This is becoming our yearly staycation trip. It has everything we need, space to spread out, outdoor toys, and the location is perfect. Already trying to reserve dates for next summer. 🙂

This was a great stay! We had an amazing time on the water. It was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend going to the general store and if you come on the weekend (we didnt) you could go to the gift shop and they have a little museum. All and all a great and memorable experience on anderson island.

This was our 3rd time at this beautiful lakeside home, and it certainly won’t be our last! It is hands down our favorite place to stay on Anderson Island! The O’Learys are gracious hosts who have thought of everything. A perfect blend of luxury, location, and leisure with all the amenities for an ideal family vacation!!

This home on Anderson Island is superb. Very clean and had everything we needed and things we didn't know we needed! The lake front property is beautifully maintained. We spent the whole weekend at the property - there was no need to go anywhere else on the island for water sports - the house has great swimming/floating off the dock and kayaks, paddle boats, and paddle boards available for use! Our group of 8 fit easily with plenty of room to spread out. There were toys available for the kids, plenty of kitchen supplies, and a nice welcome basket, which was a personalized touch. The house did get a little warm without AC (it was 95 degrees our weekend) but it cooled down nicely with the provided fans and we slept comfortably at night. Would 100% recommend and we will be back.

Everything about it was wonderful, and the hosts treated us graciously.

The home was roomy, clean, well appointed, and very relaxing. The property was tranquil yet plenty to do. Kayaks and life jackets were clean and in great shape. Overall a great property and a great time.

Had the most perfect summer getaway at this house on the lake. I had previously been to Anderson Island with friends and wanted to show my husband and this place did not disappoint. We had tons of space to spread out but good gathering places to eat and hang out. Property is beautiful and the grassy slopes to the lake are to die for! Already planning to go back next summer!

Great relaxing home on the lake! House is super spacious and great for two families or larger groups that want space. We loved the access to the lake for swimming, kayaking, and watching nature.

This vacation home is beautiful! Check-in was great and they had balloons for my daughters birthday. We had some connection issues as well as well as a smell issue with the sink, but the O’Learys were quick tell us a solution and/or contact the internet company.

Our family enjoyed every moment of our one week stay at the O’Leary’s home in Anderson Island! As soon as we pulled into the driveway after a long flight from Florida we were blown away by the natural beauty all around; Pinch me!! Was my first thought. Waking up to the sunrise as I worked from this home was magical; coffee on the back deck, the smell of pine and view of Lake Josephine- unbelievable! We had everything we needed! Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was super clean! The O’ Leary’s provide everything needed to explore and enjoy the lake; paddle boards, kayaks, peddle boats etc… They provide wood for the fire pit and grill access- simply perfect! I am looking forward to our next trip and will not think twice about where to stay!

We stayed at the property over a three day weekend and were all enchanted by both the house and the island. We loved kayaking and paddle boating around the lake and hiking throughout the island. Our kids were thrilled by the ferry ride, spotting tons of jellyfish and even a porpoise from the top deck. The house was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for all seven of us.

This was our second time staying at this property and we will likely rent again. The house is well equipped, has a wonderful yard and beautiful views of the lake. The water equipment was perfect for our group! The owner has always been very responsive and helpful if we’ve had any questions and the new dock is a great place to soak up the sun! Great stay!

Wow, what an amazing place. The house is beautiful and has so many nooks and crannies, includes everything needed (spices, ziplock bags, blender, kayaks, water toys for kids, paddle board, s’mores, etc.). We had a magical time! Can’t wait to come back!

Love this home on Anderson Island! We previously enjoyed a stay with friends and this time we brought the family. Shhh....don't tell anyone... it's the best vacation rental on the island!

We came back for another amazing summer vacation, second year in a row! This house is perfect for our family! The lake is warm, there are plenty of water toys, the view from the balcony is amazing! The house has all you need to just relax and forget your life at home. Fully equipped kitchen, lots to do in the house and around it. The only opportunity for improvement is the uncomfortable bed at the lower floor. The rest of the beds were great, the bedding superb and the towels like new. Thank you so much Sean and Sally for a great summer vacation!

We love this house and its location! It’s the perfect lakehouse getaway. Peaceful environment, great yard and water access, plentiful water toys, fire pit, hammock…and very spacious house. Well stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, coffee maker, etc. Sean the owner was very responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Anderson Island home on the ‘quiet lake’ with activities for all ages. Plenty of lake toys provided to enjoy this piece of paradise. Loved every second of a two week stay with our group of 6 friends. Easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Anderson Island is definitely worth the visit and this house is the perfect spot for the whole family. Sean had everything we needed and treated us like friends staying over for a few days. We caught fish every day and loved the kayaks and paddleboard. We already booked again for next summer!

Our visit to Anderson Island could not have been more wonderful! Our hosts provided a wonderful location for rest, relaxation, and entertainment on the water. The house was clean and cozy. Perfect for our family of five. The hosts even provided a thoughtful gift basket! We have a new favorite spot in the Pacific Northwest.

Beautiful home. Wish we could stay again but they are booked up all summer. It was raining but we had a productive happy time.

The property was clean, comfortable and came with absolutely everything to make our stay memorable. In the morning we sat on the deck drinking our coffee while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the lake. During the day we were using the boats and kayaks provided by the home owners out on the beautiful lake. At night we cozied up by the fireplace and enjoyed movies on the big screen. The owners were easy to communicate with and left a thoughtful welcome gift. It was the perfect getaway and we will definitely be back.

Our granddaughter and her 3-1/2 year old son joined us for a weekend of special times together. Everything was comfy cozy, and lent itself to a peaceful retreat. Thank you!

Sean and Sally provided an excellent experience during a chilly winter week. firewood, hot cocoa, wine, and chocolates set us up for a cozy stay. It was lovely to have space to spread out in this big house. Boats provided meant fun kayaking on the lake. Very comfortable beds and linens. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful lake house on Anderson island! The location was beautiful and peaceful. The house was great for 3 couples with a comfy queen bed in each room, plenty of room to play games, cook and relax. Sean was quick to respond and communicate! We loved playing games and talking by the fire. Watching the ducks' constant activity in the lake was a perfect backdrop for meals prepared in a kitchen well stocked with all necessary equipment. This place promoted joy and is so spacious!

Love the spaciousness and so clean! So great for kids. Loved running around the lake, paddling to the park, fishing and just relaxing! Incredible stay, would love to come in the summer too
