The House was perfect for a group of couples and friends for a ski weekend. The House had plenty of space and made cooking very easy. The House is located very close to Beaver Creek and was easy to get to Vail. Zac the Host was very helpful and made it an easy process to get checked in. Overall a great place to pick over the others.

Everything about the home is exceptional. Plenty of room for adults to spread out. Great open space with enough seating for family to gather and spend time with each other. We enjoy cooking together. The kitchen was well stocked. Definitely a 5/5!

This house’s listing was unable to present some of the perks we discovered. It is located in a culdesac in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were all friendly and helpful which is nice because sometimes that’s not the case with VRBOs. We loved the amount of King sized beds so no one had to fight over the biggest bed. The basement was a great, separate area for all the kids to hang out. The hot tub was nice and in working order which has been an issue with many of our past stays elsewhere. The location is very close to the Edwards Riverwalk and only about 10 minutes from the lake/park/beach we like to visit while in Avon. Lastly, clear, easy directions were given on how to get in and out of the property & what was expected at check in/out. One of tge best properties we’ve stayed at with a VRBO.

Our extended family of 11 stayed for Easter weekend in April 2023 (6 adults, 5 kids). The property was very clean, well-equipped and in a great location. The pictures don't do the property justice. The home is more spacious than the pictures are able to show. The layout is excellent and easily allows for 2 or 3 families to stay with separate space but large enough common areas to get together. We were able to ski Beaver Creek and fish (Eagle River, Colorado River) with ease. Edwards Riverwalk shopping and dining area is only 1 mile away. The owner communicated well and he checked-in a couple times to make sure the property had no issues. We would highly recommend.

Very nice house, comfortable for 4 families. Short ride to Beaver creek ski parking lots. Jacuzzi on the balcony was a favorite relaxation place. We used the kitchen to cook meals. It had all we needed. It has two living room areas with TVs. Easy to park up to 4 cars. The owner is a very pleasant person. We enjoyed our stay and hoping to come back.

We had a wonderful time! Great house for two families. Kids loved playing by the creek. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout. Kids and adults could hangout together or separately. Would stay here again!

This is a great place for a big group: Positives: Expansive and spacious, we had plenty of room to live and play in this house. The kitchen, family room and dining room are all warm and inviting, we had great conversation throughout those areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, spices, basically everything we could possibly need for our time in this VRBO. The family room, especially with the fireplace, was a warm inviting place to hang and chat after a great day of skiing and a home cooked dinner. The location is simply awesome for access to our favorite launching spot into Beaver Creek through the Arrowhead lift, along with shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. We did have an issue during our stay with a water heater and the property management team handled the situation quickly and fairly. All in all, a great experience.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home with perfect location near Avon / Beaver Creek. Zac was very quick to response to any questions and was a phenomenal host. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had three families stay in this house, and plenty of room. It's 6 bedrooms, but the TV room downstairs is large enough for additional people to sleep. One person noted that the house could use a deep cleaning, which is true, but it was a great house in a great location - right on Eagle River. Zac was very responsive and helpful, and the neighbor to the west was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here! It was so serene and peaceful being right on the river. And made our nightly soaks in the hot tub extra incredible. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our group. The little town of Edwards was great too, just about 20 mins from vail village. We will be back!

This house is spacious and well furnished. Comfy beds. We were 11 people from 4 yr old to grandparents and the many spaces worked out well for everyone. Upon checkin we had some glitches. Zac picked up my call immediately and 1. Arranged a plumber to come out at within a couple hours to get the upstairs hot water heater working 2.Immediately apologized and credited the cleaning fee as the kitchen was not clean. The rest of the house was in good order. 3. There was significant and very slippery ice on the driveway. Zac arranged to have that removed. Given how much we liked the house and Zac’s responsiveness, We would definitely rent there again.

Property is very close to Beaver Creek Elk and Bear lots which makes the location excellent for large family to carpool and catch the bus. Several living room areas to gather, play games, and multiple bedrooms to spread out with plenty of comfy beds. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home after a day on the slopes. 7 adults and 2 elementary age kids with room for more. We would stay here again if available.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood along a babbling creek. Bedrooms are sizable and have attached bathrooms. Great house for 6 men in their 50’s shredding local slopes!

Our group loved this property! It was so spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. We had teens downstairs, which worked perfectly as there was plenty of hang out space. The bedrooms upstairs were large and roomy. It was wonderful to have all the bathrooms also. It was easy to find and convenient to both Avon and Edwards, plus Beaver Creek. The house was well stocked with things like spices, cooking spray, towels, paper products, etc. The backyard was a beautiful setting. Zac was a great host and communicated quickly. We hope to come back next year!

Great home and location for medium groups or family.

This was a great house for a group ski trip. Everything was just as presented in the listing. This space worked very well for a group since it has 6 bedrooms, with 5 of them having separate bathrooms. We would definitely consider staying in this property again in the future.

This house was perfect for our trip! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms & overall space. Gas fireplace & hot tub we’re especially appreciated. We played games, ate together & put a puzzle after a long day on the slopes. Bear lot is a 2 mile drive & Vail 15 miles away. We cooked in every meal & had everything we needed in the kitchen. Even had 2pots of coffee going for the mornings. Great communication too. We take a big family ski trip every year & this was the best accommodations. If we come to this area again we will stay here. Actually we might come back just to stay here! Thanks

We stayed at the property for four nights for a ski trip to Beaver Creek/Vail in early December - we had a great time! The property is exactly as described and big enough for our group of eight to have their own space. Easy 15 minute drive to Beaver Creek and 20 minute drive to Vail.

We went up to have a nice weekend in the mountains to celebrate some birthdays and see the changing leaves. The house was tucked back next to the river and so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for all of us to comfortably sleep eat and enjoy each other’s company. The hot tub was fantastic in the chilly fall weather. No complaints. Zac the host was welcoming and very hospitable.

This home was a great property in a great location to enjoy the Vail Valley region. The owner, Zac, was very welcoming and responsive from the start with his communication and genuine interest to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The home accommodates a large group well with private and shared spaces. A well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill made cooking easy and fun. The bedrooms were comfortable, clean and private. The outdoor space was nice with the river right in the back yard, access was a bit challenging down the slope, but fishing from the back door was a plus. The neighborhood is quiet, easy walk to the bike trails and the town of Edward's. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a family. Lots of space to spread out, super equipped home and king size beds!!! Being on the river was delightful. Zac was an amazing host and responded immediately if we ever had questions. We already booked for next year.

It is hard to get fourteen family members together- much less in one place at the same time. So thankful for this place in such beautiful surroundings. The buck in full velvet was quite a beautiful sighting on multiple sightings. Even the neighbors were very welcoming! Zac seems to be at your fingertips to answer any questions. Thank you-:)

We loved our time in this wonderful home. We stayed for a month, working remotely and getting some ski days too. The home had everything we needed, including a huge hot tub on the deck. And we appreciated the attached two car garage on those snow days. Loved being right on the river in a quiet neighborhood. And we enjoyed the walking path to the center of Edwards. Great place to stay and bring the family!

This property was great for a group of people with plenty of communal areas to spread out and lots of king beds with private baths. Every couple had their private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, crock pots, etc., which was great for cooking. The location was a quick drive to the mountain and easy to find.Zac was extremely responsive and flexible on arrival and departure times.The only negative was that the hot tub was not turned on upon arrival and smelled of mildew. We did not realize it until the day after our arrival and informed the host. Zac quickly sent people over the next once we noticed, but the hot tub cleaning process does take time. We had checked before our arrival about the hot tub, so we were disappointed that we could only use it for one night.

We had an amazing 9 day stay at this property. The house was amazing and well appointed. We enjoyed the fireplaces and also the large hot tub on the deck overlooking the river. There is also a 2 car garage. Shopping is less than a mile away as well as restaurants and groceries. Zac is a wonderful host and goes the extra step for his guest. We would definitely stay at this home again.

A very nice house just what i expected everything was soo nice

I took my family to this home in October 2020 and it was incredible. The pictures do not do this home justice. This is an absolutely beautiful home with incredible views and is only a short drive to Vail. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating to any and all request. If I ever have an opportunity to bring my family back to this area I will definitely look to see if this home is available. We had an incredible time in this home!!
