Check in was a good experience.King size Bed and pillows was very comfortable. Rooms were nicely decorated. Livingroom for the two of us was very accommodating. On the downside. Bathroom tub was very slippery and there were no hand rails to hold on to. At one point I had to grab onto the curtain rod to keep from loosing my footing. Toilet needs upgrade as it’s small and lower to the floor than newer hotel installations I’ve experienced in most locations.Microwave was dirty and has to be wiped out before we could use it.Coffee maker has no complimentary coffee filters, which we found unusual.No salt or pepper shakers either. Outside deck was dirty & a filthy cleaning rag was left on one of the chairs. Wooden railing on three sides was top piece was missing and nails pointed ends were sticking out?! I couldn’t think about using the outdoor pool as the railing to hold onto going down the steps had been removed and was leaning against a wall outside the pool. Carpet in our area either needs to be replaced or a major cleaning done. I also found it unusual that the listed washer & dryer were not in the first floor but housed in the second bedroom upstairs loft area with many steps to navigate. We loved the location. We won’t be back until such time I see a listing on many improvements. Footnote in my career I’ve stayed at over 1100 Marriott properties and we belong to Marriott Vacation Club and my wife & I stay at resort villas annually. Hopefully, this property has a good makeover as we’ll be coming back once or twice a year to Charlevoix\ Petosky\ Harbor Springs area but as it is now, we wouldn’t come back to stay at this property again.

We loved sitting on the porch and watching people and the boats come in. Condo was cute and cozy. Porch furniture is needing some care and the kitchen could use a few more supplies, but other than that it was great!

Had the most amazing time up North with my family! This condo is centrally located and close to everything! No car necessary once you park and check in. The staff is so friendly and helpful. EVERYTHING from boating to restaurants to shopping is walking distance. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

We are regulars to CVX and Pointes North, and we enjoyed our stay. The staff is phenomenal, and made extra effort to ensure we had a good time. We did encounter a strong marijuana smell when going on our porch one evening, which was disappointing and obviously not Pointes North's fault. It occurred after the lobby was shut down for the evening.

The location could not be more ideal. You’re within walking distance to anything you could want downtown. The condo was set up perfectly for two couples. There’s a nice little living space and a great deck to enjoy the views of Charlevoix. The best part of the facility was the manager at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful!

Beautiful condo. Everything we needed, even coffee for the coffee maker. Nice knit blanket on the sofa for grandma. Maybe take out 1/2 of the nautical theme decorations so it feels larger or less cluttered. Beautiful kitchen where we cooked our breakfast. Close to town. Walk to the beach in summer. Parking was scant

This cute, little condo was a great location--it was an easy walk to downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan and you had a view of the waterway from the big lake to Lake Charlevoix.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and accommodated us quite well. Disappointed to find out that our condo was one that did not have a jacuzzi. Considering their sign advertises all rooms have a jacuzzi. Also that we were not told that the pool was not open bc of COVID, although other rentals had theirs open.

Great location
Since I know the area I knew the location would be great and it was. I had never been to this complex before but I have rented condos plenty of times. The check in was fine, the listing wasn’t clear how this is done, you also have a big key on a key chain to carry around. The luggage stand on wheels was terrible and Trisha helped me get it on and off the elevator. It was extremely hot in the hallways the entire time, at least 90°; also the temp outside. The condo itself was 81° but Trisha was very nice and helped fix it. It took all night for it to cool down and I ended up with a migraine. The listing said there was an additional roll of toilet paper under each sink but there was not, it said a handful of dishwasher tabs but there was only one, 5 extra bags but there was not. Thankfully I brought extras of things and we made due. The kitchen sink pressure is non existent which made washing pans interesting. The rooms were clean and I recommend a sweep of the balcony furniture as it was covered in cob webs. We did feel comfortable here, the decor is cute and being able to walk everywhere is always a plus.

We paid the $100 to check in early & it was well worth it as 4pm is really late when only there for one night. The condo was delightful! I looked at them all before renting and this one had the cutest decor. We all loved the nautical theme and wise use of space. Only complaint was the A/C. It was freezing when we arrived so adjust temp on both floors to a comfortable 71. When we teturned from shopping it was 80 in there. Tried to adjust back to 71 but neither would respond. Woke in morning and it was cold again?? Seems to be controlled by management. Hallways were unbearably hot! Must have been 85-90 in halls!! Nice and quiet. Oh, couldn’t get tv to work but we didn’t watch it anyway.

This was absolutely amazing! It was cute & cozy. We have stayed in many towns in Michigan & this was one of our favorites. I'm hoping to go back and stay again. This was located right by the shops & water. My children and I thought it was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable & convenient...which was what we wanted. I hope to stay here again. They have a beautiful condo. The only thing that could be updated would be the upstairs shower. The pressure was a little too strong & the AC was blowing right on you when you stepped out. Other than was perfect. As for the building, the workout facility needs an update. Even though I'm on vacation, I still am active. Those were the only things...that needed a little something. Thank you for letting us stay. It was needed:) P.S. I love your colors in the condo. The cabinets and all. Gorgeous!!!
