お部屋もバスルームも広くバスタブが大きいし疲れ体を温められて良かったです
到着日からお腹の調子が悪く 外で食事が出来なくルームサービスでおかゆがあったのでフロントでお願いしようとしましたが、ルームサービス時間が終わってましたが フロントの方が個人的に配達で頼んでくれました
翌朝も朝食の際にお腹をさすってる仕草をスタッフの方が気づいてくれて 朝食にあったおかゆ を用意してくれて ジンジャーティーがいいからと 他のスタッフに声かけしてくれ ジンジャーを叩いて潰したのが入ったホットジンジャーティーまでも用意してくれた気遣いに体 心が弱ってる時の気遣いに嬉しかたです
食事は美味しかったです(3都市移動したので 1番こちらのホテルがコスパやサービス
食事と良かったです)
無理30分スパもついていて ヘッドマッサージをお願いしましたが気持ち良かったです
ルームサービスもspaもホテル内である割にはお高くないです
タイミングが合わずルームサービスをお願いできず spaも外で探すよりはと思いお願いしようかと思ってましたが 何しろ体調との兼ね合いでタイミングが合わずに出来なかったのが心残りでした
11階の部屋からドラゴンブリッジが綺麗に見えて景色も良かったです
少し中心街から離れてますが、10分程度歩けば中心街へ行かれる為に不便では無いです
逆に寝るには静かだし お隣にはカフェ 韓国料理店(美味しいです) もあります
無料自転車貸出しもあります
英語が出来ないですが、こちらのホテルスタッフもGoogle翻訳を使いコミニケーションをとってくれるので不便はありませんでした
体調を崩してしまった時の宿泊でしたので小さな気配りが本当にありがたく おかゆがあるのも助かりました
エレベーター内のボタンがフラット式のガラス？で凹凸がないです
スタッフの方々は普通に押して反応してましたが、何故か自分がやると反応せず扉が閉まり 閉まったままになるので1人で乗るのが怖くなるので唯一反応する開閉ボタンを押して一度外に戻り また乗りボタン押すも反応しないと言う行動を繰り返してました

Excellent location with our rooms on a high floor overlooking Dragon Bridge, perfect. Really loved borrowing their bicycles to roam up and down both sides of the river promenade. Staff is extremely attentive, helpful & kind, offering fun ideas, booking boat tickets, providing a free departure taxi since we had stayed a week. Very clean, comfortable furniture, plenty of hot water, great air con. Breakfast buffet had a good selection which varied daily. The hotel’s free 30 minute intro massage was a nice touch. Recommend.

Location, short drive from the airport. Many dining options are nearby. The front reception staff was super helpful and ever ready to assist whenever needed. 💪
Just personal, I work out daily and was disappointed to see their gym in bad conditions.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offered me a beautiful room with a view of the Dragon Bridge and the Han River. It also provided us with other services such as tourism spots transport with reasonable prices, my birthday ceremony, spa, and local food suggestions for our convenience during our stay in Da Nang.They are professional in customer services.
The hotel location is really safe, and close the Han River.

1.員工工作銜接沒有溝通好，要送洗衣服未送洗 處理2天都沒拿到衣服，到了早上要離開飯店去機場時 才拿到，心情很緊張，怕拿不到衣服及錯過搭程巴士時間
2. 續住第二晚，告知我們要換房間，只好ㄧ早打包行李，結果晚上回飯店，還是一樣的房間

La gente agradable y ayudaban en cualquier momento. Da Nang en si, no nos gustaba mucho. Lady Buddha fantástico y hay que verlo. Dos días suficiente, quizá si hay sol puedes pasar una día en la playa, pero yo me iría a otro sitio. Es como Benidorm, si eso te gusta, perfecto.

Jó helyen fekszik, tágas szoba, kényelmes ágy, változatos reggeli. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, különösen Ivy és Cindy. Nem volt turistaszezon, így ajándék 30 perces masszázs is járt szobánként. Igazán figyelmes gesztus. Nagyon felkészültek, odafigyelnek a vendég kéréseire. Az egyik legjobb hotelélményem! Csak ajánlani tudom!

직원이 매우 친절하였고, 특히 벨보이가 아이에게 매번 웃어주면서 친절하게 대해 줘서 감사했습니다. 방이 쾌적하고 넓었으며, 특히 침대가 넓고 편안했습니다. 고층으로 배정받아 드래곤 브릿지를 비롯하여 전망이 훌륭했으며, 한시장과 가까운 것도 장점이었습니다.
썬월드 바나힐 투어 설명과 함께 티켓팅을 친절하게 해 주었습니다.
수질이 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 샤워기 헤드 필터는 꼭 챙겨가시는 것을 추천드립니다.
와이파이 속도가 빠르지 않고 중간에 끊긴 점과 3일 동안 조식 메뉴가 거의 변하지 않은 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and has a view of Dragon Bridge and a beautiful sunrise. The hotel is conveniently located, only 7 minutes to Son Tra Night Market and 40 minutes to BaNa Hills.
The decor may be a bit outdated, but the cleanliness is maintained.

Der super freundliche Service gleicht alle „Unannehmlichkeiten“ aus. Die Lage ist ganz gut. Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer geräumig, wir hatten sogar ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Drachenbrücke. Frühstück okay, auch hier ist der Service besonders hervorzuheben 😊
Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch funktional. Die Fenster sind nicht wirklich dicht, daher ist es laut und etwas zugig. War aber auszuhalten.

Breakfast was really great with lots of variation. Friendly & accommodating staff/personnel. Car services are good. Extra effort were done e.g. snack packs. Location is perfect for us with many choices of restaurants nearby. Complimentary massage is highly recommended.

Location: central location close to the airport, walking distance to day/night markets, Dragon bridge, good local restaurants and cafes in the area.
Hotel staff: very hospitable and friendly, they provided good restaurant recommendations. Specifically, the office manager went out of her way to ensure we arrived at the airport on time without dramas (Thank you, Ms. Ivy!).
Breakfast: good selection of western and Asian options, very friendly staff.
Room: we booked the family room for 3 pax. Very spacious and clean. Room facilities
Due to its central location, the noise from the traffic throughout the day until late was audible although we were on the 15th floor. It required some getting used to but it did not negatively impact our stay.

Very good service all around, totally worthy of a 4-star hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location close to the city center, river (Dragon Bridge), various cafes and restaurants, and the airport. Our room was superb - very spacious, nice view of the city/riverside, large bathroom and very large bed (we got an upgrade from a double room). Breakfast was very good and offered a large variety. We also highly enjoyed the gym and pool area on the 18th floor, which offered 360-degree view of the city.
No complains at all - everything was great.

The location is between the bridges and very close to the center. Nice and clean room and extremely nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is very good and can be packed to go if you want.
There is a gym and pool and bar upstairs.
The bank is just across the road and there are some nice sushi shops around.
You should tell the proper address of the hotel to the taxi drivers. There are several Fivitel hotels. This one is Fivitel Boutique Hotel. The big yellow building.

Everything from the moment I walked throught the door the staff were so warm n welcoming they certainly went out of their way to make sure my stay as very enjoyable. They even helped me purchase things the staff went n bought it for me n than wouldnt take any money said it was a gift as I couldn't find where to buy lantons.I was very touched they also ordered me free transport to the airport.The hotel is in a great spot close to markets restaurants n if not staff more than willing to help.Rooms nice n comfortable breakfast buffet great plenty of choice.I would highly recommend a stay here.Beautiful ppl 😀

スタッフの皆さんにはとても親切に接していただき、ホスピタリティを感じました。
川沿いから少し離れた場所でしたが、12階の部屋だったのでドラゴンブリッジがよく見える景色の良い眺めが楽しめました。
有名なドラゴンブリッジ、夜市まで徒歩圏内ですし、すぐ近くにコンビニや飲食店、カフェ、スパも揃っているので、とても便利な場所でした。
部屋もバスタブも広くて快適でしした。
空港までの送迎が無料で付いていて、12時チェックアウト後の17時に空港に行きたい旨を伝えたら、その時間に手配していただけました。
今回プールには入りませんでしたが、屋上にあって気持ちよく泳げそうだったので、次回宿泊した時はチャレンジしたいと思います。
特にありません。このクオリティのホテルにこの値段で泊まれるのはとても驚きでした。

Very nice and gentle stuff, they provide us all the transfers for Ba na hill and Hoi An at a very good price. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Close to Dragon Bridge.
