The pictures are accurate: this is a clean, quiet, beautiful, well appointed rental! The wrap-around deck among the trees was a favorite place to relax. We will be coming back!

This well located condo is very well supplied and clean. It is probably best for a couple or small family because it is small and only has one comfortable shower. The second shower has a very low ceiling and not comfortable for adults (we are a tall family). Despite the tiny shower and cozy quarters, we loved it and would welcome another chance to stay there.

The two downstairs bedrooms are adequate, but the bunk beds are a tight fit for anyone over 6' tall. Very hot during our stay and some fans for the bedrooms would have been much appreciated as they are not well-ventilated. In all, however, a most pleasant stay.

Central to town - cute place and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. The condo was a bit more lived in than I was expecting, but in a delightful well kept home kind of way. Location can’t be beat.

We had a lovely experience at this property! It is spotless, well-decorated, and the location can’t be beat. Communication was excellent. We did find the master a bit warm for sleeping but bought a fan and the problem was quickly solved. And we left it for the next guest. Cannot wait to return!

Wonderful all around communication and very nice property!

It would be tough to find a more charming 3 bedroom apartment in this perfect location in Sun Valley: it is a minute’s walk to restaurants and shopping and a comfortable walk on the Wood River Trail (or a brief free shuttle) to the River Run lifts. At night you can sit by the fire and see the lights of the groomers on baldy. The owner, Leslie, was so kind and made us feel at home for our holiday stay. The property manager, Regina, is phenomenal and can make anything happen! We stayed with our family of five, including 3 twenty-something’s and found we had ample space and everything we needed. The master suite being upstairs provides excellent privacy. Would stay again in a heartbeat! What others have said about the slightly worn exterior of the building is true. But the condo is amazingly nestled in the trees for a downtown location, and we came to view the spotless modern condos nearby as soulless compared to our cozy alpine chalet!

Beautiful interiors and great location.

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children 9 and under) had a fabulous stay in River Run. We loved the location. It was so easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. My only 4 star was because there was a picture of the dollhouse in the pink and white bedroom. My 7 year old twin girls had seen the picture and could not wait to stay in the room with the pink and white stripes and play with the doll house. The doll house was covered with a sheet and a note that said to please not touch it. I completely understand and I'm sure it is a family treasure, but maybe it should not be in the picture so there is no expectation. Otherwise everything was great, and I would highly recommend River Run. Leslie was great to rent from, and she communicated every step of the way. Thanks for a great family vacation.

We loved our stay at Leslie's European Alpine chalet. We are a family of 4 with teenage boys, so it was great to have our own private master suite upstairs with bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs so each boy had his own room. The condo was well cared for and completely updated with a Euro ski chalet feel. There is a cozy wood fireplace in the family/TV room right off the kitchen, and heated storage downstairs for skis and boots as well as parking. Most importantly, the place is on the edge of town (two blocks to restaurants/shops) so quiet but very convenient. It is a short walk to nordic trails and a short shuttle to Baldi that picks up about a block away. We will definitely stay again!

The very attractive Knutson chalet perfectly fit our needs, as it is in walking distance of everything in town and parking was not a problem. The property manager was delightful and immediately responsive to all of our questions. The condo was clean, tidy, well-organized, compact - yet well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and cozy. We will look forward to our next visit!

Our visit to Leslie’s place over the holidays could not have been any better. Her place is clean and decorated as beautifully as her pictures show. Her local property manager was so welcoming and so helpful with many local tips on things to do. The location was fantastic and we could walk everywhere. We will definitely go back. Steve

We came up for a week with our kids and had a blast. Cozy unit in good location. No surprises and as described.

We stayed in the apartment in four - two adults and two children - and everyone was over the moon. This property's location cannot be beat. You are a 5 minute walk to downtown Ketchum and or a 5 minute bus or car ride to River Run which means that if you don't want to you don't need to hire a car. The owner Leslie was very responsive and helpful and her property is just as beautifully decorated as you see in her photos. It is also clean, quiet and bright, like living in a tree house with the matured trees that you see from the living room. Leslie's property manager Mary is a gem as she is a long time local with tips on everything from hiking to eating. We would definitely stay here again. G.G.

I love visiting Ketchum and this condo/home is so conveniently located to the best restaurants, shopping and of course, ice cream! But besides the stellar location, this condo is beautifully appointed, lovely to spend time in, comfortable and cozy. I look forward to breakfast in the light and bright dining area, reading in the afternoon light that fills the living space, and cocktails by the cozy fire in the evening. Beautiful trees surround. It has all you need for a spectacular summer or winter getaway. I cannot wait to book again!

This property is not a home or Ski Chalet, but a second floor condo in an older complex. The description and photos do not accurately reflect the property. It is not "right in downtown", but on the outskirts. The downstairs bathroom had not heat. The master bathroom does not have a fullsized shower so no heat was a problem. A request for a refund pased the min stay, as departed early, was denied. It is not a place to stay for a week. The price point inferred luxury finish and spaces, which this unit in a condo was not. Mary the property manager was a delight.

Great location to walk to everything in town, and the mountains. We planned to rent a car and never did! We loved the charming condo -- it's so well kept, clean and comfortable, and quiet.

we truly had a wonderful time at the little "chalet". mary, the property manager met us upon our arrival. she could not have been more welcoming. the place was decorated with so much charm. we were very comfortable at 4 people. the location was great. a short walk into the town. parking was a breeze. leslie, the property owner is lovely. the only thing i will say is that if you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is a little small. we hope to be back some time in the summer.

I loved staying in your charming condo in Sun Valley. It was beautifully appointed and perfectly situated near all the great shops and restaurants in downtown Ketchum. It was wonderful to return after an active day in the cold weather to such a cozy and warm place.

My family and I stayed again in this charming 3-2 unit in Ketchum, ID this summer. We love the amenities that this home provides. It is very comfortable and quiet. And the location is so central to everything. We never used our car. We would stay here again and highly recommend this VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean, cozy and a great home base to walk around Ketchum. Leslie was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay and and Mary was so helpful upon our arrival and made us feel very welcome - and even helped carry our bags! She was in contact with us during our stay with tips and would definitely helped us out further if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return. I recommend Bigwood Bread in downtown Ketchum - great breakfast and chocolate chip cookies - we walked there from the condo a few mornings!
