Ashville is great, the Hosts are crazy, would stay somewhere else if had the option. Host giving us a hard time about a dirty blanket and makeup on a towel.

The amazing house is in the middle of the mountain. We rent the full house for 5 families 3 kids and 2 babies. It was super clean and organized. We enjoyed the weekened very much

Loved the place and the views. It was secluded but don’t be loud at night.

It is a great two nights stay at this house and visit the beautiful blue ridge road in the Fall. The house and the host/manger are great. The only thing can be improved is the Wi-Fi. Maybe it is a good thing we can enjoy more on the nature than the internet. The Google may lead you to a neighbor house and a big sign/mark at the final turn may help a lot, especially when you arrive at night.

Property is tucked away up in the mountains, spacious and very comfortable bedrooms, kitchen well stocked, works wonderfully for multi- families when you book up and downstairs! Ida the property manager was very good about communicating.

We had a good weekend stay at the property. Here are some pros/cons. Cons -The owners had previous damage by guests and so it felt very micromanaged from the beginning. Lots of rules, a vetting process, 20 min phone call with property manager, extra stress that sucked some of the fun. -No shampoo/soaps, no coffee, (amenties that are normally found at rentals) -door lock was broken and had to use 1 physical key for the whole house and there was a door to a bedroom that was broken and had to stay open :( Pros- large clean house, awesome back decks to hang out, nice fireplace (bring your own supplies)

Very nice home to stay for a few days to a week. Great location to everything! Home was exactly as described. Plenty of space to relax but the only thing missing is a hot tub. Road getting in needs improvement due to rain but manageable. Overall we had a great time and would do again!

This place is perfect for a large group of women. We enjoyed playing games and eating. Outside deck has fabulous view and the house has all the amenities for a good weeken.

The property was incredible. It was perfect for our getaway with the grandchildren for a visit to Sliding Rock and some other waterfalls and swimming holes. Can't wait to return soon and visit some other attractions!

Our party of 7 greatly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and has gorgeous views, and the kitchen, especially, was outfitted with everything we needed for family dinners whether cooked indoors or on the grill. There were plenty of nice linens and basic household supplies, and the communication from the owners and property manager was great. The property manager gave us information not only on the home but also on attractions in the area. Great location close to many attractions/activities and great rental for a larger group. Would definitely recommend.

Great house for adults, little to do for smaller children. If there is one drawback, it's the driveway access. Very steep, one-lane road to get to the house. We enjoyed our stay here, great place, very clean and comfy. It was perfect for what we needed for our prayer retreat with our teens. If you have a large group with teens/kids be careful with stains, lots of white, light colored things that can easily stain.

The house is well maintained overall and we had plenty of room for six adults and three kids (we rented the bottom unit as well as the top). The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful with any questions. The trash service had neglected to come the week prior (through no fault of the property owner) and the dumpster was full, so the property manager drove up to the property to pick up our trash when needed, so there was absolutely no issue for us. The driveway getting to the house is pretty steep, but they make that clear in the listing. We had no issues getting in and out of the property during our stay. This location is off the beaten path and a great place to go if you are just trying to get away and enjoy some time with family or friends.

The only change I would make is to get rid of the crappy Direct tv packages, put in smart tv’s and let people sign in to their own streaming services. Otherwise, we loved the space and the porches and the well stocked kitchens. Thank you for helping us make a wonderful Christmas memory!

Certainly a place for a getaway with comforts of a home. Has a breath of fresh air in the early morning . We had a pleasant stay . Enjoyed being in a cozy place. Ate with longer than usual conversations, danced with the YouTube after a hearty meal and watched Netflix before retiring. This place is well kept and would recommend with a smile.

The house is beautiful. The views are spectacular. The amenities are top level. Only one complaint. The downstairs unit claims that it can hold 6. The bunk beds are clearly too short for adults and the top bunk isn’t really safe for a child. Also, there is only one bathroom which is not reasonable for six people.

We enjoyed our stay! The house and views are exactly as pictured, and we could not have enjoyed the outside deck areas any more than we did. It is an extremely private property that is well-located in Fletcher, NC. Our family was close to all of the activities that we wanted to do with our children (Nix Pumpkin Patch and Jeter Mountain Farm) and the activities that the adults on the trip wanted to do (Sierra Nevada, shop in downtown Hendersonville). Everything about the home was well-kept and maintained. We rented both the top and bottom floors so we’d have plenty of room with our 6 adults and 2 kids. The only downside to this property is that there is nowhere outside to explore around the house. You’re kind of perched up on a ledge with no yard. We wanted to take a walk with our girls, but the driveway/road up to the house was entirely too steep for a 2.5 year old to walk on and would have been treacherous with a stroller. Also, if you’re traveling during football season and are an avid fan, be sure to have another way to watch the games. The TV did not carry ESPN (or channels like ACC Network or SEC Network).
