Absolutely loved this location, walking distance to so many great spots. Communication with Chad was A+++ The condo was spotless, spacious, comfortable and just perfect. The outdoor deck was so huge and a great place for drinks, meals, meditation, and yoga! A very relaxing spot!! Hope to be back.

We loved walking everyday . First stop the Pier, second stop Adamson House and then a walk along the lagoon. We cross the PCH to shop and then walk home Round trip walk approximately 4-5 miles. Loved it. This daily walk let us enjoy watching the surfers and meeting nice folks. Cooked home , kitchen was great. Loved our bed and shower was fantastic. We did walk into Nobu and had no trouble being seated. Perfect vacation!

Property was absolutely amazing and right in the heart of malibu. Super short walk to beach. Property had just about every amenity and host was great. Garage was tough to navigate with suv.

Convenient to everything with an updated kitchen/bathrooms and with views of the beach but getting an SUV into/out of the very narrow garage and out onto a very busy highway was challenging and stressful. Additionally, the one true bedroom was basically on the Pacific Coast Highway so the traffic was a constant noise in the background in the middle of the night. On a positive note, Chad was very responsive and helpful during the check-in process and the location was nearby Surfrider Beach although it was cold and foggy while visiting.

Beautiful, super easy access to beach-ocean front. Sound of the waves relaxing. Kids(and adults) loved the hanging pod chair. Beds/linens very nice. Day bed was big enough for 12&17 year old to sleep. 2 bathrooms was clutch-they were great. Balcony great for morning reading. Low tide beach walks recommended. Pretty place. Would b lucky to stay here again. Walking distance to McD, JackIB and Nobu…yep we went to all 3. ☺️ Enjoy!

We had a great stay! This is a beautiful waterfront property with easy access to the beach. We also liked that is was a easy walk to the Malibu pier.

Property was just what we needed. After figuring out the right lockbox (there were many of them in the same place) to get the remote for the garage, things were great.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and the proximity to the beach, the town, restaurants and shopping. We would absolutely come back. The host was responsive and the details included for check in and check out were awesome! Thanks for sharing your beach condo with us!

The condo exceeded our expectations! The unit had everything we needed, it was clean and the location was perfect...within walking distance to Nobu, Malibu Pier and a fabulous shopping mall. My wife, 20s son and I stayed in the apartment 4 nights. We had a super trip and a very good experience with this VRBO property. The property is well located and as advertised - 2 full bathrooms, a master bedroom and a den that doubles as the second bedroom - which fit our needs perfectly. There is more than ample space in the dining area and a nice sized terrace with covered outdoor dining and a terrific view of the pool and Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is set up nicely for cooking - with top of the line appliances (including a gas cooktop and ovens) and utensils. It was perfect for our time there as COVID restrictions precluded dining out. On-site, gated parking was also a plus. Chad, the property manager, communicated well and was responsive from beginning to end - helping to make our experience positive in every way. Instructions associated with arrival and departure were promptly delivered and exact, making a touch-free arrival and departure easy and safe. The location is an easy walk to Nobu and the Malibu pier. At low tide the beach presents for an enjoyable walk and a great place to swim or chill. It is a short drive to local shopping and hikes. Something for each of us. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing and enjoyable beachfront holiday. And, we look forward to our own return.

Beautiful and unique home out of a magazine. Amazing location - the perfect getaway.

This property was amazing. Chad, the property manager helped with the last minute booking and was very accommodating. He checked in after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. Everything from making the reservation to our checkout was perfect. The home is extremely clean, comfortable and luxurious. The view of the beach could not have been better. We were pleased to see everyone wearing masks in the common areas. I have rented many homes in my years of traveling and this one stands apart from the rest. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Chad for an exceptional getaway! 5 stars!

This is our first time staying at this property and would definitely not be the last. My family had the best time making memories at this super clean beachfront unit. One of my biggest concerns is cleanliness during this COVID time but as soon as we step foot in the property my worries disappeared. Chad was a great host, very responsive and check in was a breeze. Grateful that we found this place!
