A group of four women friends and I stayed at this house for a week. I am SO glad we chose this place! It was very comfortable for us all. The highlights for us were: 1) the view is so stunning and peaceful. Mountains on one side, ocean on the other. Doesn’t get much better. We spent way more time than we’d planned relaxing around the pool/ outdoor lounging area because it was so zen and beautiful. 2) the owner Connie was fantastically responsive and helpful. She has the house outfitted to provide everything we needed- including TP, laundry detergent, hand soaps, coffee, etc etc. A lot of rental homes make you shop for these things yourself and I so appreciate when they are all provided so that you can go straight into vacation mode, instead of having to go get all this stuff. Really top-notch service from her. 3) the location- super convenient to multiple beautiful beaches, great food, sights like El Yunque and bioluminescence kayaking, and of course SJU (45 min drive). You do need a rental car around this area but the driving is easy. I used acqui coqui for our rental and had a great experience with them. We came back so relaxed and happy with our vacation. Highly recommend this spot and would love to come back!!

For us the property (gated community) was located perfectly. Not only we enjoyed the pool surrounded by stunning views of El Yunque and the ocean, but the house is within 10/15 mins drive from Ceiba (airport/ferry to Culebra or Vieques) and Coabras (bio luminescent bay; water taxi to Cayo Icacos or Palomino), a 5/10 mins drive from the Luquillo Beach and kiosks and about 15 mins from El Yunque; within a 5 mins drive from supermarkets and other necessities (CVS, Walgreens, Pet stores, gas stations) etc. San Juan is about 45 to an hr drive depending on the time of the day. The house is high on a hill so it’s breezy in the afternoons. Kitchen is very well equipped, and appliances are good quality, which we appreciated. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable each with a A/C split unit (important for us from So Fla) Warning: the sound of Coquis may drive you insane the first night, but you’ll quickly get used to them and appreciate PR’s National pride. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, we went for long walks. You’re either going down or up on the steep streets in Hacienda Margarita, (very similar as you would in San Francisco) You can also see cows grazing near by and pick up free mangoes from a box in front of a neighbor’s home. If you want to relax doing nothing except play pool and read, this is your house, and if you want to do a lot, this is your house. The owner Connie is great and always available to answer any questions.

My family had a medical emergency a month before our trip and Connie was so flexible and accommodated us in every way possible. She even checked up on how my dad was doing. The house was amazing. It’s located in a quiet, gated community. The view in the back of the house, over looking the awesome pool, is beautiful!! My kids loved the pool, it was the perfect temperature all week. The pool table was a hit too. The beds were something I was worried about when looking at all houses and let me tell you the beds were heaven after a long day!! I can’t say enough things about Connie and how she very above and beyond for my family. I am forever grateful to her for helping make our vacation amazing. I will never forget her kindness and graciousness.

Absolutely gorgeous views! We spent many hours lounging by the pool, taking in the surroundings. The house worked perfectly for our family (2 adults and 4 kids), allowing everyone space to spread out when desired. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfy. Connie and Mike were wonderful - very communicative, even checking in with us when the power went out due to a storm (no issues there - backup battery kicked right in). Our only (very slight) issue was getting in through the gate into the community. The guard didn't always react quickly so there were a few times we were sitting at the entrance, confused about how to get in or out. Overall, it's a wonderful house, and we would happily stay here again!

The location is simply amazing and the view is breathtaking. It’s a gated community and we felt very safe. Connie, the owner, was very attentive answered all our questions (best place to do groceries, recommend eateries, etc.,).

We had a wonderful trip to Luquillo. House had newly renovated kitchen, awesome swimming pool and was close to beach. Owners were very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working and super helpful and flexible.

Took a trip with my family and my friends family. We had kids ranging from 1 to 13 and adults. This property was beautiful and was great for families and friends. Was close to San Juan, El Yunque, the beaches and ferry to Vieques. The property owner Connie was very helpful, easily reachable and brought up things we hadn't considered like the USDA check process at the airport. Would highly recommend this location!

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. The house is amazing, pool is awesome, location is outstanding! Connie the owner was always available for questions. This is the house to rent!

The listing description doesn't do it justice. The location is perfect for hitting the beach, El Yunque or boating/snorkeling off the coast. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the views are AMAZING! The house has absolutely everything you could need, from beach chairs/towels to swim fins and goggles. I even saw a baby bathtub, even though I'm thankfully well past needing it... There was room for all 6 of us (two adults and 4 teens) to have our own space and the pool table and swimming pool provided plenty of time for group fun (the pool table in particular was a favorite of the teen boys). Individual AC for the bedrooms was on point for comfortable sleeping. The owners were super communicative, answering questions and providing recommendations for food and activities. Restaurants and groceries are close by. It's the perfect spot if you want to avoid the congestion of San Juan and enjoy the natural areas of Puerto Rico. Highly recommended!

This home was more than we expected. From the beautiful views looking at the ocean, to overlooking El Yunque rainforest. The home is located in a gated community. We were close to the beach and the ferry. We enjoyed a day trip to Culebra. Connie has some games and a pool table that kept us occupied when we were not out enjoying PR. Connie was so communicative during our stay and recommended some great food spots. We also found a little gem Ernestina's for lunch and dinner, which I would highly recommend. Checking in and out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

The improvements to the property and the little extras we kept finding really made this a great place to stay. The beach gear, coolers, pool toys, and even sun hats made the experience very enjoyable. The residence is comfortable, and really has more to offer than the listing described.

We absolutely loved the house, location and neighborhood!! It is located very close to the beautiful rainforest, el Yunque. The beach is a very short drive across the street. We spent a day at the beach and honestly which we had more time to spend many more relaxing days at the beach. The kids loved jumping the waves all day!! Old San Juan was fun to visit but made us realize we picked the perfect spot to stay at here in Luquillo. The house is very large and spacious. The pool table was a hit! The kids learned to play pool here and by the time we left, our 11 year old son was beating us! We all loved the infinity pool and were in it just about every day and some nights :). The views are to die for!!! We cannot wait to be back next year! This was our best family vacation to date by far!!! Thank you Connie!!!

One, the host was incredibly responsive and super nice - from the time we booked until the day we left. Two, this place was absolutely perfect for our group of 9. We were two families - four adults, four teens, and a ten-year-old. The house was spacious for all of us and had all of the amenities that we needed. It felt extremely safe in the gated community and aside from frogs (which did not bother us), it was quiet and peaceful. Three, the view was spectacular. You could not beat the views of the rainforest, and ocean. One of our favorite parts of the place was sitting on the Adirondack chairs, in front of the pool, and having our morning coffee. The outdoor dining table was also a great place for us to have dinner. Four, the location was super convenient for the east coast. Close to the rainforest, the snorkeling trip to Culebra, the restaurants in Fajardo, a short drive to Old San Juan, and many beautiful beaches. I cannot say enough great things about our choice of accommodations and Puerto Rico!

I think we had the best view in the whole neighborhood. I loved that it was gated, gave a sense of security. Neighbors were nice. Had a wonderful view of the rainforest, beach and still able to dip in the pool at the house. Great communication with the host and cleaner and was able to get an issue resolved really quickly. My family had a wonderful time in the house. Loved it!

We had a lovely time at this spot. I did call property manager for some maintenance issues and received a quick response. Cooked our holiday meal and enjoyed some nice family time. Kitchen is well supplied.

I loved everything about this property! The description and pictures are accurate. There was no stone left unturned for amenities. I travelled with my family including children ranging from 6 to 18! The kids loved the pool. The house is/was accessible to local beaches about 10 minutes to attractions like snorkeling, jet skis. There were plenty of stores in the area with Walmart/Econo being less than 10 minutes away. Our host, Connie was a delight from the time we booked. She was very informative and knowledgeable regarding attractions in the area. She was super communicative and really was a pleasant to interact with. We really had a great time and hopefully will be back next summer!

This is my second time staying in this property. First time with friends and the second time with family. Lots of new upgrades. New bedroom furniture, couch, solar panels, etc. The home was clean and smelled amazing. We were able enjoy the house more because we stood longer. The kids didn’t want to leave at times when enjoying the home. It’s very spacious and it has everything you need for the pool and beach. I recommend this home from anyone newborn to adult. We had a fun and relaxing time. The view is memorial. Connie is a great host and communication was always fast. This is our go to home when we come back and stay in the north of Puerto Rico. Thank you Connie! You are amazing!

We have rented many times with VRBO and this place is in the top two. Everything was nearly perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for the eight of us. The two large tables inside and outsides were perfect for both eating and playing games. Can recommend it for any large or small group. We had a couple of problems which none were the properties fault. They were dealt with promptly. Was near everything we needed. Pool, pool table, view, and kitchen were big hits.

From start to finish this was the easiest booking of our vacation. The views and pool are great. Connie is always great to work with. This was our second time at the house and we will be back

Had a great stay. House was as advertised. Pool and deck area was great for lounging. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Neighborhood tennis, basketball and pool were nice additions and in good shape. View was terrific and gated community felt secure.

The property is beautiful. However, it requires updating. Fresh paint, new bed mattresses, dining table are needed.

Contacted the owner Connie about a few problems. They were quickly resolved. Thank you Connie for the great home and pool that we often enjoy. Until next time.
