Everything was perfect. Lovely home, beautiful landscaping in a very spacious backyard, perfect for chasing butterflies. All of this and.a great view of the ocean in one of the best neighborhoods of Morro Bay. Everything needed for a fun vacation was here. We will definitely return!

This is our second time to stay at this wonderful vacation home. Lisa is the best host. The home is so comfortable, fully stocked, and very comfortable beds. It has a beautiful back yard with a hot tub. With in walking distance of a beautiful beach, walking path, and park. Great location to restaurants, and grocery stores. We will stay here again. Its the best. Thank you Lisa

I knew we were in for a treat when we found this place. And we were not disappointed. Across the street from the ocean? Close to the (dog) park? And in a walkable neighborhood? Yes, please!
And to my utter delight, a previous guest left some Major Dickenson's. Google it if don't know. And treat yourself!
Working with Lisa was seemless. She was both responsive and friendly. And most importantly, when we checked out, she was able to squeeze us into another property within the same neighborhood. The doggies needed another day at the beach. But seriously, that was above and beyond.

Myself and my family cannot say enough about this beautiful home, the location, amenities, backyard space, not to mention the owner being on top of EVERYTHING! Excellent communication and what is online is what you get!. We all relaxed and had the best time! The perfect location for walking to the beach and walking path for all of us. We all enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Can't wait to schedule another getaway to this amazing place!

Beautifully decorated, spacious house, comfortable beds, with stocked kitchen to make thanksgiving dinner in April, beautifully taken care of back yard with hot tub, fire pit, went to short walk to beach everyday, sunsets over beach from front window. Perfect spot. Be back soon.

This exceptionally comfortable home with a large, beautifully landscaped yard, fire pit, dining table, and significant privacy, allowed us to bring along our dogs and have effortless access to the Cloisters Park sanctuary trail that runs along Morro Bay. The kitchen is well-equipped, the neighbors are friendly, and the property owner is responsive. We felt privileged to be there! Hoping we get to return.

Great home that met all of our needs (two of us and two dogs). We stayed for a month and the house was very comfortable. Plenty of room for us to settle in. Steps to a beautiful beach and we drove 1+ mile to a dog-friendly beach every day. The yard was beautifully landscaped. We used the firepit, hot tub and grill. Owner was very nice and responsive to our occasional questions. Great location for exploring San Simeon, Cambria, Paso Robles, and San Luis Obispo.

Had a very nice stay with my husband and two girls
and two dogs. Great location, quiet street, and the house is very comfortable, well appointed and well maintained. We come to Morro Bay and Cayucos this week every year and we’ll try to come back to this house again. We used the hot tub most mornings and we played games and did puzzles and rode our bikes to downtown Morro Bay. We even rode bikes on the beach at low tide. I can’t say enough good things about the house.

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The location is right next to the beach, with many activities nearby. The backyard is very clean and maintained as well as the house. The property host was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach house vacation.

This is a great place, very close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to bike or walk to town (about 2 miles away). Backyard is a nice sanctuary and made it easy to travel with our two dogs. Kitchen was well stocked, including spices and a crock pot. Definitely recommend this for a family vacation when you are looking for something at a gentle pace.

We enjoyed this wonderful home close to the beach. Perfect location. We could see the water from the kitchen and could even hear the waves at night. Neighbors were nice and friendly, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The backyard was a gorgeous sanctuary with pretty plants and trees. Our dogs really enjoyed the fenced in yard and had lots of space to run around. House is exactly as described, clean and spacious. The hot tub was a nice touch after being out all day. We would definitely stay again!

Great house with close proximity to the beach! Kitchen a bit dated and shabby but still stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. Lovely back yard and fun game room. Owner insisted on coming in and getting a picture of something / moving a piece of furniture. Not sure why this had to happen when we were there. Overall a great house but could definitely use some upgrades.

Excellent location! Quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly home, but there was dog hair on the sofa and the floors/rugs need
a thorough cleaning. We love our dogs too, but don’t want to deal with hair when the home was suppose to have been cleaned before we arrived! Overall, it fit our needs with a few hiccups.

A lovely home, truly 100 steps to the beach/ocean.
A large home, well appointed, with kitchen having everything one could want. Splendid, large, enclosed yard with hot tub, fire feature, fountain, beautiful landscaping. Great for our standard poodle pup.

This home was everything we could want and more. It is clean, beautifully appointed , and a great location- steps from the beach and public walking/bike path. The backyard is amazing, lushly landscaped with a high quality Jacuzzi, a fire pit (S'mores!), and new grill. It was fenced in, making it safe for our dog.

We absolutely loved our stay in Morrow Bay. The home had everything we wanted and needed, and then some. It is dog and family friendly and steps from the beach. I also loved the property. The landscaping is beautiful! 10/10 recommend.

Stay in Morro Bay
We have stayed at this home before and it is always very relaxing and enjoyable. The owner has provided beach chairs, bikes, body boards, wet suits, etc. if you are so inclined but we like just sitting in the backyard enjoying the sun and later in the afternoon/evening, the fire pit. My daughter liked the hot tub. Stay here if you want to relax and get out of the heat.
