Great staff, quick service, convenient location

Floor was not swept well,

The room was spacious.

The floor stained our feet black even as a hardwood floor, bathtub looks as if it had been repaired with spackle. I had to mop the floor myself after calling housekeeping to mop it and even then the floor was so dirty it kept staining our feet. The room also hit you with the smell of ammonia and urine the moment you entered.

The location was terrible right behind our room is the entrance to the freeway

The room was not cleaned well, it smelled terrible and the worst of it all was the roaches in the room

Check-in staff was awesome the very first time I stayed was totally helpful, professional, welcoming and truly appreciated.

I went back to stay again the next evening and the evening staff was different. There were two different women than the night before. The staff was rude, unprofessional, very unprofessional unwelcoming and very hostile and aggressive with me. I left feeling insulted and deliberately harassed due to my ethnicity. Not to sure I would stay there again nor refer anyone either.

Room stunk. Stains on the beds and walls smh!

property is in need of upgrades: mildew on shower curtain, no trash can in the room,bed and pillows had an odor. Breakfast out of coffee, eggs & pancake mixture. Not much of compliment breakfast
