Well communication with the property owner very nice

the condo was perfect for me, my husband, and 2 of our adult children. the condo was well decorated, with comfortable beds, an amazing view of the sound, and very clean! would definitely stay there again!

This was the first time to the outer banks and I must say we will never go to Myrtle again for our yearly vacation. The drive was a little longer to the outer banks but absolutely worth it! The condo was clean and stocked with almost everything you could think of. The owners of the property couldn’t have made it an easier stay at their property!

The view was amazing, the kitchen was pretty well stocked and the condo was comfortable and clean.

Condo is very homey and looks to have had some updates done. Back porch area is nice with partial view of the Sound thru next row of houses. Unit is on third floor which gives you 40 steps to climb but does give you better views.

Staying here was just like home. They really took the time to think of everything and the place was clean as well. Thr view was breathtaking and the surrounding people were friendly as well. I definitely would stay again.

The place is very nice and welcoming. The location is close to the beach and Ocean Sports which you can rent kayak and SUP. We could see beautiful sunset from our balcony. Outdoor pool is right by the building and it's usually not many people, it felt like our private pool. The host, Jeanne, was quick to respond any of my text and question. My son accidentally broke two bowels in the kitchen, when I informed Jeanne, she told us it's ok, and didn't charge us a fee. I would highly recommend this place who wants to go to Outer Banks.

Although our stay was short and we had four out of five days of rain, the location itself is very well-kept. It looks exactly like the pictures showed, everything was neat and organized and most importantly clean. The only suggestion I can make is somehow to install a drainage system in the parking lot. Because there was so much rain there was constant flooding in the parking lot. Other than that I can’t think of anything else. We will visit again but this time during a better week or month

This is a great place! You’ll absolutely love it. We have 3 sons, ages 23, 16 and14 and we were extremely comfortable. We brought fishing rods, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. The storage closet was perfect for storing our things under the condo. WiFi works great with all 5 of us connected. One evening, we took a trip to Ocracoke and got back late. Most of the restaurants close by 9pm so that evening we made a foodlion run and everyone got something different to make for dinner. The condo had everything we needed to make it happen! The location is perfect and we loved being on the 3rd floor. The host, Jeanne and Dave, give you great information before your trip of all you need to know. We would definitely stay here again! Wonderful vacation!!!

We cannot speak highly enough about this rental! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with our 11 year old and 3 year old and it was absolutely perfect! The place is extremely clean, check in was effortless, the condo itself was beautiful, I kept saying “wow!” as I walked around as the pictures on the listing really do not give this place justice. We absolutely loved staying here— absolutely would stay again in a heartbeat if we’re in Avon again. Ps- I loved that I did not have to do any toddler proofing when we arrived! Added bonus! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient. We enjoyed staying in Avon. Our young kids LOVED the pool. It was probably the highlight of the trip for them;) It was warm, clean, and often times we were the only ones there. There was also pool toys available that made it extra fun. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. There was a very casual feel about the place that we enjoyed. The other people staying there were friendly as well. The kids enjoyed walking the dock and looking for crabs and fish. The condo itself was clean and had almost everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. We remembered to bring bath towels but forgot dish and hand towels. We didn't need them but it was nice that were games stocked in the closet just in case. We loved the view from the balcony and spent a lot of time out there especially in the morning and at night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this unit! The location was perfect for beautiful sunset views of the sound. We loved the dock on the sound for evening fishing and crabbing! DQ was only a few blocks away, making for fun memories made walking for blizzards and cones. The town of Avon itself was perfect for our laid back vacation! Our only mentionable dislike of the property was the lack of bath towels and limited bed linens. The towels are mentioned in the listing, we just failed to notice as we aren't used to rocodong our own towels for a condo. The bed linens were limited to 2 sets of sheets, despite 4 beds. However, we made do and did not contact the owners. I'm sure they would have made accomodations. Overall, we loved this unit and this area of OBX!!!

We loved staying in Avon, nice quiet area with a lot to do nearby. We never tired of the beautiful sound view from the deck. Master bedroom comfortable and roomy. Condo was very clean. Could use a little aesthetic upgrading but was overall a great choice for a place to stay. 3rd floor stairs were well worth the view.

The first words my wife said as we entered the condo was "this is nicer than the pictures." The condo was clean and neat, the rooms are just the right size (we are a family of four), and the location is excellent. The back deck provided an fantastic view of the Sound with seating for all four of us -- and the Sound is so large it feels like the Condo is Ocean-front. A gas station is less than a mile away, and a Food Lion is a bit over two miles away. Restaurants abound nearby, and major attractions like the Hatteras lighthouse, The Lost Colony show, and the Wright Brother memorial are within 20 minutes to an hour away. Despite the closeness of these things, Avon is not highly commercialized. The pool was clean, and we had it to ourselves for the three days we were there. The beach is a short walk away (although walking over those dunes in soft sand is a workout). :-) The lockable storage area contains beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella -- and it's large enough to store a couple of bicycles as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is second time we rented this condo. We love the property and the area. Everything was clean and neat. We cooked a lot on the grill out front and in the room because of the covid requirements. The kitchen is well stocked. The host of the property did a great job communicating with us on the rental We had already had to cancel a prior reservation because of the restrictions and we were just so glad this worked out. The view from the back deck is always amazing and picture perfect. We look forward to visiting here again in the future. Avon is a great destination and we truly enjoyed our stay !

Happy with the location and easy of getting to the beach. Good views of the sound and sunset.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The unit was great and as advertised. Furnished well, comfortable bed, nothing broken, cleaned well and had everything we needed. The only criticism would be that we didn’t realize from the ad how far and how difficult the path was to the beach. If you are not carrying much the walk was fine, but to bring enough stuff to spend the day on the beach, like a cooler and chairs it is pretty difficult. The boardwalk is long and very narrow and then you have to go up over the dunes which is soft sand and hard to walk through if you are carrying things. This is not the owners fault obviously, but may be worth noting so people know in advance, especially if they are older or have a lot to bring to the beach. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Our trip would have been excellent I’m sure but the weather was horrible. It literally rained the whole time so we didn’t get to enjoy our stay in Avon like we had planned. Condo was good though.

This was our our second trip to the OTX but first in Avon. The condo is modern and comfortable. The balcony has a great view of the bay and was great for watching sunsets nightly, simply gorgeous. We loved driving ON the beach at Cape Point and renting the wave runners right next door! The lighthouse was fun, all 258 steps! what a view. Enjoyed the clean pool and riding bikes in the morning to Scones and Muffins (there is a cute checkers set for customers to play made out of seashells) People are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The Fisherman's Daughter across the street is amazing for unique finds. I highly recommend driving out to Jockey's Ridge because my sons loved running up and down those beautiful 90 ft. sand dunes. Great restaurants too! Great adventure, will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Moya Family of four
