We can't say enough about how lovely the home is. It's beautifully appointed, wonderfully tended and thoughtfully outfitted. It's well located to food and attractions. Everything the four of us wanted or needed was at our fingertips.
The bonus features were the 2 car garage and the balcony off of the master suite. We had the benefit of a dry February weekend and sat out each night under blankets appreciating the beauty and ambiance of Seattle at night.
We most certainly would come back!

Nice furniture and clean house. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Owner promptly responds to email and provides detail housing info. We arrived at 9.30pm and she got us a gallon of drinking water too. Happy with our stay.

There was a total of three couples with us and it was so nice that we all had our own space. The location was perfect. The views were spectacular from the kitchen and master bedroom level! Especially during the fall/winter season and the trees changing. It was also very cozy with the fireplace and having our coffee in the mornings. We were able to walk to a few locations. There was also a convenience store about a block away for us to get anything we needed for the house. Overall we loved our stay and will be back!

The house was in a great location just outside of the city. The views from the top deck were stunning. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having the garage was a bonus with no worries about parking.

This house was very comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The 3rd floor bedroom has a great view of Lake Union where you can watch seaplanes land and take off all day long. Having a garage is really nice too. Anne was a wonderful host and very accommodating and would definitely recommend this house and host to others.

Lovely homestay which was easy to get anywhere from...as well as walk to local restaurants and more. Incredible view to the Space Needle.

Our group loved this property for our night in Seattle. The location was perfect and the views were incredible from the balconies on the third and fourth floor. The place was spotless and the kitchen was very comfortable for anyone who likes to cook. If we are ever in Seattle we will stay here again!

A top tier VRBO home. Accommodations were very nice with a well stocked kitchen. Linens and towels were very nice and plentiful. All this with beautiful Seattle views.

Property was equipped with everything you could need, it was located in a centralized location, and Anne was hospitable and helpful with all inquiries. Our stay was top notch and we will definitely stay here again when back in area.

Allowed us to drop luggage off early which helped us roam the city. The place was very clean and the view in the pictures is from the top bedroom balcony as advertised. The listing did show 4 bedroom/3 bath on the main page and needs to be changed as it's only a 3 bedroom /2.5 bath. We also notified the owner there were only a few washcloths and they explained someone took them previously and they were working to restock. I hate to put anything negative but this is just for full transparency. Again; great place and only a few miles from all the attractions of downtown. We actually walked from pikes market back to the house with 3 people in the party over 60 years old.

Anne has everything you need! This place is a gem for anybody shopping around. We had a wonderful time and will be rebooking for sure. From the garage to the linens and bathrooms to the kitchen EXTRAS, absolutely everything is dialed. The location is so easy, right off the freeway… but not too close. The shops and restaurants are so easy to walk to. The views are incredible. This place is great. We did three nights with kids (2,4,6,8). They wanted to move here. I highly highly recommend this spot, stop shopping now and book this one.

This very unique living space is perfect for privacy for everyone within the unit, yet still enough space to spend time all together. The decor is beautiful and updated. Communication with Anne was clear, concise, and consistent from the day I submitted my rental request up until my plane departed from Seattle! **HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Great location for getting around Seattle. Incredible views from the top floor bedroom deck. Updated, clean and everything you could possibly need. and things you wouldn't expect. Anne was always very prompt with replies to all our inquiries before we arrived, and all was as represented when we got there.

This place was fantastic. It was so convenient having the garage. The beds were comfortable. We ate at a couple of the nearby restaurants. The owner had a nice book that detailed services around. The view from the top floor was great. We had a great time and the owner was easy to do business with!

Beautiful townhome with a beautiful view of the city! The master bedroom had the best view of the city especially at night. During the day you could watch the boats and seaplanes take off. Walking distance to convenient store and restaurants. We ate at Otto bar and burger and really enjoyed their food. Would definitely come stay again !

The title speaks for itself—excellence all around. First, the host Anne is the sweetest most helpful person I’ve ever encountered in my travels. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and provided all the information we needed to ensure a wonderful Seattle experience and stay. I loved that she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had.
Second, the property is beautiful and cozy. It is decorated very nicely, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the living room couches and fireplace were ideal for that relaxing break we needed after exploring the town. This townhouse had everything we could possibly need.
Thirdly, the views from the balconies are breathtaking, especially in the evening. I do have to say that the those views were the highlight of our trip.
We can’t wait to go back to Seattle and we’ll most definitely be staying here again.

Hard to imagine a better stay. Anne is great. She was patient, kind, supportive and helpful with suggestions. The property is fabulous. Three stories, three bedrooms -- with garage parking, a rarity in Seattle. And it is in an area of the city that has a great vibe. A most memorably pleasant stay that provided my family memories for a lifetime. Thanks to Anne for all she did. We were fortunate to find her and the property.

This property was such a joy to visit. My family had ample space. The master bedroom view is amazing. Very clean and inviting. From booking to check out was a breeze with communication with Anne the owner.

Adult family stayed here over Christmas. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Space heaters were provided, and we needed them for the recent Seattle cold and snow (!). This property is essentially 4-stories:

entry/2 bedrooms+1 bath/laundry
kitchen/living/powder room
master suite at the top
So plan on stairs while staying here. Garage is super-helpful--finding street parking in Seattle is always a pain!
Owner was very responsive and made sure we were checked in and out ok. We would happily stay here again!
