Separate space for kids was fantastic. Cleanliness issue was really just a matter of bugs. They were not in the living space exactly, just in the game room and rafters. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Linens and bedding were also very clean. Hot tub was nice but it was too hot outside for us to enjoy it fully. AC worked well. Some small household utensils were missing. Sheet pan and BBQ tools would be helpful.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4, with 3 bedrooms in the main house. We all loved having the hot tub just outside the front door, and we used the game room every night. It was also nice to have our coffee on the front deck in the mornings while enjoying the beautiful views and sounds of nature. The plum trees were an added bonus. It was a great place for us to stay while exploring the parks and the Kaweah River and lake.

Nothing compares to the view that opens from this house! Sequoia Park is nearby! The house has everything you need to make this trip unforgettable! The owner of the house at first thought something was wrong! We found a basketball basket, but there were no balls nearby! Upon arrival from the park, there were two new balls for basketball and football! Yes, these are two separate houses! and also the fact that around you can meet a hare, a squirrel or other living creatures, keep in mind that you are not in a noisy city, in this house you are alone with nature! We were so involved in the process that we did not use Wi-Fi! We would definitely return!!

We had a great stay here. The kids absolutely loved the separate game room and living quarters. We had plenty of room for our group of 10, and had everything we needed. There’s a great view from the porch and hot tub area. Dena, the host, was prompt and courteous.

I rented this spot along with my parents, my sister's family and my three kids. We had 5 kids in total and 5 adults. There was plenty of space and the house was wonderful. We used the kitchen and the hot tub. The boys loved the game room and loft space. We really enjoyed the scenic views and the cows and wild turkeys. It was close to Sequioa and the lake so it was a great spot. I highly recommend.

This is one of the best stays for my family and I. The pictures do not do justice. It’s open and makes it super convenient for the whole family! The views…are absolutely stunning! The house was kept well stocked, clean, and check in and out was a breeze. House is spacious and the game/loft house was a huge hit for all ages. Thank you very much Dena for opening your home to us! This place was absolutely stunning and had space for all 11 of us to sleep comfortably. The views were incredible & it was so close to the river that we were able to walk down there with ease. The game room was also a super fun addition to the place. The only thing i would say that i did not enjoy was there was no broom or dust pan & that there was the camera right above the hot tub. It felt like very much an invasion of privacy & half of my guests didn’t want to get in and be in their bathing suit at a chance that they could be recorded. Otherwise we had an amazing time and i would absolutely recommend this space to any family or friends !

We had a great time visiting Sequoia National Park over the winter. The house gave us an easy drive into the park everyday. Our kids enjoyed the awesome game room. Who knew our 9 year old was a pool shark? The property offers privacy from all neighbors.

We recently stayed for the long weekend. It was a beautiful property with plenty of amenities. We cooked all meals each day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the game room and the view of the lake from the house is also amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently enjoyed staying at Dena's place with my family, exceeding our expectations. The home was fantastic, providing room and comfort for all 14 of us. One aspect that truly stood out was our outstanding communication with Dena, the host. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Dena immediately took action when we encountered an issue with the grill being out of propane on our first night. Within the hour, she delivered a brand new and fully stocked propane tank. A highlight of the home is the view from the property. Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a great place. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

12 of our family very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious property with beautiful views of the lake. It was immaculately clean and very modern for a ranch house. The kids and their parents loved the game room. Quick drive to Sequoia National park entrance. Another day 2 of us drove to Kings Canyon while the rest went fishing at the lake and/or enjoyed the fabulous hot tub on the front porch. Thanks Dena for a perfect vacation spot!

Great for a large group of people. The property was beautiful and the game room was amazing. Just know that you are out in nature and therefore, there will be bugs. Bring bug spray and repellent!

The kitchen was fully stocked and met all the needs of our extended family, although it's worth noting that basic cooking essentials like oil and sugar were not provided. Fortunately, the host had informed us in advance, so we came prepared. Lastly, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Really nice house, it was clean when we got there. Great views and pretty close to sequoia. We had a great time.

We were a group of older 6 adults. The weather was very hot, so the air conditioning worked overtime. The first night, the loft area was very warm, so we phoned the manager. She came out & checked the AC and got it fixed. The next day all was good. Kitchen nicely stocked with all we needed to make meals. We really loved the game room! Beautiful view too. Very clean.

Stopped for two night during a west coast national parks trip. Set up was perfect for us. Kids in the bunk house and adults in the main house. Game set up kept kids off their devices. Easy drive to spend the day in sequoia national park.

The ranch is very private and there are no neighbors. It was nice to have a lot of space for our group. Only complaint is that there is no dishwasher. It's tricky to deal with dishes with a big group of people. Internet was also pretty spotty but we knew that going in. Overall great stay and we would visit again.

My family of 10 stayed for three days and wanted to stay forever. Plenty of space for all of us and pretty close to the Sequoia National Park. The address was a bit difficult to find because of the poor phone signal and the different instructions from the phone, but once you get there, you will be amazed with the space and views. Expect a few critters since it is up in the mountains with a lot of terrain (all of that is mentioned in the house rule book). We will do this again, for sure. Thank you Dena for hosting us at this wonderful home.

Everything was above and beyond! Communication with Dena, she always responded very quickly! Great property. Worked well for our family, which included 14 people, from 4 to 78. The detached building was great for 18-21 year olds to have their own space. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful and we loved the proximity to Sequoia National Park.

Dena’s place, it's amazing with a beautiful view of the lake, very clean. It has everything you need to be comfortable and everything you need to cook there, enough space for the whole family. This was part of our big out west trip with friends. View was beautiful and loved the game room area. Close to the park as well. Restaurants in three rivers were perfect as well.

Place was amazing for family & friends. Our kids loved the games room as well as the jacuzzi. The patio deck has an amazing view! Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Our family enjoyed the quiet stay out of the downtown congestion of Three Rivers though the drive to town is quite short when you want to be in its midst. The property was clean, the kitchen well supplied. The manager was very responsive when contacted. A few suggestions were made, such as towel bars or hooks in bathrooms and I'm sure she will make sure those are provided in the future. We look forward to another stay at this home.

We had one of the best times vacationing with 2 other families with kids between 7 and 13. The kids stayed in the separate house next door with a ton of entertainment that they and the adults loved so much. Everything in both homes were clean and done in a thoutful way. If weather is any issue, your families can stay there without getting bored for days. The property is fully secured by fences and gated and is situated up the hill in a very safe location. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains and ranch land sourrounding the prperty. We will return for sure.
