distance (with outside seating)! The owner was wonderful and checked in with us prior to the trip and after. We only had one question we reached out about and he got back to us right away. The house felt clean and we were very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the rooftop and we went up every night. I would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to going back.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It is in a great location and has everything we needed for a great vacation with our 2 small children. Everything is within walking distance - pizza, ice cream, mini golf, bakery for breakfast, ship bottom shellfish and of course the beach. Can see the sunrise and sunset from the front and back of the house. We loved it.

The location of this home is amazing and the home is beautiful and comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. It is a perfect location, walking distance to almost everything and just 3 houses from the beach! The rooftop deck is the very best part of the house where you can see the ocean and bay. We hope to be back next year!

The house was very clean and spacious and worked out well for our 4 and 5 year old grandsons. What amazed me was that there was a TV in every room of the house. I found this to be a great attribute should there be a few rainy days during the vacation. Ronald stayed in touch with us through texting during our visit which made us feel very comfortable. The washer and dryer also helped out a great deal with the boys changing so often. The outside shower was excellent along with a side house to get all of that beach sand off of everyone. We would definitely book this house again in the future.

The property was great, location was great, beach and weather were great. Ron the owner was so nicer and answered all questions extremely quick. If there was one small thing missing was maybe a bit of shade on the rooftop ( an umbrella) other than that it was outstanding.

We never stayed in Ship Bottom before. It was great! The house was beautiful, clean and so convenient. Great views from the family room, kitchen and decks! We hope to be back!

This is our second year with family including 2 13 year olds and a seven year old. The house’s location, with the beach so close is perfect. Even early in the year the volley ball costs were up and the sand was maintained and ready to go! The full grocery store is within a pretty close drive but there is a Dollar General to help with any last minute items needed within a short walk as well a a souvenir store and ice cream and candy shops. For the grown ups there is a liquor store on the block as well if adult beverages are desired. The neighborhood is quiet peaceful and safe. In the house everything you would need to cook and grill is as provided. Since the grill is hard wired there is no need to lug propane or charcoal around. The showers stayed hot with good water pressure. The whole family enjoyed every level of the home, using both decks to soak up the ocean air. Everything worked without issues and the owner is always available for questions or issues! It’s a great place to stay, we highly recommend it!

This home is so close to the beach it was very easy to enjoy with 5 year old and infant grandchildren. House made great use of space and we all had plenty of room to enjoy extended weekend. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Views of the ocean from kitchen, living room and the fantastic roof top deck. We got to enjoy a sunrise just from the living room and deck off living room. Would defiantly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about this house and the owner, Ron. The house was so beautiful and clean. You can tell it was recently renovated, but also very well taken care of. I loved that cabinet shelves and drawers in the kitchen were labeled with its contents. It was very organized and well stocked too. The top deck was one of my favorite spots of this house. It not only had beautiful furniture, but also nice views... and a great breeze...perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks! The beach is so close we didn't even have to put sandals on! Ron, the owner, was so very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! He was very accessible. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately and I was confident that if there had been any isssues during my stay, he would have been available to address them right away. I would DEFINITELY recommend renting this house!

This is a great property steps from the beach with well appointed interior and exterior living space. Honestly, this was our worst experience down the shore (weather-wise) in as long as we can remember. This property helped keep us there for the week! Although our time outside was limited, the time we did spend outside was memorable and exactly what an oceanside rental should be. Comfortable furniture, clean and updated kitchen/baths, central air, HDTV in every room - truly a "Class Act" rental. Also, a special thanks to the owner for providing responsive communications! Can't wait until we return. Thanks for a great rental!

We are long time repeat customers to this beautiful, well equipped, newly renovated home just a few steps away from the beach. The owners are lovely to work with, the home layout is Beach-perfect. Our family loves coming here every year.

Year after year we come back to this lovely house right in Ship Bottom, steps from the beach. It’s a perfect place for our family of 5 for vacation and we look forward to our stay every year! Ron, the owner, is always so accommodating and attentive. We couldn’t ask for much more. Thank you, Ron for another great summer! Already looking forward to our trip in 2019.

Our visit consisted of three adults and three children ages 12, 12, and 6. This was our 5th stay on the island and due to this house, the trip was the smoothest, most convenient yet! Inside, there was enough room with the roof top deck, separate balcony and the two levels of living for everyone to eat together and play together but separate when desired. For lazier days, the smells, sounds and views of the ocean were easily accessed just by walking up stairs to the deck. The kitchen was organized and had all the pans, pots, utensils and appliances you could need. There were plenty of extra pillows and the beds were all comfortable. Outside, parking was easy. The proximity to the beach was amazing! With younger children trekking back and forth to the beach and house has been a chore in the past but not here! In addition to beach proximity the location was good for walking to ice cream, candy, food, souvenirs, restaurants and Dollar General for anything else you might want or need. The owners communicated very clearly and quickly and were very informative and open to any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this house and will be staying again ourselves!

We had a great time at this house. The reverse living is ideal and gives you beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. Everything is within walking distance. The house had everything that we needed and it was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed many nights on the roof and cooking out. The grill was fantastic and now my husband wants the same one. :) We would highly recommend this House.

Our stay was great. The home is very clean and modern. We really enjoyed all the accommodations. Plus only a couple of steps to the beach. Get place for families and friends.

The property utilized its living space very well and was very comfortable. The significant number of stairs might intimidate the elderly or those with leg issues, but were not an issue with me. Rooftop had a lovely view with comfortable furniture. The grill was easy to use. Very close and convenient to the beach. Plenty of TVs, and the living room TV was quite large and easy to view. Parking was also convenient, as long as you don't drive a large truck or SUV.

Great location! This house is designed for relaxation! Always a pleasure to deal with the owner!
