This was a get away with friends who flew in to meet us, we drove down from the Bay Area. The house was well maintained, and stocked with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable. PGA West is a great location, as it is close to shopping and dining. House gets morning sun, but the pool gets sun most of the day. The patio area is very comfortable, as you can put out the awning and escape to the shade if need be. All in all, a great stay!

The rental was in very good condition and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. We did feel the cost of the house was a bit on the high side as it was definitely surge priced for Stagecoach. One thing to keep in mind for anybody wanting to rent this house, they have very strict noise ordinances which prevent renters from having any speakers outside by the pool and you cannot be outside after 10PM.
But overall, it was a great stay and a great fit for our group of 6!

We have booked many homes thru VRBO, and this pool / spa home fronting the PGA Golf Course was certainly lovely... home was well stocked, great beds, excellent ac, beautiful view, and just a short drive to downtown La Quinta, that is great for dinners out. Certainly receives a highest rating by our family.... Our 10 year old grandson, loved playing the Pac Man electronic game at this home...in fact, so much so, purchased one for his home for his birthday this month... This home is exceptional... Tnt ... We loved this beautifully decorated home. We go to the desert every year and this home was perfect for us to have our friends over for dinner and visiting. I have never stayed in a home with a better equipped kitchen, everything you need is right there and plenty of room in the pantry to store our food that we brought.

When we got to our house we had a small problem, Mandi took care of the situation right away and made us feel right at home. We love staying at PGA West. We BBQ'd outside and watched the golfers on the course. Went for daily walks, swam in the pool (it was well taken care of) and had fabulous weather. We all had a great time. BTW we love Ralph's.

I have stayed at one of Mandi’s properties before and they do not disappoint. 5 star accommodations with fully stocked kitchen, lots of amenities plus a gorgeous pool and hot tub right on the Palmer course!! Will definitely be back again!! Thank you for being such an incredible host!!

We've stayed in many homes over 15 years at PGA West. This home is among the nicest we've every experienced. The recent renovation is spectacular with the white kitchen motif standing out. The master bedroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. Located on the 2nd hole of the Palmer Private Course was perfect. The hot tub was so easy to use. We will come back again to this property.

This is a wonderful property! Prettier than depicted in the photos, with lots of room and full of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, a great supply of fluffy towels and soft bed linens. We felt so pampered. Dwight, the property manager, even stopped by to help us properly operate the spa! We would recommend this property to everyone who is looking for a well-run VRBO location in the glorious La Quinta desert. 5 Star!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoy our stay at this property. The newly renovated house is lovely and is larger than it looks in the photos. It was very well stocked and spotlessly clean. It was great to have 3 bedrooms with king beds, as well as the rollaway cots (very comfortable), there was plenty of room for 5 of us, including my elderly parents. The back yard is lovely with a very nice pool and hot tub and plenty of seating to enjoy the view of the golf course. We also had fun tootling around the complex on the cruiser bikes.
Mandi the owner was very easy to deal with and Dwight the property manager was very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again.

We were staying at the house to go to the AMEX golf tournament. Good location away from the hustle and bustle of the tournament. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen and the house was decorated nicely. Perfect for our needs.

Our family stayed at the property between Christmas and the New Year. It was perfect - maybe even a bit big - for our family of four. Newly renovated, clean, nice kitchen, TVs in every room and a perfect hot tub/pool that was automatically heated in the morning.

What an absolutely amazing house! Our son got married at PGA West and house was in close proximity. Gorgeous backyard on the second hole and so relaxing by the pool. All amenities were taken care of and became the place to gather in the evenings. Will definitely stay again!

Had a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of cookware, dishes, silverware and glasses. However, there were no napkins. (Or Kleenex) The bikes were a fun thing to do. An easy bike ride around the complex. The pool/spa were easy to heat. House instructions were complete.
We had to contact Dwight (the property manager) for a very minor issue. He was prompt in reply, fixed the issue quickly and told us not to hesitate if we had any other issues. One of us forgot a medical device. He went there after we left, found it and went to post office to send it back. A HUGE thank you to him. GREAT guy. Very nice and helpful!

This property was the perfect location for our stay in La Quinta. The house was clean and well-decorated. The location in the PGA West development makes it a beautiful setting and gives you access to the clubhouses. Great place for walking in the very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was easy.

We had a great stay at this property. It is very well stocked (kitchen, pantry, laundry, bathrooms) and well-organized. The property manager stopped in to check on us, and gave some local recommendations. Mandi, the owner, was very responsive to our questions and helped with a small problem we had with the spa display. The separate casita apartment was perfect to provide additional space for our group. Lovely walks in the neighborhood every day and easy access to multiple golf courses in the area. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the location, pool and hot tub. The house is way overdue for a deep clean, though. The air vents are coated with dust and dirt, there are large stains on the carpet, many items in the kitchen and pantry were sticky, floor was dusty, dining table full of crumbs in between the boards, couch pillows looked dingy, dead cockroach in the garage, etc. The dryer should be looked at since the Timed Dry setting didn't work. Using it just caused the dryer to run for hours until I realized the timer wasn't working. Property manager was very responsive, he came over quickly to help figure out why the hot tub wasn't heating properly and he had pool maintenance over the same day to fix.

Ultimate Relaxation Getaway!
Perfect space for multi families with kids young and old alike! Tons of room, great for entertaining, comfortable beds, and everything you could ever need. Several roll away beds available, a play pen, some games, and a fully stocked kitchen. The bikes were fun to take out at night, and the washer and dryer made the return trip home not so dreadful with luggage full of clean laundry. The pool is just big enough, the bbq made dinners convenient in the summer time, and the location was perfect. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great property on the Palmer private course. Very nice layout and plenty of shade in the nice pool area. Mandi was very accommodating and answered any questions promptly. Totally enjoyed the house and would definitely return.

Couples Retreat + Baby
We rented this property for our annual trip to La Quinta. I was a bit nervous this year as we brought our 8 month old. Unsure how things would go, we booked in hopes the house would be a good fit for our new needs. This house was everything and more!! Very clean and spacious!! We loved sitting in the living room and playing with our baby in the evenings. There was even a pack and play for our little one!

Great house for festival weekends!
The house was great especially for festival weekends at the polo fields. I will say it’s slightly misleading to say it sleeps 8 adults as there are 2 rollaway twin beds and 3 king beds so the rollaways go in one of the bedrooms (4 people share 1 bedroom). Other than that it was great!

Great Spring Break Getaway
We really enjoyed this house, the nearby golf courses, and Palm Springs. The house was clean, quiet, well-equipped, and very comfortable - but it was the pool and patio that we spent the most time enjoying! We would love to come back again soon!
