We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location to Eagle Lodge was great. Property had everything we needed. Only issue was it took a long time for the heat to warm up the unit, otherwise everything was great.

This home is well maintained and so clean. Well appointed kitchen. The most comfortable fleece blankets for warming up after a day skiing! Wonderful communication and directions for parking and checking out. Thank you for making it easy!

It was great. Condo was clean and the Description was accurate. My F250 Tremor short bed fit in the garage. We will book this again for another trip. Host was great!

We had a nice stay and the property owners were really responsive! The living room was huge and the bed in the master was gigantic. The recliner in the living room was unbelievable! My only thing was that the place was cold and hard to heat due to a draft from the door to the balcony (maybe it needs to be sealed better). Also the 2nd bedroom was really small but we managed! Property was clean and neighbors were considerate and not loud too!

Loved our stay! Quick walk to eagle lift, great kitchen with all we needed to cook our meals each night!

We stayed monday - Friday with our 2 golden retrievers, the condo was great, lots of room, we didnt need the extra bedroom so just closed that room off. Our dogs loved the balcony, so they could see whats up, very private also, even with the balcony door open. The entryway has a lot of room for your gear too, whatever that may be. The neighborhood was quiet too. The kitchen had everything we needed, appliances were good. We had an issue with the coffeemaker, Pamela was quick to help/respond, unfortunately the coffeemaker was a bust, but im sure she has already taken care of that. The bathroom was nice & it was helpful to have the extra sink area across from the bathroom. The bedroom was cozy, bed is high (I'm short 5'2"), also more on the firm side so if thats your jam you'll love it. Overall we enjoyed the condo, its location and amenities. Would recommend!

This fun little place was perfect for my husband and I during a few days of Mtn biking at the Mammoth Bike Park.

We used the condo as a place to sleep and not a hang out. We were very pleased with the bedding! And the location to the village was convenient for night life

This condo is absolutely perfect for pets and small families. We truly enjoyed the condo, which is updated and cozy. It is on the bottom floor, and being an older building, we could hear everything above us. From walking to toilets flushing to running and jumping in the middle of the night. It can be incredibly loud and if you are a light sleeper or don’t want to be woken up super earlier, I would hesitate renting. If you are going to be loud and noise doesn’t bother you—it’s perfect! For us, it was too loud. I was a bit taken back by the lack of amenities left in the condo, as we have stayed in Mammoth for the last 30+ years. We had 1 extra roll of paper towels, and 2 toilet paper rolls for nine days. The cleaning crew added water to the hand soaps in kitchen (which squirted everywhere) and bathroom, so I went and purchased soap for each room. We purchased our own trash bags, there were none in the condo. We have stayed at numerous places and when you pay over $2000 for a stay, these things are very minimal to keep stocked. But, whatever. We left the trash bags and soaps for the next guests. Overall, it wasn’t my favorite place to stay and wouldn’t stay again, but maybe I am just too picky. I was a bit disappointed but it is a really nice condo in great condition.

Comfortable and nice lication

This is a great property, and super-convenient to Eagle lodge. It feels much bigger than a 1 bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay, condo was comfortable, clean, and all supplies/appliances in excellent condition.

This place is so clean and very cozy! It had everything we needed for a mid week ski trip. Pamela was very attentive to get right back to us when we had questions prior to arrival and contacting us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I almost don’t want to give 5 stars to keep this gem to ourselves!!

Having a covered parking spot was a great added benefit to this property. Also, it was about .3 tenths of a mile from the Eagle Lodge, which is walking distance for us, and was a second great benefit. I would recommend heavy socks or slippers in the winter as the floors get really cold. Also, the second bedroom is basically the size of the bed and a dresser, but functional enough for us. Overall, I would recommend, but not for more than 4 people at one time.

Great property, super close to village and local amenities!

My boyfriend and I and our two dogs really enjoyed our stay here. We had issues with the keypad upon entering the unit but Pamela was quick to respond and helped us unlock the unit. Throughout the duration of our stay, she stayed in contact with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Overall great communication with the hosts and the unit was cutely decorated with more than enough supplies during our stay. It's also walking distance to Eagle Lodge which was super convenient. As mentioned in the description, the unit takes a long while to heat up using the thermostat during winter months. The floors get really cold. I highly recommend getting the fireplace started first thing to warm up the unit faster. But otherwise, extra blankets were provided. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

This is our second year at the condo and we hope to come back in 2023.

This is a lovely place to stay. My family and our dog had a lovely time here. Although there were a few hiccups outside of anyone's control, the owners were very kind and responsive.

Overall, the condo was clean and had comfortable furniture and the owner's check in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend this condo. The only set back we had was the the hairdryer does not work and they only provided 2 trash bags, and we could have used 1-2 more rolls of toilet paper. Other than that, the condo was well supplied.
