Nice older home on a quiet street, close to downtown. Exactly as adverised. Three couples in town for opening weekend at Keeneland. Room for three cars to park in the driveway. Two nice bedrooms downstairs, seperated by the main hallway. One bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower downstairs, away from the bedrooms (privacy). The upstairs bedroom is large and has its own bathroom. The rooflines require you to duck your head in places but it is very nice. In addition to the bed, there is a futon and an alcove with a floor mattress. The kitchen is well appointed and has a large table that seats six. We all enjoyed our stay. P.S. The host messaged us on the evening we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, that was a first for us.

Spent three nights in this home with our adult children during the fall meet. The home was well appointed and clean and the beds were very nice. We spent every evening on the large front porch enjoying the fall weather. This home is just a few blocks walking distance from several restaurants, bars, a liquor store and grocery which are wonderfully explained and mapped out in a binder in the home. Will definitely return when in Lex!

Very good location relative to downtown and a very quiet neighborhood

We were in Lexington to go to a concert. The house was within walking distance to Rupp (1 mile) Nice house. Perfect for our weekend stay. We really enjoyed the front porch! The owner was very responsive.

We loved our stay while in town for railbird fest. Beautiful inside. Conveniently close to everything. And we loved the front porch and swing. Overall amazing stay.
