Lawrence was a great host with great communication. His suggestions were great and would recommend his place to any other couples looking to enjoy Maui and Wailea. The kitchen had surprisingly anything you’d need and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property in a quiet but convenient location in Maui. Owner was very accommodating and super helpful to work with. Great location close to beach and great food options! Pool option was fantastic as well!

This place is even better than the pictures!! Right in the middle of a beautiful upscale neighborhood, it feels more like a home than an apartment. The instructions on everything are crystal clear by the owner who has put in a lot of love in this home. We rven used to cook our breakfast everyday the kitchen being well- equipped. The air conditiong is very good, the lanai has great views too! 2 baths in a 1 bedroom is a definite add on!! If ure planning to stay in Maui, this place is a cherry on the cake!

Lawrence was a super host! He was friendly and very accommodating. The unit had such a fun vacation vibe to it with all the amenities and comfort one can ask for. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get the most bang out of their buck. Can’t wait to return !

The condo was perfect! Spotless, well furnished, accurately described, and communication with Lawrence was prompt and pleasant. This was the perfect set up for my girlfriend and I to enjoy and experience all that Maui and the Wailea area have to offer. Would absolutely book this condo for future visits!

The condo was perfect for our Maui vacation. Location was quiet and very convenient to all of the shoppes, restaurants, and resorts. Pool/spa onsite and beach in walking distance. Unit was updated with all of the needs and wants with open concept and oversized lanai. New AC minsplit was great to provide cooling and was quiet. TV/Bose was a nice feature for unwinding with music, or enjoying a late night movie. Host was personable and responsive.

We have stayed at the palms over 10 times and we love the location and we love Wailea!The host was easy to communicate with and the condo was just ok! They had one ac in the bedroom and it did not work well at all! Lots of construction going on so would have been nice to have to close window! Other than that ammentities were great!

This is a good unit to stay at for a couple. The bed and bedding are super high end and comfortable, The unit is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, and the kitchen is nicely stocked with amenities and everything you would need to do your own cooking. The barbeque on the lanai came in handy as well. For those nights when you just want to stay in there is also a high end TV and surround sound system with access to most of the digital movie sites (Netflix, etc.). The only one draw back that we saw was that there can be some traffic noise when sitting on the lanai.

Everything you need! So nice not to have to run out for paper towels, TP, dishwashing liquid, or laundry detergent.
The entry landing has counters that are perfect for dropping your backpacks, bags, keys, sunglasses, etc.
Having access to beach items was nice as well.
The ONLY thing we missed was an A/C unit in the main living area. The unit in the bedroom kept that area very comfortable for sleeping but, even with fans, it could be a bit warm at times in the living room.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bedding was super nice. Proximity to beaches and the restaurants and shops at Wailea made things easy when we didn't feel like going into Kihei.

I come to Maui annually for my birthday but never stay in Wailea until I found this gem of a condo which was only 15 min walk from the shops at Wailea and beach access. Lawrence was such an amazing host and even though he is on NY time +6hrs my questions always got answered. The location is just central to everything in Wailea. We were able to use the kitchen for home cooked meals and only are out for dinners. Never checked out the pool but it looks nice. Would definitely stay here again on our nice trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I had an excellent stay in this Maui condo. The host was great and made sure we had everything needed. Location is nearly perfect with beach access only a 2 min drive or 10 minute walk. Food options in Kīhei are all within a 10 minute drive as well.

Although we had some minor issues with the property, Lawrence was easy to contact and helpful in solving them. We loved the beautiful recent remodel and the Bose sound system was incredible for music and TV sporting events. The artistic touch of Lawrence’s Photographic artwork throughout was very classy. Overall a great stay in a great location.

From the moment we arrived it was readily apparent that we had made an outstanding choice! The furnishings, the cleanliness, the quality of the appliances, the artwork and overall decor throughout the rooms was second-to-none. And Lawrence, the owner, was found to be most accommodating, gracious and readily responsive to our Baby Boomer questions about how to operate the magnificent surround sound audio/visual systems in the condo. We highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone seeking to spend a vacation in paradise. If it were possible to give it and the neighborhood a six-star rating instead of the maximum of five, we would do so.

Our overall experience was wonderful. My fiancé and I were looking for a place to simply relax, and this place offers that. The condo has everything you need. Dishes, cookware, up to date appliances, filtration system, beach essentials that actually work and are not falling apart, comfortable bed, and more. The apartment does get warm during the evening, so we opened the windows, brought the fan in the living room and that kept the place cool. Short drive to the wailea shops and beaches. We never had a problem looking for a parking spot when we drove to the nearby beaches. Lawrence was also available to answer questions on our first day. We’ll definitely return. Thanks Lawrence !

Overall great experience. Condo is decorated very nicely, kitchen well-appointed. Air conditioning is only in bedroom and bathrooms have not been updated. Deck area very nice. There is some road noise as would be expected with location. Lawrence was a responsive host and we love The Palms!
