Just narrow stairs, but it is because of the house is situated in old city centre

Super friendly host that welcomes you with open arms. Appartement is cosy and in the middle of the centre near the best restaurants and the beach.

A spacious apartment with everything needed for a great stay with family or friends; with large bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and a nice living room. Julia has thought of every small detail to make you feel at home away from home. Location is great too.

Excellent property in the heart of Etretat. Julia, the owner, could not be nicer or more welcoming. The apartment was very nice and clean and next to several top-notch restaurants.

The playroom on the groundfloor was so good for the kids. The location in the middle of the town with proximity to all the necessary shops was super. For a group of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) the apartment is spacious, comfortable, super warm, clean and well maintained. Also well equipped with kitchenware to cook meals.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a retro touch, it was very well equipped, charming, and comfortable. The host was welcoming and gracious and ensured our stay was pleasant. Excellent restaurants on adjacent street. Wonderful for couples, families and groups of friends, highly recommended.

Property does not seem suitable for kids below 5 years old as there are multiple stairs and the kids room is on the first floor while other rooms on the second. . was difficult to lock the door, there was no instruction that you should put the door handle upwards before locking the door. was not super clean: hair in the bathroom drawers, dust. was asked to throw away my garbage, there was no instruction where to throw away garbage.

Great location; close to the shops, dining and beach. Plenty of room for 6-7 guests to sleep comfortably; we only had 4 in our party. Neat and clean.

As an older building it has steep staircases. This could be a little more challenging for an older adult; however, not an issue for the younger. Also, it’s location can lend itself to nearby noises from restaurants and birds.

The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to stores, restaurants and the beach. Market day is on thursday, with plenty of things to see and buy. The apartment is very pleasant, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a full kitchen, great living room. Julia (host) was very attentive to our needs, being available when needed. Just a wonderful, enjoyable stay in Etretat, in this apartment.

The location of this apartment could not be better - close to the beach and cliffs, shops, a marché and bakery, and to maybe the best restaurant in town, La Flotille. It's quirky, charming and spacious. Julia is a fantastic hostess - kind, welcoming, and happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. We had a great stay!

It‘s close to the sea and it’s close to great restaurants.

Super location .Close to beautiful beach, headlands and bays, shops, cafes, restaurants. Everything was just a few steps from the front door. A fabulous little seaside town. The little flat was ground floor and had everything you might need for a few days.

The shower floor needs a good shower mat as it is very slippery. The wardrobe needs some more coat hangers.

It was just amazing. Super Friendly host and was very helpful ,The apartment was so clean , perfect with all the equipment's one could wish. We were blown away by the apartment and the location. I highly recommend this to everyone.

I was blown away by the apartment. So chic and reasonably priced for the quality. Everything I could have asked for. Honestly I wish could have stayed longer. Prime location in the center of town
