The second floor was perfect for our group of 4. The space was clean and spacious. Perfect location and the deck is perfect to hang out on. Highly recommend!

Sunsets were incredible every night! We loved sitting out on the front porch to watch the sunsets - that was by far the best part of our stay! House was comfortable and spacious. Very close walk to local shops and to the beach! Grill was great, and had a good amount of cooking equipment inside. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would recommend!

This was perfect for a long weekend away at the end of the season. The space was comfortable and the amenities excellent; and we spent a lot of time on the balcony (even on the rainy days).

The owners were awesome. The duplex was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. Outdoor shower is always a plus. The downstairs tenants were so nice too. Thanks foe a great weekend.

The property was clean and just as described. Location was nice and close to the bridge but also convenient to lots of attractions in Surf City. They also accommodated an early check in which was much appreciated. We did have to bring our own linens which wasn't a big deal but wasn't included in the listing - I had to ask. Would definitely stay again!

Alex and Mike’s place had the perfect accommodations for our family and they were great hosts! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and in an awesome location! We really enjoyed our weekend. Thank you so much:)

We arrived earlier than expected, was able to email owners and allowed early check-in. Process was easy. Condo was clean, location perfect (right across street from playground for kids). Sunset was beautiful. My adult children and their children all want to go back! We definitely will. Jodi downstairs was so sweet and gave us the "lay of the land". Great family time had by all!

Communication with owner was a breeze and check in was made super easy and convenient for us. The house is in a great location - can walk to coffee and beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Placde is decribed very accurately Only thing missing is a garbage disposal. Our family rented for a weekend to stay during a wedding. place is very well maintained. neighbors were very nice and helpful with area reccomendations. Would stay again if in the area.

Stayed here with 7 other family members for two nights, as we wanted to celebrate my Father's 60th birthday in LBI (his favorite place). Everyone had a place to sleep and it was great to have an open concept living room and kitchen area for spending time as a group during the day. Everything was clean and in good condition, and the location was perfect. Across the street from the bay and a park for the kids, and only a few minutes walk to the beach side of the island. Also, we had no problem with parking, even with 5 different cars. Overall, loved the house and was very happy with our stay.

It was a group of 6 of us, 3 couples all friends from college in town for a friends wedding. By now we have all moved away to different states so this was a bit of a mini vacation / reunion with a wedding in the middle. The house was perfect for us. Everything worked great, fans a/c kitchen bathroom and the grill out back. The front deck was amazing to sit and relax on all day and night. The weather wasn't in our favor so the beach didn't even happen, but just hanging out in the house, grilling out back, watching world cup, and lounging on the deck made it a great weekend. The long term renters downstairs were super nice as well and never really even noticed them, even if we may have been a little loud a little late after the wedding. Overall amazing place, great vacation spot, would 100% return to!!

Nice landscaping and plenty of sleeping options. Nicely stocked kitchen and great location for kids across from a playground. Unfortunately it rained for the weekend we were down but even with the rain the space felt bright and airy. We enjoyed coffee on the covered deck in the morning. Good proximity to bay and beach. I would rent this property again!

We were down for a wedding and needed a comfortable place to stay with our kids...the park and marina was perfect for our kids and the sunset and view from the balcony was beautiful! Owners were extremely easy to deal with and got back to me right away! The renters downstairs were also very nice! Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect beach home for our needs, absolutely lovely in every way. The house is clean and has everything you need! We were able to enjoy stunning sunsets from the front porch!! Priceless!! The family room is open to the kitchen with plenty of room for your family. The outdoor shower is spacious and clean. The house is also just a short walk to restaurants, seafood markets, butcher shops, ice cream parlors, and boutiques. We barely used our cars during our stay. Mike and Alex were very responsive, friendly, and clear communicators.

This rental had a great interior and deck. Communication between owner is quick. The furnishings are much better than expected for a rental, new, neat and clean!

For a bachelor group of 6 guys the place was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was also really convenient and it was an easy walk to anywhere we needed to go. We had a great time and the place was perfect for us. I would highly recommend to anybody to rent from Alex and Mike they took care of us well!

I attended a baby sbower this past Saturday, so decided to make an LBI weekend out of it. My boyfriend, my best friend and I stayed here and we had a great time! The house had everything we needed, it was clean and spacious. Plus, it was right over the bridge, so we couldn't have asked for a better location! Sadly, our stay was mostly cloudy, so we didn't get to experience the sunset from the deck that I had read rave reviews about! But what can you do? Guess we'll have to come back ;) Finally, Alex and Mike were great hosts. They were both super responsive and easy to work with!

I had a great stay at this property. The house was spacious. All the beds were new and very comfortable. It was a great location and my son loved the park right across the street. The owners responded quickly to any questions I had. Would stay again.

Spent a long weekend here with my girlfriends (5 of us total) and had a great time! Watching the sunsets over the bay from the deck and living room were absolutely breathtaking! The house was so comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay - coffee maker, pans, dishes, towels, blankets, pillows, and they even supplied us with menus from local restaurants in case we wanted to stay in for dinner! Mike and Alex were so easy to talk to, very friendly, and accommodating. We will definitely be renting this place again in the future!
