Although my family has been to Florida several times, we had never been to SW Florida -- staying at Chasing the Sun was a great first-time experience and introduction to the area! The check-in process was easy and the property managers couldn't have been more friendly. The house is modern, spacious, and stocked with everything you'll need for a relaxing and fun vacation. It is very easy to find, and in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. Everyone in from family, aged 12-52, had a great time exploring the area and spending time in the pool. We will definitely be back!

The owners have thought of everything you could want or need and more!! From the fully stocked kitchen to the coolers, pool toys, pack n plays and more!! We loved the location on the island and the sun was perfect on the lanai all day long!! The beds were comfortable and the house was very homey!! We highly recommend Chasing the Sun!!

The house is very nicely finished with newer amenities. Spotless and very well maintained, the owner and the local helpful contact (Bill) are very thoughtful in providing a very nice stay.

We've stayed at this property more than once, and enjoyed it every time. It's a very quiet, convenient location with easy water access as well. The house is very well kept, has a nice pool and hot tub, and the screened in lanai makes the house seem twice as big as it is. Looking forward to another visit!

Loved this Marco home! Great pool area - and loved that it was screened in. The kitchen was decked out, which made it easy to make most of our meals at home. Hosts were super friendly and place was spotless. Definitely recommending it to my friends at home.

We had such an incredible time with our family at this gorgeous home. And the pool/hot tub makes it hard to ever leave! The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, beds are very comfortable, the entire place is spotless and you really couldn't ask for more. When we wanted to go to the beach, it was a quick and easy drive. We'll definitely be back!

We had such a great time in Marco Island at this house! It was right on the canal, which allowed us to see some great sunsets, fish from the dock, and have access to the water. The house is in a great location and really close to the beach, a few blocks from a grocery store, and near some great restaurants. The pool and hot tub were amazing and a great way to spend the day (or night)! Both are heated, which is sometimes hard to find. The house itself was very nice, with a lot of bedrooms. We were able to fit our whole family in there very comfortably. The kitchen was perfect for us too. They had everything you needed to make meals (which we did a lot) and plenty of space to hang out. We really enjoyed staying here and plan to again, next time we are down in Marco!

Our family completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house is set up wonderfully for a full family and is very professionally decorated. Everything we needed was available. Our family especially loved the pool and hot tub as we would go to the beach (5 min away) and then come home and play volleyball in the pool, grill some supper and then watch movies. We hope to stay again next year!

The owners of the home were great to work with, very pleasant people. the home was perfect had everything you needed, close to shopping all the activities that we encountered. I would strongly recommend this home to anybody else out there.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home on Marco Island. The house was perfect and included everything we needed to make us feel right at home. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and sitting outside in the screened in patio every evening. The fishing poles came in handy, the kids fished everyday. Everything about the vacation was fabulous. beach, para sailing, everglades tour, bike rentals and boat rentals. We will certainly be returning and we would defiantly stay at your property again. My family and I (4 people total) stayed at this outstanding property during the 2nd week of June 2014 and we couldn't be happier with our stay. We were greeted by Bill & his wife Carol immediately upon pulling up to the property and they walked us thru everything and answered all our questions. The house and amentities itself were fabulous. It was extremely clean, well-kept and everything worked great. They even have fishing poles to fish off the dock and a great beach buggy with umbrella, chairs, boogy boards and all the other necessities for the beach. It is located in a great, quiet location, and is just a few minutes drive from both Tigertail and South Marco beaches. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm and relaxing location in a great, reasonably priced property.

We had a wonderful time! The house was gorgeous, clean and the perfect size for our party of 9. It is in a a nice and peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful view of the canal. I've been telling everyone I know about the house and lovely Marco Island! Thank you for a memorable vacation.
