The property is charming! It has everything you could need and Tracy and Michelle went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make sure our vacation was a success. I absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to launch a panhandle adventure!

Quiet town with a beach close by and lots of history, we enjoyed kayaking and searching for shells and visiting the shops and eating great food. The house was beach theme which was awesome and it had lots of room and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our first stay in Apalachicola. When we first pulled in, the exterior showed some weathering typical of any gulf coast property. The building looks very nice and has clearly been given the TLC it needs but you can never keep up with that salt water breeze. It prematurely weathers your paint no matter what you do. But that is to be expected when staying on pretty much any coast and shouldn't surprise any seasoned seaside vacationer.
With that being said, WOW! The exterior is still above average and the interior is immaculate! The owners have done a great job with the place, making it one of the most comfortable properties that we have stayed at. We like to vacation at Margaritaville, Diamond Resorts and other up-scale condos in the Caribbean and this place rivals anywhere that we have stayed. Kudos for providing great accommodations at a great price! It is a great place to relax after exploring the area. And spending time by the gas fireplace on the wraparound deck overlooking the bay was sublime. To top it off, the owners are a real pleasure to talk to.

We had a wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed and we grilled and chilled on the big deck. We had morning coffee on a smaller deck. It was close enough to downtown Apalach. The hosts were great and responded immediately. Never met but felt like we made a friend!

Michelle and Tracey were fantastic hosts from booking through our stay and after! The condo was super clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking dinners and making breakfast, kitchen and bathrooms were updated, and the condo comfortably fit 7 adults for a family get away. The location is perfect to go to the beach - only 15-20 minutes to St. George Island! The view of the bay from the balcony was great for morning coffee and the deck had plenty of room for us all to eat dinner outside. Historic Apalachicola has a ton of cute botiques, an awesome brewery (Oyster City Brewery), and our favorite restaurant from our stay (Up the Creek Raw Bar)! Michelle and Tracey made us feel at home and made sure we had a great time at their condo, which we did! We can't wait to go back next year and invited Michelle and Tracey up to our lake house if they're ever in our area! Fantastic hosts, beautful condo. Perfect long weekend with the family! Hopefully next year we can stay longer!

Really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo was immaculate, conveniently located a quick drive from downtown, and our hosts made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again next time we’re back in town.

Very clean
The owners are super nice and are pleasant to deal with. Everything was very easy. This is the cleanest place I've ever stayed. I always have to clean everywhere I stay when I first get there, not this place it was VERY clean and I didn't have to clean anything at all. This was nice for me to be able to relax and not have to clean. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Thank you to the owners for making everything so easy and for being so nice.

Delightful stay on the Forgotten Coast
The Forgotten Coast is a wonderful place. We have been visiting for years and we like to stay in Apalachicola, a funky little fishing village, very old Florida. We found Michelle & Tracey’s place on VRBO and decided to try it, since it had three bedrooms, which we needed for three couples. It was a great experience from the get-go. Michelle was super in communicating with us. The condo was terrific, very clean, with everything we needed to cook (except for a really large pot we needed for a Low Country Boil, which you don’t usually find in any condos, so we weren’t surprised and which we had brought with us). The furnishings are nice, great outdoor areas - which we very much enjoyed. Shortly after we arrived, we received a text from Michelle asking if everything was okay. I jokingly replied that everything was great, but we needed more wine glasses - in less than five minutes, there was a knock on the door, and there was Michelle standing there with a tray of wine glasses! Highly recommend!

Nice quiet place to relax and enjoy family time. The beach was just a short drive away. This by far was the best vacation my family has had in a very long time. We loved it here and the owners were awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! We loved their home! If I could give 10 stars I would. We will definitely be back! Michelle and Tracey are the best!!

Great Vacation!!
Fantastic stay!!!! We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay in Apalachicola!! While there we visited Cape San Blas as well as St. George Island beaches. We dined at many local restaurants and the food was great! We went on a fishing charter and caught a few sharks! From beginning to end, our room and our host, Tracey, were very accommodating! The room has super clean, quiet and beautiful! We highly recommend staying here and we definitely plan to be back!!

A Great Home Away From Home
The owners were so easy to work with, check in was a breeze, the home is beautiful. Met all of our needs for a family of five. Super clean and had all the thins we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Kids...maybe not
The house, location, owners were nice. I would just recommend a second thought before staying with kids. We were constantly being asked to walk lighter and be quieter. I understand the owners were just asking this because there were people staying below us but I spent the entire trip telling my kids to be quiet and calm down. They weren't being overly loud or active, just being kids. It took away from the enjoyment of the vacation. We actually left the evening before checkout because of this.

Would definitely stay again
This part of Florida is definitely laid back and uncrowded. Several restaurants in downtown Apalachicola with great seafood. Tracy and Michelle's place is very clean and decorated nicely they made you feel right at home. I would stay again and recommend this place highly!!!!

Very Clean, Very Well Appointed
We really enjoyed our stay! We prefer VRBO to hotels and have stayed in many and our hosts here were the most hospitable we have had. The property is exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. The hosts even provided travel sized toiletries. The property offered both a Kurig (and pods!) as well as a traditional coffee pot and filters. This is rare in VRBO’s in my experience. There was even a basic supply of cooking spices. This property gets an 11/10 in my book. We would definitely rent here again!

Hidden gem
We had a wonderful time in Apalachicola. The place was nice and clean and quite large. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The park at Cape San Blas was phenomenal and only 20 minutes away. We loved being able to go both to enjoy the calmer waters in the bay, but also having access to the larger waves on the onther side. The kids had a blast.

Great for Family Gathering
This property was very clean and comfortable! We rented this property to have a location for a Thanksgiving family gathering, and it was perfect for 4 adults and two children. It is close enough to the town and beaches to provide easy access to all activities, while also maintaining a quiet and serene environment at the property. The owners were wonderfully accommodating and incredibly understanding...even after we broke a ceiling fan! Will definitely rent this property again!!

Home Away From Home
We so enjoyed our stay at this home ! The place was spotless, roomy and so convenient to downtown. Michelle and Tracey provided everything we needed from paper products, to toiletries, dish soap to cooking spices. We would definitely stay here again. Although we were warned, we were slightly disappointed in the view. Lots of trees obscure the water. Unfortunately the town is in charge of the trees, so Tracey and Michelle can’t change that. Other than that, all was perfect!

They found a new repeat renter!!
When we arrived they were fixing the cable and we weren’t able to check in until 6pm but Tracey gave us a couple extra hours to check out!! That was really sweet of them to do!! They were attentive to anything that we needed. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend anyone else to do so as well.
