We had a great stay! Timely communications. The place was comfortable and well furnished. Super close to a quiet, not public beach and only a short drive to downtown Venice. Bonus points for finding my first shark tooth!

Clean, quiet area tucked away at the rear of a neighborhood, nice short walk to a quiet, secluded private beach, very few people on the beach. We didn’t have water during the daytime for four days while there was demolition being done on a damaged building. The owner called the property association attempting to correct the problem. We were unable to shower after going to the beach, unable to rinse our feet, and it made the clean up of sand difficult, but we did our best. The room had everything you could ever hope for available. The only thing it didn’t have was pool noodles, so we purchased some and left them for the next guests. We will definitely come back to this area again strictly for the private beach alone. My only complaint has nothing to do with the room, but people fishing where everyone was swimming and catching little sharks. No one appreciated stinky bait being tossed out where we were swimming and drawing in the sharks. It made me very nervous for the kids swimming.

My wife and I love the location of this condo in Venice. Easy to walk to grocery or historic downtown. We also walked the parks in the area. The beach is private and uncrowded. I like to sift for shark teeth and when my scoop broke the condo had one available to use. That was a God send for me. People in other condos that we interacted with were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this condo and the property is great! The people we met while staying were great as well. We will be staying again. This condo has absolutely everything you need and more! Great host and place to stay. Can't wait to return.

The unit is convenient to the ocean. We enjoyed the use of the 2 person kayak. The pool is nice but not heated. The unit is very small but it is well stocked and well organized for the space.

We loved our place! The host provided so many nice touches and even things we didn’t know we needed but appreciated so much. She was quick to answer when we had a question. Proximity to the beautiful beach, a comfy well appointed place to stay, and large pool we had it all! We plan to return as soon as we are able.

The unit was located very close to the beach . It was well equipped and the owner provided many amenities for the beach. It was a little smaller than we realized when we booked it. It was clean and well maintained.

I wanted to find somewhere quiet and peaceful for a long weekend getaway.... this location was perfect! I especially liked that it was close enough to downtown Venice that I could walk there on a cool evening stroll. The owner does a great job accommodating the unit with everything you might need, as well as providing a binder with suggestions for nearby places to visit. Everything is very clean and the property is well maintained daily. I recommend visiting a place called Pops Sunset Grill, just North of Venice, in Nokomis, for great food with an awesome view. Snook Haven was a neat place for lunch or dinner, as well!

One word--Quiet! So relaxing, peaceful and unit was as advertised. Owner thought of everything we might need. . . including binoculars to watch the dolphins. Easy to get to everything--restaurants, grocery, car wash. . .spent our time between pool and beach, both were great. We loved it and hope to return!

I absolutely loved this trip. I went away for a solo trip and this room had absolutely everything I needed which made my time there even better. For a small space it has a lot to offer without making the room feel over crowded. It was nice to grab a sifter or chair or beach towel and head to the beach (which was maybe a 2 min walk away) the beach was beautiful and the pool on the property was awesome to have and kept clean. I'd recommend this to any solo travelers or to a couple that's looking g for a long weekend away. I also liked that they had a guest book in the room and a binder with info, restaurants and things to do.

had a very comfortable stay for 2 weeks in early February. Very thoughtfully appointed room, beautifully renovated, making excellent use of the space. Quiet and restful neighbourhood, only about 3 minute walk to the private beach with lawn chairs for our personal use. Only saw a few very tiny ants in the area around kitchen sink.

Adorable small room with everything you would ever need. Location is wonderful with walking distance to the beach. Amazed they tucked in all they did with high end finishes. Loved the starry night ceiling!

We had a great stay. The studio condo was just as described. Very clean and the owner did a great job renovating. He also thought of everything, it was very well appointed. For not being a property right on the beach it was the next best thing! The parking lot could be better lit though.

This property is just as it is advertised, everything you need. Our trip was cut short because of hurricane but was perfect up till that.

Check in instructions were easy to follow. Quiet, easy going place/area all around. Cute and comfy room. We have no complaints. Easy walk to the beach and the beach wasn’t crowded. We had a great stay and would recommend to our friends who want a quick get away with their spouses! Thank you!

Cute little home is nestled back in a nice community with a private beach. The beach was clean well taken care of. This beach home had all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. Cooler chairs towels down to aloe in the fridge. Fantastic place for a couple. Nothing was left out. Very clean, functional kitchen, nice bathroom. Felt like home. Great time here in Venice. Thank you so much we enjoyed our stay very much!!

We enjoyed our stay in Venice and found the apartment convenient, clean and in a safe and quiet community. We enjoyed the beach each day as well as shopping at the Farmers market and shops in Venice. Sarasota and St Petersburg we’re close enough to explore as well.
