Very clean and up to date furnishings and beds were comfortable, a spacious unit. Two balconies GREAT location We had trouble getting the entrance codes on checkin VRBO put us up in a nearby resort. Owner was apologetic and compensated us for our inconvenience. We all would stay there again.

Staying at this place is convenient and very easy with the owners. Communication was prompt and clear on checkin and checkout process. Would stay again for sure.

We had a fantastic stay with family. Condo is clean and updated with a nice pool facility and gym are. Location close to James Chabot is great to get to the beach. Highly recommended

We were very pleased with our accommodations. Much bigger than we expected. Once we parked our vehicle, there was no need to drive everything is within walking distance. Thanks so much!!

The location was great with a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed having the pool and hotness. Nice and spacious for a family. The only issue was the garage door opener didn’t work the first day (it seemed to be a building issue as other people were having problems) and it appears there are permanent residents who don’t appreciate having vacation rentals in the complex.

The location is great, so close to the beach, playground etc. It's 2 minute drive up the hill into town. We've been coming to Invermere for years and this was a great location. 3 bedrooms meant we could have 4 adults and 2 kids in one place, super ideal. The pool being so close to the unit was great, it's a shame that the pool only opens at 10AM, but that's nothing the owners can control - that's the property rules. Good small gym near the pool, lots of pros about this place. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the place was unfortunately not as clean as we would've expected on entrance, just general dust/dirt on cabinets/carpet - to be fair to the owners, I didn't complain as I didn't see the need. There was a vacuum in the unit we tried to use and my husband did comment he "has never been compelled to clean a ceiling fan" (in the bathroom) before. We were a bit disappointed in that but the amenities made up for it, and there were cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc available. I would alsorecommend providing a few additional dish cloths. We could only find the one set. The in-suite laundry was fantastic as we could wash pool/beach towels as needed. Also, the AC was great for cooling the place - we have stayed in places where the AC was listed but not functional. While the fan is super loud when on, the place was cool and comfortable. Tip: bring a wagon as you have to walk down a long hallway from the elevator to the unit, if you have a lot of things to bring!

Nice location, clear communication from owners. Lots of room. Would stay here again. Underground parking was not available at the time of our stay, and parking was tight in visitor so we were parking off the property. That was the only inconvenience.

The location and layout of the condo was great for our girls golf trip. Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants were all close by. However; we were mislead when we were informed that we would have a parking stall underground, which turned out not being the case. We had to park on the street since the visitor parking was completely full, until our last day (Sunday evening). The beds seemed old and uncomfortable, and the condo was not very well stocked. Make sure you bring paper towel, saran wrap, coffee filters etc....as there was very little or none at all of these basics necessities.

Very nice condo. When we first got there we were saddened that the pool was out of commission, but we didn’t let that ruin our stay. We swam in lake Windermere, paddle boarded on Lake Lillian and swam. Lake Enid was an adventure hike and a cool off in the lake. Lots of wonderful hiking trails.

Great condo unit for our family of 4 stay for the long weekend. Centrally located with walking distance to the beach, or marina, or into town. Very clean unit with well equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, and in-suite laundry. On-site hot tub and pool (pool was not functioning during our stay - but who needs a pool when you are by a lake). Definitely will book again.

The condo was roomy, well equipped, great location and welcoming. I would suggest that the room with the twin beds have more comfortable mattresses or box spring mattress combo. We were very disappointed that the pool and one hot tub were not working. That is your main picture in your add and we should have been informed in advance. We were looking forward to spending time there. An adjustment should be made to the rate. The last time we barbecued we could not get enough heat to cook smokies even though we changed the tank.You may want to check it out.

Property was in a prime location for all outdoor activities you may want to enjoy. Close to hiking trails, biking trails, skiing, watersports, and hotsprings. Won't disappoint. Unit was large and very comfortable, had all the amenities, and cooking utensils, bbq was in great shape. Really enjoyed out stay.

all perfect, as expected

This property was perfect for our golf trip. It has 3 bedrooms that easily sleep 4 adults. 2 bathrooms make it comfortable for everyone. The pool and hot tub make for a perfect evening soak after 36 holes. And a BBQ on the patio is perfect for grilling steaks and having a drink after a perfect day. All in all it was exactly what we wanted for a base for our Kootenays golf trip.

Owners accommodated our requests and provided all necessary details without any delays. Unit was as listed on website and was great for our short family getaway.

This was our third year returning to this property. The location is fantastic and between the pool at the complex and the lake right around the building, a family with young children has everything one needs to have a fun vacation.

Great experience

Overall was good, owners were easy to get ahold when needed. The furniture defiantly needs to be updated. They are dirty and the one is ripping at the seams and very dirty. Would have been nice to have more cable tv or at least movies or a newer tv to stream shows to watch. Other than that it is your average rental place.

Owners were great, lots of communication before and during check in. Hot tub is closed due to covid, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. Property was great.
