Oswaldo was a gentleman, he was extremely kind and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The boat is in a very secure marina, has a bar/restaurant very close, The boat is very comfortable and has everything you would need, coffee maker, microwave, plenty of kitchen ware. The breakfast was such a nice gesture as Oswaldo left us bread, ham, cheese, milk, orange juice, coffee, etc.. and he explained everything and was very clear, we had no problems while we were there. There is also a radio/TV, he has thought of everything and very cleverly done, We were staying in Porto and added this to the end of our trip and are glad we did, we got an uber from Porto Centre which left us right at the boat. We would recommend this boat to everyone as part of a trip to Porto or maybe a few days, Oswaldo is a wonderful host, he also does river cruises in the summer and they are priced extremely reasonably. We will come back again when we came to Porto.

Everything was perfect.

Small but cozy boat to rest for a few nights. Nice ambiente with customizable LED lighting. ~ 30 minutes by foot to the city center. Directly at the port is a café/restaurant with a nice view to the river. Good breakfast service directly to the boat. The host was very kind and nice and after check-out he drove us to the city center with his car for free! Awesome :)

Boat is a little bit old and little bit small, but we know that before so it was fine :)

Everything was great. Pleasant impressions for the child. Slepboat is located near the city center. Very safe place. The owners are extremely pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is varied and tasty.

Superb , the boat was pristine and so well stocked with everything you could want . there is a coffee machine , well stocked .Fridge , well stocked with milk and cool drinks , wine . breakfast was great , all there for you in the boat .

Great owner and his son. Son met us, showed and told everything. There is a coffee machine, toaster and everything we need for our stay. The owner brings fresh breakfast items every evening. Interesting experience of two nights on the boat. Our 12 year old daughter loves it. Geese come to visit - very talkative and nice:) The parking and the territory of the boat station are guarded. We had a wonderful time!

Brilliant choice for an alternative accommodation

Wifi is very bad

A very interesting and unusual accommodation for us, and it had everything you needed and the hosts were exceptional. They found us at the train station and took us to the marina, they offered lifts to town and delivered nice wine and evening meals as part of the package. Would definitely recommend. They kept checking everything was fine for us, especially since there were a few unexpected downpours of rain in the night and mornings.

Very friendly and welcoming. There were some issues with the electricity and the owner went out of his way to fix it. Also excellent breakfast and dinner.

The only minus point was that the floor in front of the shower was wet as the door leaked. But all in all this was a minor point.

Really helpful and friendly staff, and the boat is very well stocked. They've made the most of the space available, the bed is comfy, plenty of amenities you'd get in any normal hotel room and... It's on a boat! Waking up on the Douro is a pleasant experience as well.

Similar to canal boats, the shower is perfectly functional, but quite cramped!

It is on boats, the space is relatively small. Not good if you are looking for a big and comfort bed. However, the experience is very interesting, both children loved it a lot. Recommand to have a try. the host is very friendly and always helpful.

We didn't have breakfast on the boat but there was plenty supplied for breakfast....note there's no toaster. Our host was lovely, he even collected us from the train station which was very generous and we were provided with a complimentary bottle of wine, always a bonus :-)

It was a great idea to spend a night on a boat instead of the normal hotel room and having been on similar boats in the past we knew what to expect but unfortunately we were a little disappointed. We felt the boats was crammed with too many 'bits' which made it feel very cluttered on in an already small area. There was a leak coming from the toilet which is what we assumed caused all the carpeted floor to be wet...not very nice to stand on but hopefully that's fixed now.

Boat is lovely both outside and inside. Owner has paid a lot attention to details, he is also a really nice guy. I can definately recommend if you want to stay somewhere different for a change.
