The house was just the right size for the 4 of us. The pool was refreshing as the temps were in the high 80s and mid 90s. The views were spectacular.

Perfect place to stay for Spring Training baseball. 13 minutes from Goodyear. Very clean. 3 King Beds were perfect for our family. Pool on site and right on the Golf Course. Our hostess was friendly and informative. We couldn't have asked for more!

This was our 23rd anniversary, I have family in Avondale and Tucson. We loved the house , the pool, location. Darleen was a hoot, funny , knowledgeable. When we come back, I’ll definitely see if this property is available.

House was neat and clean, not overly done. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Grand Canyon was about 3 hrs away and well worth the trip. Sedona was about 2 hrs away and a must see. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent.

Nice, clean, comfortable two week stay at Coldwater Springs. Home has more than ample supplies/necessities, decorated nicely. Excellent property manager Doreen ensured that we had a perfect stay, even recommending day trips, shopping, etc. Would love to stay here again!

Light bulbs were out in lamps in 2 of the bedrooms and thermostat was didn't work right, couldn't read the numbers.

Great home. Very comfortable for our family. We have 2 young sons. The pool was perfect. Great location. Would recommend.

The pool was just the right size. Our 5 year old began to learn to swim! The 2.5 year old learned to let go of Mommy/Daddy while in a life jacket and paddled around the pool. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everyting we needed. The master bath and bedroom were very spacious, and the other two bedrooms and bath were a good size. The location was convenient. The property manager was very helpful. I would recommend this property without hesitation!

We came down with our 3 kids 9, 8 and 6 and we had a great time. The place was better than what I was expected. Spacious , clean and quiet neighbourhood . We all enjoyed the pool as the weather was very hot. Would definitely love to visit again.

this is a very nice property with a great swimming pool, nice kitchen and bedrooms,.bath rooms need some work but otherwise overall a great place to vacation,alot of restaurants and shopping near by. going back next year

The house was just as described! Property owner was very nice and worked with us as we had a truck and trailer to park. Pool was perfect to relax in with a beautiful view!

Excellent rental in Avondale Arizona
Very clean and home accommodates up to six adults. Everything was available in the home to prepare our meals when we chose to cook our meals. We really enjoyed this home in a quiet neighborhood.

Great place!
My husband and I stayed for a month to visit our daughter and grandkids. Great place to stay and the pool was a bonus! The property managers are always available and very helpful.

The house was nice and relaxing. Pool was great in the early evening and views were beautiful :). Communication was great and the house worked well with pups and for work from home. Will definitely look at this house again for possible future trips :)

This place is great. When we come back I’d love to stay here again. We used the pool daily (was awesome) and the grill each day (it worked well).
Rooms are big, bathrooms are good, laundry works well.
Easy 30ish minute drive to the White Tank Mountains (we did that daily)
Close to most spring training facilities as well.
Really awesome place overall!
