We were 4 adults staying in this condo and everything was perfect! I had stayed there about 5 years ago and everything was just as it was last time. Anything we needed was there and condo was immaculate. Everything in great condition. The host was easy to reach and very pleasant to deal with. Can't wait for our next stay there!

We had a wonderful time at this condo on the 10th floor over spring break. The location is fantastic and the view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sunset. The condo is beautifully updated and the owners have stocked it generously. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella in the storage closet for beach time. We look forward to staying here again. The owners take a lot of pride in creating a wonderful place for their guests to stay. We HIGHLY recommend this condo!

Definitely the best place we’ve stayed on Marco as far as supplies-beach chairs and umbrellas were new and easy to access, anything you could need in the kitchen, even bathroom incidentals if you forgot anything. The host was easy to contact. Will definitely be back!

Very nice clean condo overlooking the beach and ocean. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the beach and heated pool. The owners went above and beyond with everything you need to start your vacation. We really enjoyed our stay!

What an awesome place directly on the beach! The sunsets were incredible on the beach and perhaps even better from the balcony of condo! The condo was exceptionally clean and fully functional. Everything is updated and the oversized showers were great! Mike and Tracy were very responsive with any and all of our inquiries. We definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate renting from Mike and Tracy again. Marco Island was wonderful, quiet and immaculately maintained. The property was clean, secure, and exactly what you would expect from an oceanfront property. The only problem that we ran into was that the hot tub was out of order the last few days of our stay.

The best part about our stay is the location on the beach. It is right on the beach and you and always hear the waves lapping on the shore. We’ve been to the Bahamas and Seven Mile beach in the Caymen Islands and this beach is as good if not better. The condo unit was clean and very nicely appointed and upgraded with ample amenities. It was perfect for our stay. If you like oysters the Oyster Society restaurant, 1/2 a mile from the condo, had fresh oysters from the east and west coast. Mike and Tracy were great to deal with and responded right away when I had questions. Marco Island has a lot to offer visitors. Your going to love this place.

This condo is new, updated and located directly on the beach. The unit is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

The condo has every amenity you need; great location on the island. Close to south beach and a short walk to the beach! The owners are great with communication and making sure everything is satisfactory. Thank you!

We actually stayed on the 7th floor, listing 727593ha. This unit is beautiful and comfortable for 4 adults. The unit is very well appointed. We cook a lot when staying in a condo. The condo is very well appointed for doing this. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. There were numerous beach chairs and umbrellas. All of which were not the cheap stuff. All were Tommy Bahama in very good condition. This was a great surprise as other places we have stayed had cheap and broken beach equipment. Mike and Tracy are great hosts. They are very responsive to any inquiry. It was never more than 10 minutes after the inquiry was sent when they responded. I highly recommend!!

Our family had the BEST time. This place is entirely taken care of and super clean. We could live here!The balcony has a view of the beach horizon, you can watch the sunset from the condo. The condo had endless necessities. The pool is clean, there is beach access. Tracy & Michael provide pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had. This was our first time using VRBO, we are so glad we stumbled across Tracy & Michael’s place and gave it a shot! This was also our first time in Marco Island. Personally, we recommend renting a car because we don’t know what we would’ve done if we didn’t— Although if you like walking around, you’ll be perfectly fine, everything is MAX 10mins from the condo. Tracy & Michael also provided us with a million recommendations. We recommend the Treasure Seekers Shell Tour, we did the 2 hour sunset + shelling one on our last night, we had the best experience. We’re going to remember this trip forever, and we cannot wait to stay here again.

Our stay started out a bit rough, but want you to know that the owners are amazing people. They made everything right and went over and beyond. This was my 2nd time staying at this property in Marco Island and we can't wait to come back again next year. It's such a great location right on the beautiful beach. The apartment is stocked with anything we needed for the beach: chairs, umbrella, games, floaties, coolers and on and on. Great restaurants nearby and the hosts were very accommodating and so easy to communicate with. Loved it.

This is one of the most well-cared-for condos we have stayed in! The owners were readily accessible and accommodating for anything if needed. The modern coastal decor is made the best use of space so all your needs are covered! The ocean waves lull you to sleep and the views of the wide, sugar sand beach are breathtaking, whether at the water's edge or from your balcony. The local recommended restaurants offered a wide selection of amazing food, all within about 5 to ten minutes from the condo. A tranquil tropical getaway! Would highly recommend a stay here!!

My wife and I visited Marco with our 18 year old son. The condo was fantastic. Super clean, well decorated with an amazing view. The deck was really spacious and could accommodate all of us. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom so the place is really comfortable and surprising roomy for the three of us, we could have easily accommodated a 4th. The adjacent building has a great restaurant and bar on the beach. So, this place is as good or better than staying at a hotel. You have the benefit of a condo, kitchen, deck, space and ability to walk right over to the restaurant from the beach and get whatever you want to eat and drink. Also, Tracy was a great host.

This was a perfect location for a vacation. This part of the island is less crowded. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. Tracy was a great host and made our trip easy. Highly recommend this condo.

Our stay in Marco Island was absolutely amazing. This is the second time we rented from Tracy, and we were once again, so happy with our condo, everything that was supplied, and her responsiveness throughout the entire process and stay. Her condos really made us feel comfortable and right at home. We cannot wait to book our next trip!

This is our second time back to this property and we absolutely love it. The condo is newly remodeled and makes you feel right at home. I can’t say enough good things about the property owners. They are very responsive, accommodating, and understanding. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. This condo has the most stunning views of the ocean and is just steps away from the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend renting this condo. We will be back!

Our family just returned from a week on Marco Island. From the day we booked unit 1002, Tracy provided everything we needed for a restful and relaxing vacation. The unit itself is very nicely updated and beachy with amazing views of the ocean from a very large patio. Finally, the unit had a ton of towels, comfortable beach chairs, multiple umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon, all conveniently located in a storage locker across from the elevators. The beach in front of the unit is spacious and we had fun meeting owners and other renters each day! I highly recommend this unit and this area of Marco Island!!

While it was the coldest Christmas in 30 years our stay was warm and wonderful. The condo presents even better than the pictures (which are great) and was well stocked with every little thing a family could need. We overpacked! The view was spectacular and we loved the private entrance to the beach and all the beach chairs, umbrellas etc provided at the condo. We rent a lot from VRBO and the property management team was the best we have ever worked with, they even had a wonderful gift basket delivered. There is a reason this place only has 5 star reviews!

The Sea Winds Condo absolutely beautiful location on the beach. Here’s where to go and enjoy beautiful sunset and family. The seashells on the beach were amazing. A wonderful November getaway and will definitely be back. Marco island and Naples will not disappoint

We have stayed in numerous condos on Marco Island and Sea Winds is our favorite. This unit is by far one of THE BEST condos we’ve stayed at - extremely clean, very well appointed and very responsive hosts. The beach closet is full of chairs and umbrellas; the furniture is comfortable; there is an in-unit washer and dryer and it is stocked with good soaps and all the basics for cleaning supplies. Sea Winds has a great pool; is close to the water and very near South Marco public access. Overall, one of our favorite rentals. Loved our stay!

The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need to enjoy the beach. We truly appreciated the convenience of the beach closet with portable chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen has all of the basics to cook in and enjoy the ocean view from the balcony. The south end of the island was quiet. It was a relaxing beach vacation.

The condo was perfect size for the 4 of us! Very clean and updated! It also has the most beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Owners were very easy to work with! Highly recommend!
