The location was the best part, Walking distance to beach but also golf cart shuttles in area to take us and handicapped family member to shops and restaurants. We did not have to use our personal cars at all

This is one of the nicer rental properties I have stayed at. Everything was very clean and had enough space for everyone! We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces with such nice weather. With views of the ocean walking distance to all the stores and restaurants we would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else!

We had a fantastic stay on the island, easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house had great amenities for a large group, more than enough plates, glasses, silverware, towels. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with pots/pans, otherwise there were no leftover spices or oils to use so be prepared to bring or buy-same for dish/dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage which was helpful. The outdoor shower was also great for rinsing off! Beds were squeaky, this was annoying but not a reason to avoid. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We all had a very positive experience partly due to the wonderful house and all it’s amenities as well as it’s convenient location to restaurants, shops and beaches. Would definitely come back in the future.

We were so excited to stay here, but we definitely felt that the photos of the house looked much better online than they did in person. The pool is much much smaller than we expected, so for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids that made it tough for all of us to enjoy at the same time. The pool gets hardly any sun so that was a bummer too. The entertaining area and kitchen are great and equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The pool light wasn’t working and maintenance came and fixed that about 4 days into our stay. We were doing laundry and noticed the washer was filled with mold. They sent a cleaning crew the following day to clean it, but they didn’t clean it well and there was still a lot of old in the washer. Not something I want passing through my clothes and my kids clothes. Location is awesome and you can get to a lot of places, restaurants and shops in a few minutes. The rooftop deck is amazing, but had several boards that are sticking about 2 inches up, and someone tripped on them. Lots of little things that should easily be fixed around the house, but surprised they weren’t already fixed. The house could’ve been cleaned better. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house, but I think we will pass on this in the future.

Stay was great. Layout was perfect for our family. Kids loved the pool/hit tub combo. The roof top deck was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to the beach and the location does not have a lot of public parking so the beach in this area is not very crowded. Overall great stay and great management.

Overall very satisfied with the property, house, pool, location and amenities. The issue we did have was that the top floor AC was not working properly. We called the first 3 days and they stated they would adjust the thermostat remotely, but nothing changed. The temp was over 80 degrees and wouldn’t get below 78 until after 2am even with box fans trying to bring cold air up from the lower levels. That AC quit completely after the 3rd day and we called again. We did get it running ourselves by removing excess water from the drip pan and lowering the float switch. They finally sent an AC company the last full day and he fixed it completely. The last night was fine.

We loved the location of this beach house and the pictures were accurate. The bed linens, paint colors and decorations were really nice. The kids loved the pool but it got pretty dirty towards the end of the week. The pool guy didn't come until Friday (a day before we left) We liked the layout of the house and found it pretty quiet even with lots of young kids and babies. A couple of things weren't great - there was a broken floor tile in the ensuite bathroom on the main level that was dangerous as it was right in front of the shower; several stones were loose around the pool and a few people had their skin pinched and bruised; the floors were swept but not clean - we noticed this when we wiped up drips with lysol wipes and they were black! There were no blankets provided for any of the rooms/beds. This meant that some of us were cold the first few nights and that one of the grandkids couldn't sleep on the trundle bed until the 3rd night when they were finally delivered. We would stay in the area again but probably not at this property.

I rented the house for 9 of us. Great location, went on comedy cruise from marina and also rented a pontoon boat. Easy walk to main street to catch trolley. Maybe 2 blocks from Bridge street with shopping, restaurants and other places. The only thing we had problems with was figuring out how to run hot tub but got it running. Roof top deck at sunset was amazing. Will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful experience! The house was awesome. Walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants and cute shops. Very clean house. Fun little balconies everywhere. Nice warm pool and hot tub! Overall great experience.

Six adults and a small dog were looking to spend a few days at the beach. I arrived first because everyone else was flying in late. I was a little surprised at the location. It is near the water but the Bay views are from the roof which is on the third story roof deck. It is right next to the marina which didn’t enhance the location for me. Unloading is a chore because of all the stairs. The best things about this house are the pool area and Roof deck. The pool area is very well landscaped and even though you can hear things from the marina it is very private. We enjoyed the hot tub. The roof deck area is a climb but we enjoyed several beautiful sunsets. It is a walk to the beach. There is beach access close to where you cross the Gulf Blvd. Even with a couple of drawbacks - the House is beautiful and well decorated and we would stay here again. [A few notes to the management company: There were no rocks glasses so we bought 6 and left them for the next guests. The showers in a couple of bathrooms need better water barriers because water gets all over the floor. The shower with the tub has a liner that doesn’t go all the way into the tub so we didn’t use that shower. The mulch in the pool area needs to be policed - there are many small trash items. We could not get the tv to work in the family room the last day.]

Property was as expected. Pool and hot tub entertained while not on the nearby beach. Rooftop deck provided endless views of sunrises and sunsets - perfect place to close the day with an adult beverage. Nighttime entertainment was just a bike ride or walk away. Couldn’t have asked for more out of a rental property.

This property was everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and stocked with great amenities. Wi-Fi, cable, heated pool with Spa. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the location. A short walk to the beach. We will definitely rent from AMI again!
