The condo was in a central location to all of the beaches we like to visit along with shops, stores, and restaurants. There were only 3 of us in total so more than enough room to be comfortable! The AC was cool, the ceiling fans added a nice breeze throughout as well. Having the screened in balcony was nice for the evening and early morning along with for wet bathing suits to air dry. We really enjoyed our stay. *there IS an elevator- I wasn’t aware of and was so happy!

Peaceful location with lots of room for the kids. Very relaxing stay. Great communication. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay at Sunset Beach. The condo was well equipped and just as described. We felt very at home, which made for a relaxing stay. The mini suite gives you tons of extra space. Paul communicates well and he provided us with all needed information.

Only minutes from the beach and shopping - we loved our stay. It was a great trip, with a great host. Highly recommend and we will be back.

This condo is the perfect place to unwind in a quiet neighborhood only 5-8 minutes from the beach. We love Sunset! The layout of this condo is perfect for guests with multiple family units or teenagers wanting their own space. We loved using the nearby pool and exercise facility at the "Pink Palace" (2 min drive through the neighborhood). Paul is an excellent host--very quick to communicate and thoughtful. Finally, this condo is much larger than most you could rent for the price, making it a great deal for families who want to spend money on dining and entertainment. We hope to be back soon!!

We so enjoyed our stay. Paul called to let us know we could stay a little longer since there wasn't anyone coming in on the day of our checkout. Beautiful place and pools! We will be back!!

We had a very nice experience here!As a family of five, we needed plenty of space to be comfortable and this residence didn't disappoint. The pictures really don't do it justice, and the area's very nice! During our stay there, we had to deal with a few storms but if you're going to be cooped up awhile, you could do worse!! Highly recommended!

Our stay at Sea Trail was everything we could have imagined. We are already planning for next summer and cannot wait to return to the beach.

My husband & I are early 60’s our adults sons are 22 & 31, we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, nice view of the golf course. The whole complex is beautiful, & not to far from the beach. The beach is very nice & more family oriented, not a big party town, not to far from Myrtle Beach. The condo is really nice & clean with everything you need, we loved sitting on the balcony. Would highly recommend, & if we vacation here again, will return here. Thank you Paul for everything.

Overall we had a great experience. The room is spacious and was able to sleep 8 comfortably. The only issue we had was the glass stove top had spider web cracks in it. Fortunately we packed a small griddle to use. I did let the owner know and he did respond to me in a timely matter. Other than that we loved the condo and having the elevator makes it easy to unpack and pack up when arriving and leaving. The pool is within walking distance and has plenty of umbrellas for shade. Not the owners fault but unfortunately the hot tub at the pool was filthy and Luke warm. Overall though it’s a great place to stay. 8 minutes from Sunset Beach, 10 from Calabash and plenty of stores near by to grab essentials.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The condo location was convenient to all our activities. Paul was extremely helpful with all our requests, and made our stay a delight!

We had a wonderful time with our daughter and grandkids. We were able to communicate with the owner at any time and would like to come back when our son in law is off from work. The apartment is amazing and so is the location.

Nice spacious property. Pool was very good and close to a great beach. A good place for getaway or longer vacation.

As others have stated, the pictures don't do justice to this property. There is much more room than it appears. The property is located within a golfing community and the screened in porch over looks the green on hole 16. When we stayed it was unusually warm so there weren't very many golfing. It is about a 5 minute drive to the public beach, which itself is one of the cleanest beaches we have been to on the east coast. Communication was excellent and check-in couldn't be any easier. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. The communication was above my expectations and checking in was simple. It was very quiet and peaceful. We'll definitely stay here the next time we go to Sunset Beach.

Paul was great to work with and answered lots of questions for us before check in! The only thing we had issue with was the coffee pot was very dirty, as were many dishes in the cabinets. We washed everything once and then it was great! The screened in porch was great, and having a pool right outside of the unit was awesome too! The unit was much bigger than we thought and we had plenty of room for our two kids to spread out! Thanks Paul!!

Loved the stay and hope to stay here once again. Short drive to the beach. Family had a blast and the screened porch is a wonderful place to unwind and watch golfers.

The perfect place for two couples or families to stay. Location was super close to everything (beach, restaurants, etc.) Owner was very attentive and accommodating.

Plenty of space for our family of 5! Great location. You can cut through the neighborhood and end up right by the bridge to Sunset beach. Ocean Isle is less than 10min drive too. Paul was available and easy to communicate with. Pool was clean. We had a blast! We'll be back!

We stayed here for about four nights and it was a nice stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Paul was quick with his response to any questions we had. It was literally a quick drive to the beach! Definitely would come back if ever in that beach area again!

We enjoyed the property. It is a nice size for a family, and was a nice home base while on vacation. Sea Trail is a nice community. Very quiet and well maintained. Be sure to check out all of the available pools. You can talk to the staff at the nearby clubhouse to find the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was in order & ready for us. There were plenty of towels. Mr. Nelson was available if needed or called w/ any questions. The rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the view of the Byrd 16th green. Lots of things to do & places to go close by. Beach parking was a cinch. The only thing we had a concern with was the internet service was weak. We had trouble maintaining service during our time there. We would definitely return and hope internet is better next time.

We had a little bit of trouble getting in contact with Paul at the beginning but once we got a hold of him everything went smoothly. It was our fault we didn’t contact him earlier, but my husband was a little grumpy that we couldn’t get the code to the door. It was a great condo for our family of 5 and it was a great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our rental house on Sunset Beach fell through two weeks before our trip. I found this property available over the holiday weekend at a very reasonable price. We were very happy to find a charming double condo with very comfortable accommodations for our family of four. The larger side works wonderfully for the family together for dinner or socializing. My husband and I then had the smaller side to ourselves with a refrigerator, microwave, tv, sitting area, full bath and 2 queen beds. We opened up both rooms and entertained family with a 4th of July dinner. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The doors had a code box so we never worried about who had the keys! The linens and pillows were updated and very comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property 💙�

The property was spacious but worn out and outdated. The property needs some attention. The beds, bedding, pillows and the rest of the furniture should be replaced. The porch was nice but needs cleaning, lots of spider webs and tree debris stuck in the screens. The pool furniture is really bad, nothing to do with the property owner. No real storage to unpack and it would be great to have a full length mirror. We had to make our beds when we got there and we needed to buy a few nessesities, Kleenex, trash bags, dish soap. The condo was clean.

The layout of the condo is nothing like I’ve ever seen. 1 kitchen, and then a kitchen w/o an oven or dishwasher, but full sized fridge. Perfect for families, friends etc. The decor makes you feel like you are definitely at the beach. Literally 5 minutes drive to the beach. Pool and jacuzzi very close. So very impressed.
