Large fridge (able to easily fit 3 half sheet cakes.) 2washers, 2 dryers in basement. Wall libraries with books, games, dvds. Saturday Farmer’s Market across the street. Plenty of on street parking.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving gathering in Greg’s spacious, beautiful house and garden. The kitchen was fully equipped for our feast, including two dishwashers to make cleaning up fast and easy. Comfortable, quiet bedrooms, and on the second floor, plenty of room in the gorgeous parlors for kids to play games and football fans to watch them. Greg is a responsive, kind host and a great source of information about dining, galleries, and shops in Hudson. Thank you, Greg, for helping us have a much-needed family reunion. Can’t wait to come back.

We rented this lovely stately house for our daughter’s wedding weekend in Hudson, and had a great stay. The garden is an oasis, and the interior is spacious and beautiful. The location is perfect, too: right next to Saturday farmers market, and a block to the stores of Hudson. All around perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 8 girls and the space worked really well for us. The kitchen and common areas are great as well as the outdoor space. It’s close to everything and the farmers market on saturdays is across the street. Greg was extremely helpful with recommendations as well!

This property is truly one of a kind. The artwork is striking, just staying at the house is a cultural experience. The owner spent a lot of time in Southeast Asia, and as someone who did as well, I loved geeking out on the decor. The property itself is really spacious. There communal area on the 2nd floor is very spacious, the communal area outside is beautiful (we couldn’t take full advantage just Bc of the weather), each bedroom easily sleeps multiple people, and the kitchen is super functional. The only comment, and this is really on us more than anything else, is that there are 3 flights of stairs. In retrospect, that can make staying with a 1.5 year old a bit more stressful than a ranch. Overall a small trade off though. The owner is really responsive and very happy to help out too!

We were in Hudson for my son's wedding celebration. Beautiful house for all of us. Very well stocked. Enjoyed looking at all the cook books. Beautiful outdoor garden area. Everything is within walking distance.

Enjoyed so many things about this stay... Proximity to downtown & shops, setup for cooking, relaxing outdoor garden, and general setup of the townhouse. While we were here we went to Breadfolks Bakery, The Maker Restaurant, Isaan Thai, and Wm. Farmer & Sons (our favorite). We were also able to stop by the farmer’s market across the street on the way out for fresh fish and pork. Recommended.

Terrific find for my family. A perfectly situated, charming, and well-appointed home to stay in while visiting Hudson. Stayed during a cooler time of year but can imagine how beautiful it is in the warmer months with that lovely backyard. I would highly recommend.

The property is right off the main street in Hudson, and was super convenient to get to restaurants, coffee shops and markets. Also very close to some beautiful hiking trails (including High Falls). Greg provided ample linens for our group of 8, the beds were comfortable, and the sitting rooms were cozy and an awesome spot for board games.The backyard is spectacular - we visited during the late winter so unfortunately were unable to use the grill, but would love to come back to do so when the weather allows!

Perfection. Everything about our stay was perfect. The property is immaculate, well-appointed, well-stocked, with a lush private garden and only a few short steps to restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, bakeries, and more. We give Hudson our very highest recommendation. Book this property, you won't regret it!

We had a great time!

Really love this place. We were here during some of the Coronavirus lock-down and were able to cook 3 meals a day on all of their cooking supplies. Back garden is beautiful with a koi pond. Very relaxing. Good internet for streaming. Enough rooms to really spread out.

The house is so accommodating and convenient! We enjoyed all the charms of Hudson and had cozy rooms to hang out and chat in. We loved our stay.

We rented this house for a weekend in mid December of 19. We still can't stop talking about what a great location this was to all we wanted to do and see. Most of us were very familiar with the area, but this was the first time we stayed as family. Plenty of room to spread out, if you need a break from friends and family. The owner was easy get a hold of if needed. This home came with everything we needed and enjoyed hanging out in the backyard when the kitchen got to busy. We are so looking forward to coming back and renting in the future.

Comfortable house for families and friends. There's plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen and backyard is great for hanging out! Check in process was seamless and Greg was responsive to any questions we had. Definitely coming back again!

Our family of 8 (including an 11 month old) had an amazing weekend in Hudson. We came for a family wedding and to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The house was in a perfect location and met and exceeded all our expectations. Check-in via the key pad entry was easy, the house was spotless, all bedrooms had comfortable and plentiful bedding, there were more than enough towels and excellent shower products, and the kitchen was fully stocked with just about any gadget one could need....there was even a Kitchen Aid mixer so I could frost my daughter's cake! And when I had questions about parking, the owner responded within minutes. Even on a crisp fall day we were able to enjoy the lovely backyard for wine and apps before heading out to dinner. Wifi worked well, an important consideration since my daughter ended up having to work, and everyone enjoyed the comfortable living spaces on the second floor. On that note, the house is not suitable for anyone with mobility challenges - it's vertical living at its best. Just across the street from the Saturday farmer's market, and two short blocks off bustling Warren Street, this was the perfect space in a perfect location for our entire family to gather and celebrate.

Seven of us descended on Hudson for a birthday celebration weekend. I found the house to accommodate us on three criteria: # of bedrooms, location and overall charm. This rental did not let us down! For those with bedrooms on the upper [4th] floor, be prepared for a hike upstairs and don't bring a steamer trunk of clothes!!! You'll get a great workout for those on the upper level. The number of bathrooms worked out just find and the centrally located living area was perfect. We hung out in the dining room on the first floor and the kitchen was the perfect hangout to prepare a birthday dinner. We walked everywhere downtown on both Warren and Columbia streetswith ease from this house. Restaurants, shopping and bars - check out Maker's Lounge for sure - were in an easy walk from this location. Though I must admit we were confused by all the parking rules - odd/even street numbers and times - it never became a problem. The Saturday farmer's market across the street just added to the charm. I hope we'll all be back soon! Thanks so much!

We had the most lovely time (and best nights sleep ever) in this gorgeous house. We were five couples for a 50th birthday bash and it was the perfect setting: across the street from a farmers' market, a block from Hudson's main drag, enough room for us all to spread out, a beautiful backyard oasis with outdoor grill and dining. Lovely!
