The location, the lobby, and the breakfast was heavenly

Best room I’ve had in a long long time and cleanest . I was so pleased !

It was OK. The lady was just rushing because she was ready to close up. I think that was very rude.

"We attend a convention every year and luckily, we discovered this place last year which we absolutely love. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the place is clean and spacious, and all the necessities are available in one room. The continental breakfast served here is probably the best I have ever had."
Although we experienced a shortage of silverware during our stay at the hotel on two occasions, I was impressed by the quick response of the front desk staff in resolving the issue.

Everyone was so courteous and tried to accommodate us in every way. They even let us check in early and searched me out in the breakfast area to tell me a room was available.

The sheer size of the room!! It was like I stepped into an apartment, it was clean and the fact that we had a mini kitchen was even more impressive!!

Tv did not work and had to have tv box reset.
Also blind in room was all messed up so could not open shade to room

Breakfast was the worst out of any hotel that we’ve stayed at that offers free breakfast. For those of us who don’t like waffles..we like the option of eggs and biscuits and gravy etc to which none of these were an option on any day we stayed. The breakfast options were the same each day.

The elevator was broken and the one that did work was very slow.

The staff was accommodating, and everything was clean. I love that I had everything I needed right there. Love being near the shopping centers.

For the unimpressive room, breakfast, and hotel the price of $300. just to sleep and shower is a bit much.

I liked the kitchenette in the room and breakfast
bed had hairs on the sheets when we went to get in and Etta pillow in draw had black spots on it .the pool had towels in the water and on chairs

The size of the rooms were great. The beds were comfortable very clean.
