The house was great. Had everything we needed for a group of 10 guys on a golf weekend. Spa worked and pool was good. Pool table room was where we hung out most of the time. Had a great time. Unfortunately, we hit the Burning Man monsoon weather so our use of pool and spa was a little limited. Plenty of spaces to sleep. Would definitely rent this house again.

The house was conveniently located. Relatively easy to get to the strip. Great views from the upstairs balcony. The kitchen had every gadget you can imagine. The game room was lots of fun. Several recommendations for improvement. While the mattresses were very comfortable to sleep on, the platform frames that they sat on top made all the beds ridiculously high. The bed on the lower level even had a 4”pad making it even higher. One needed a step stool (there were none) to get in and out of the bed safely. No way an older person could do it. The pool was full of debris and I had to clean/skim it every morning. To prevent the debris, the owner could remove all of the dead and shedding potted plants around the pool and trim the live trees (next door) that are growing over the wall. They serve no purpose and only result in a mess in the pool. Further, by having the robot pool cleaner in the pool all the time doesn’t work as expected. It only runs a few hours a day. Since it is connected to the only skimmer intake, the pool pump/filter doesn’t run the remainder of the time. Also, the hose isn’t long enough to reach the entire pool. So, the pool is never really clean. Lastly, the garage has been turned into a game room with great features like a bar, pool table and shuffle board. However, the split HVAC (or the level it is set to) was really hot. It was hard to spend much time there without being uncomfortable, and of course, the pool was always dirty.

I selected this property for my daughter’s 40th birthday with her friends. When I finally got the check in instructions, there was a long list of items at the house that did not work, including the oven, spa and fireplace. No compensation was offered for the non-working items. When I inquired about the return of my deposit, I was told to check the website for the reply, to save his thumbs from unnecessary typing. Not great, and I now understand why others refuse to book vrbo.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The house is super clean, I’m a little bit OCD and I know this place is very clean. We had all the amenities that we need. Of all the places we’ve stayed at VRBOs, this one was the best. My family and I enjoyed the swimming pool and the pool table. This property is so close to all different kinds of restaurants, stores and Spa. Besides being hot in Las Vegas, My family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you so much.

This is a very nice property for a family trip. The rental process was very easy and any questions I had for the property manager were responded to in a prompt manner. The house was clean and spacious. Great kitchen with plenty of supplies. The Sub Zero fridge was spacious, although we really only had drinks and snacks--no cooking for our crew! The beds were clean and cozy--but for those short folks, the beds are high. A step stool may be necessary for anyone with limited mobility. The good news is, you have options. The murphy beds are lower to the ground and comfortable. The couches were comfy and spacious. The TVs worked well and had a bunch of channels. The game room was really well done. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, shuffleboard, big TV and the great bar! We visited on one of the coldest weeks! The hot tub was easy to operate and functional. We did not use the pool but it looked like a great place to be on warmer days! All in All a great property. Close to the strip, well equiped, clean and comfortable.

This property was specious and big enough for my family of six. The proximity to the strip was great.

There were 14 family members who gathered from all parts of the US. While there was enough sleeping space for everyone please note the murphy beds are in the family room and not any privacy. That said our stay was great. We did have a problem with the pool and hot tub. I called the contact person and someone was there with in 1/2 hour to fix the problem. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of the house out you within 10-15 mins of either end. The amount of people in sleeps is a bonus! Very spacious. Came into a clean orderly house. Checkin process was smooth. 10/10

We loved this place. The view of the strip at night was incredible. I rented this home with a couple of dads for us and 8 15 year basketball players. So much room. Close to everything. Convention Center is 10 mins away - so super easy access there for games. Great pool to cool down after as well. We'll be back!!!

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and this house was awesome. So much to do here to keep the young ones, teenager, and young adults occupied the entire stay. Pool and game room was the best part. The master bedroom bed was more comfortable than my own and we loved the storm shade that made it extra dark in the room. Who ever invented those is a genius. Didn’t find the lime trees until a day before we left but they tasted so good. Lots of rules to follow but if you are respectful human beings they are not that hard to follow so don’t let that change your mind about staying here. There were a few things as far as cleanliness but we just cleaned to our standard. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed a couple more days. I do hope that I can get my deposit back soon though.

We had a wonderful vacation and this house was perfect for our family to enjoy outdoor time and relax in the pool and hot tub. The house is great for a large family or several couples with a good bedroom / bathroom layout. The game room / bar area is great for family hangout and we enjoyed grilling out and enjoying the outdoor eating area. Jason was super responsive if we had any questions and check-in/checkout was easy. Great neighborhood and proximity to the strip. Would absolutely stay in this house again!

We had a great time at this house. The location was excellent for both the strip and hiking.Very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the house was large enough for the 6 of us to have our own space if needed.We really enjoyed the view and the balcony with fire-pit.There were plenty of kitchen supplies and we cooked a lot at the house.Jason was available at any time to answer questions or if there were any issues.We would love to come back some time and stay is this house again!

Wonderful house.

Great location if you're headed to the strip! only 2 miles. Pool and hot tub were great along with the firepit. Great view! The pool table room was a blast! Beds were firm memory foam, took a night to get used to but overall pretty comfy. There is a grocery store within walking distance. Overall we had a great trip!

The house was in a perfect location. It was extremely clean and the host was super responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family. It had a heated pool, views of the Las Vegas Strip, and plenty of room. Definitely would stay here again. Not a single issue with the property.

The house was in all very big spacious and was perfect for my party. He was very attentive to our needs or if we had any problems. However we were very disappointed in the fact that the description or pictures were not up to date. Wear and tear which is normal in any home especially rented out to others is normal. But the extent of what was broken and what the damages were, had not been disclosed so it made our first impression a little confused. When there was an issue he answered and at first he came off a tad aggressive but quickly accommodated us and provided us with the help with need for our stay. One big issue was the jacuzzi never seemed to stay on longer than 2 minutes and even after he said he “fixed it” nothing seemed to change. But all in all, this house is spectacular but just be mindful that is does have your normal wear and tear that most houses have after about 3 or 4 years.

Pool is amazing, we had a great time at this very special property. Can't wait to come back!

This property was fantastic and would have been perfect barring a few issues with the house. Pros: * Great views and location for easy strip access* Floors were gorgeous * Shutters in the rooms were awesome, easy to sleep in :) * Pool is a lot bigger than the pictures show* There's a ping pong table outside!* Freaking lime trees man!* Big sub zero fridge* Kitchen was perfect, especially with a bunch of chefs* Very quiet inside with TVs in every room* All the furniture was extremely comfortable* The property manager was always fast in responding to our issues with the house. Cons* House does need some TLC: Leaking shower (Corroded faucets), Some mildew, toilet downstairs broke during the stay, main oven didn't function properly, ice maker in the kitchen was also broken (Good thing the bar ice maker worked!)* Lacking adequate kitchen ware i.e. coffee cups, utensils, only one pot holder, minimal cooking utensils, pans are very worn with the Teflon scratching off.* Hot water takes FOREVER!* Pool sweeper is kind of inconvenient, the hose is always attached and doesn't completely clean the pool. Had to run the skimmer every morning (which may be normal). * Quiet hours are kind of lame but you have to respect your neighbors :) In summary: Because of Covid we wanted to stay in and cook from the VRBO instead of going out so the biggest inconvenience was the oven not functioning. This was not a deal breaker, this house was fantastic and we had the best possible vacation we could. I would definitely book this VRBO again and would recommend it to anyone I know.

This was a beautiful home, just as described. We had 13 people with us & everyone fit perfectly. It's a very spacious home with lots of amenities. Just a couple miles from the strip with beautiful views! Will definitely stay here again & I am looking forward to checking out their Tahoe location as well. Thanks Jason!

Rented this house out for a bachelor party and all 11 guys agreed that this was the perfect house to stay at in Vegas. Close enough for a 10 minute uber to the strip yet removed from the craziness when needed. You can tell the house itself had a lot of thought put into it. Every square foot was used to its fullest potential. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rec area was great before a night out and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have during the day. Before we left, we already planned future potential trips where we could rent this house out. Lastly, we were pretty low maintenance tenants however we still got a call after a day to make sure we didn't have any other needs and to ensure everything in the house was working properly. Look no further when renting a house in Vegas, this one is as good as it gets.

We loved it. Great location. Well equipped house with very comfortable beds. Lots of rules including cameras in back yard, but owner is very upfront about everything. He responded extremely fast when contacting him. We would definitely stay here again.
