Property management company was amazing. The house was sub par compared to how it was advertised. It wasn’t clean, 2 showers didn’t work, tv’s didn’t work, refrigerator was leaking water. Dishwasher didn’t work.

Great house very spacious

The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice open floor plan with plenty of counter space in the kitchen. Very good ac and plenty of ceiling fans. Very nice patio and seating area. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. I give this house 5 stars even though two showers had low pressure, the dishwasher was tricky to reset, the ice would get jammed in dispenser, range light was out, and one bedroom had no dresser. All very minor issues that we adapted to. After 22 rentals, this one I would use again.

Renting was easy. First time I rented a property on line.

This was our second year at this property. The floors were dirty. The TV did not work properly, the dishwasher was not working. I wish we could have had more bath towels. We had to do laundry everyday so that we had enough towels for the next day. there was blood on the sheets on the bed that my son stayed in. Was there on the first day we got there so it was not ours. I just wish it had been cleaned better.

Very good location. Excellent communication with property manager. Great service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a group vacation.

3/2 upstairs and 1/1 with Murphy bed downstairs. Perfect for big families! Very roomy and comfortable. Nice big island in the kitchen with plenty of seating. Near restaurants/shopping and close to beach entrance.

My co workers and I had an incredible getaway at this beach house! There was room for everyone and the pullouts made it great for movie nights! The open floor plan aloud a group of us to navigate through the house without us being on top of eachother and the balconies were so nice to be at during the sunrise and sunset. I’m not gonna even begin on how much I loved the bathrooms!!!! The beach was a minute golf cart/car ride from the house and a good 15 minute walk by foot but is within a good distance. Had an issue with an appliance and the issue was immediately resolved. Would definitely love to revisit this location if I’m in town again!

Great property to spend a long weekend. Loved that each bedroom had a corresponding bathroom and the large open living/kitchen space made for a perfect family gathering. The large deck out front is a great place to hang out and the patio on the ground floor is plenty large for grilling outside with the convenient park model grill. This property had everything our group needed and more. We look forward to renting it again at our next big family vacation.

Loved everything about this rental! Easy check in and check out. Wonderful location, especially nice with the golf cart rental which was super convenient.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving at this property. We rented the golf cart, a must, and spent our days seeing the sights. My favorite place was the jetty where we saw dolphins and sea turtles. The beaches were clean and beautiful. The house was very homey, accommodating, and spacious. The kitchen was large and well equipped to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for a great stay.

The house is awesome! Had more than enough room for my family. Kind of spooky that its next door to a cemetery but then again you dont have neighbors on that side of you :) . Would definitely stay again.

This beach house is absolutely gorgeous! The location is perfect access to town or the beach. So spacious and all amenities you need are provided. My only complaint was the property wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.

The renting process was very easy. The house was moore than enough room for the 14 of us. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Air condition in the Apportionment was great, air condition in the house was ok.

We have a Large family, which makes going on vacation difficult. The booking of the property and all communication leading up to our trip was very good. When we arrived everything was just as pictured online. We all had an amazing time and made great memories,

This property was great!! Great location and we had enough space to spread out as a family. Easy access to the beach and loved having a grill for s’mores and grilling dinner.

This house was a great place to stay in Port Aransas, and perfect location where we could use the golf cart to get to our favorite restaurants and shops! The upstairs house was super clean and perfect for our group! Both the upstairs and downstairs patios had plenty of room to hang out since we visited on a super rainy weekend, and pretty much hung out at the house. The only complaint we had was that the downstairs one-bedroom apartment smelled of mildew/mold. We called and housekeeping did bring us some air fresheners both days we stayed and we opened windows to try to air it out. After going back and looking at other reviews, we noticed this was a common complaint, and wish we would have noticed that this was an issue before booking. Overall, great place, but minus a star because something really does need to be done about the mildew/mold/musty smell downstairs.

Property was nice, but not very clean. The downstairs had a funny smell and everything had to be washed when we got home because of the mold. We have recently discovered that my nephew is highly allergic to mold and has been sick ever since. When we got there, we noticed that there were already a couple of damages that had been done to the property, but didn't think anything of it. When we left I got an accusatory phone call from Sebastian at Life in Paradise and he said that we messed up the headboard and kicked in the door, so he ran my card for $350 before even discussing with me. After back and forth with his housekeepers, he realized they had already seen the headboard damaged before. So he agreed to just charge for the door, which we did not even damage the door. We are the kind of people that if we damage something, we will be the first ones to admit it. We are more offended about someone just being accusatory and rude without even discussing first before charging my card. I highly encourage the property owner to not only address the obvious mold issue, but also the property management judgement and honesty.

Wish it was longer

Great stay! Really enjoyed the house and was only a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach. A+
