Good, view, close to town, restaurants, night life, stores. The dishwasher and oven did not work. Otherwise it was an enjoyable, fun visit.

We stayed a week at Paul and Rachel's home on St. Croix, USVI and couldn't have had a better experience. We had welcoming libations, beautiful furnishings and supplies, excellent support and suggestions for activities and restaurants. Our visit was enhanced with accommodations at this home and its owners.

Everything we needed was supplied. So if you stay you only need to bring clothes. Super clean. The owner texts you information you need and checks up on you mid week. When we go back to St Croix we will be staying there again.

Very cosy condo with outstanding amenities and a great view over the bay - we liked the private balcony and the community pool - walking distance to bones restaurant and the French Bistro - 10 min walk to the city with a lot of bars and restaurants - specially liked the Hamilton - we will be back ! t

To say this place has EVERYTHNG you need is an understatement. We honestly only needed to bring our clothes. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry supplies and sunblock are just a few items to mention. The rental... VERY clean, comfy beds, plenty of beach towels, bath towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, great view from master bedroom/living room, and kitchen has everything. The owners... Paul is THE BEST that we have ever rented from. He and his wife shared info before and during our stay. He touched base on arrival day to make sure we made it and everything was satisfactory. This was our first stay in 103 and definitely not our last! No hesitation about staying here. Great owner, property, unit, pool, location...STAY HERE!!

When we decided to return to St. Croix, there was no question we would rent this same condo again. Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and town, right next to the pool - you really can't get any better! Paul and Rachel are wonderful, and the unit is well stocked with everything you need. Definitely recommend this place and will undoubtedly be back again!

The condo was exactly as advertised. We especially loved the patio. It was a five to ten minute walk to Christiansted. Paul and Rachelle were exceptionally responsive hosts. We would stay here again.

Everything about this condo was on point! Exactly as described and had all of the amenities of home. Communication with Paul and Rachel was top notch! They went above and beyond to provide us with information about activities, restaurants and general information about the island. They accommodated special requests for us and really made us feel welcomed! The location was nice and the views were incredible! You will not be disappointed with this one :). Overall a fantastic trip! Condo owners were absolutely helpful in providing information and making sure all went without any issues. Condo is closest unit to pool and had great views of harbor, and was enjoyable walking to boardwalk daily. Everyone we had contact with from other owners of condo to waitstaff at restaurants made this trip enjoyable! Even enjoyed a free round when someone won The Shake! Thanks Paul and Rachelle!

This place was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool and the veranda. We walked 20 minutes to Christiansted every evening for dinner. Tons of dining options. The home was fully stocked and clean. We used the beach chairs and coolers, was very handy. We walked 5 minutes to the seaside market and got great fresh fruit. We will definitely come back and book here again. Paul was an informative host and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you Paul and Rachelle for sharing your home!

This property along with the owners did not disappoint! The property is located within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, shops, and bars in the beautiful town of Christiansted. We took advantage of the location and walked to town multiple times during our two week stay. We have stayed at numerous VRBO's throughout the US and so I can say without hesitation that this one was the most well stocked condo of any that we have stayed in before. Both bathrooms had all of the toiletries that you could possibly need or even imagine that you may need. It was quite impressive and much appreciated. The condo was beautifully decorated and conveniently located next to the pool. The owners were a pleasure to work with and responded to my texts expeditiously. On a few occasions, I would receive a personal call to discuss the subject of my text. Since we visited over the holidays and stayed for two weeks, we were treated to a wonderful dinner at Galleons Steaks and Seafood restaurant by the owners and property management company. This was a wonderful and very thoughtful gift which we very much appreciated and enjoyed. We are already in discussions to return to Condo 103 for a month in 2024. If you are planning a visit to the beautiful island of St. Croix, you should definitely stay in Condo 103. I promise you will not regret waking up every morning to a breathtaking view of Gallows Bay from the master bedroom or sipping a cup of coffee on the veranda. .

This was our first trip to the islands, and we had no idea where we were going and what to expect. Paul and Rachel graciously shared so much great information, in addition to their wonderful home. The condo is great! Comfortable, convenient, everything you would want. We will definitely be back to St. Croix and will look no further than 103 - it really IS the place to be!

Completely stocked with everything that anyone would ever need. Very clean and located close to downtown Christensted. Had so much fun. Would recommend this condo rental for anyone wanting a place to stay in St Croix.

I just can't say enough good things about the attention to detail and communication that Paul & Rachelle put into our stay at their gorgeous condo. They leave no guess work as to how to get to and into the condo and how to check out of the condo. The condo is very well furnished and is stocked with everything imaginable from coffee, sun blocks, insect repellent, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, deodorant, washing powder, beach chairs & snorkeling gear, iron, hair dryer, wireless speaker, etc. The list just goes on and on. The location is excellent as it is about a 1 minute drive to everything available in Christiansted and the boardwalk with lots of good food. The views of the harbor and Protestant Cay Island, from the condos covered patio, is superb. The owners, the condo and St. Croix did not disappoint at all. The property is perfect. There is nothing you honestly need to bring along except your clothing. The check in process is super easy, we even had someone lead us back to the condo after we picked up our rental car. The view of the ocean is peaceful, view of the pier, tour boats, and a bit of Protestant Cay. You will have plenty of beach towels, water items, perfect parking spot next to the pool, and hosts who respond super fast to any questions. We spent time on St. Thomas and then to St. Croix for a majority of our stay. I honestly can’t put into words how much we enjoyed our trip! Even the early morning roosters weren’t bad. At least not for us. This was truly a home away from home.

He also sent me several emails about different t restaurants and bars and beaches and areas to check out (which we tried several). Overall a great and spacious place. If there is a perfect condo on St. Croix, this may be it. Centrally located on the island with Fredriksted and Point Udall both 30 minutes away! Easy 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk or nearby restaurants and markets. Condo truly has everything from kitchen, drinks and toiletries! The view from the porch may not be “beach front”, but it simply can’t be beat to have this location. Waking up to the harbor every morning was far better than expected. Paul’s communication is top notch! He was available anytime for any suggestion or request!

It was such a joy to look out over the beautiful waters of the bay. We never swam in the pool (too many beaches to go to & things to do), but we did spend time around it, a couple of evenings. It’s right out the front door! It was quiet & relaxing, with a couple visiting feral cats & an iguana. The condo had EVEYTHING you could want, especially in the kitchen, lots of board games available, & the huge TV was a plus, even though we only watched it once. Paul & his wife were very helpful in giving us information on things to do. We even went to the St Patrick’s Day Parade, on our way to the airport, on our last day, after learning from them it was happening. There, among other things, we got to see the Moko Jumbies dance, which was a bucket list item for me. I do have questions for VRBO about how/why the property was advertised on the site, in regards to it ‘sleeps 4 people’ & being charged extra guest fees for 2 of our 4 people. I have contacted VRBO without a resolution as yet. I’m hopeful that gets resolved. Thank you, Ginger (Virginia) Hall & family

We recently vacationed in St. Croix, USVI over Christmas and absolutely loved the views, the location and all of the "extras" Paul and Rachelle made available. They provided a very extensive list of beaches, restaurants and things to do as well as reviews of their favorites. The information was super helpful and was spot-on! The condo was outfitted with anything and everything you could think of! For the beach: coolers, beach chairs, beach floaties and pool noodles, and snorkel gear. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even sunscreen and bug spray! So nice to have on hand and not worry about packing or picking up once we got there. Awesome stay, amazing location and outstanding condo owners :)
