Perfect place to stay for a long weekend with family. Plenty of room and the complex has many activities. Centrally located to other local places of interest and/or activities.

Clean, modern and well-equipped place that was perfect for a family getaway. The pool outside is lovely and wasn't busy at all while we were there. Communication with the owner was quick and easy.
Three points to note and suggestions to make a good place even better: 1. The beds are super soft (some may like that but it was a noticeable change for each of us), 2. The bedrooms could all use some black out blinds as it gets very bright early, 3. Air conditioning unit upstairs works great but is very loud.
Overall it is a great place to stay.

The overall townhome was very nicely refinished and decorated. The home was hard to find and directions from owner was too vague. When pulling up to the community you have to be let in by someone who was not able to speak English or provide direction. Also you’re provided with property address but not building number. Listing also showed hot tub but heated pools were only on the property. I purposely booked this property with a hot tub as my 80 year old grandma wanted to enjoy it. It was a lot of money to spend on a property and was disappointed.

What a wonderful trip we had. The townhouse was absolutely beautiful and was even better in person than the pictures. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. Great location and beautiful property. The property manager went above and beyond for us and was very quick to respond. We had booked another unit. The complex but due to some parking maintenance the complex was doing we were contacted by the manager to inform us and she offered this unit. We could not be any more happier. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Has 1st floor bedroom and bath with shower along with mini kitchen with sink and refrigerator which was ideal for my wife who on this trip required a wheelchair

We recently stayed for a family get away with our two adult children. We had a great time! This property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We loved the the 2 screened in balconies. We felt very safe here! Everyone we ran into were bery nice! Would definitely stay again!

We travelled to Key Largo for a wedding. 3 couples stayed at P6 and enjoyed the unit as it was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and the location was perfect for our event. We enjoyed walking around the property and out on the jetti, laying out in the sun, and riding bikes the owner provided. We would definitely book again if we travel to the area!

Good for family’s with children our Grandson loved feeding the fish in the lagoon. The grounds were quiet everyone respectful of each other. Location of the unit was one of the best in our opinion. Close to restaurants some walking distance some a short drive.

The 3rd floor bathroom is shared by both upstairs bedrooms The other 2 bathrooms are very small The stairs have narrow dark steps. We limited how often we used them The first floor bedroom has no windows and is very small

We had a great time. This was perfect for our family of 6, but would be great for all ages. One of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve had through a rental. So many towels (both bath and beach) were available to use, which was great for our big group. The property manager was SUPEr responsive.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful house close to the heated pool and lagoon. All of the amenities and supplies were beyond our expectations. Many restaurants nearby that are fantastic. We went snorkeling, sunset cruise and kayaking during our visit. Would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a relaxing, clean location.

Great family vacation
This vacation was perfect for our family. It was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with really nice appliances. The unit is located right near the pool, park and lagoon. We will definetly be back!

Easy going Family Vacation
We stayed here on our first family vacation and it was wonderful! The Kawama Club is quiet and friendly. The location of the unit is right near the pool and the playground. The owner was easy to talk to and the unit was clean! The pool is protected from the wind, so the pool was an excellent escape on a few of our days when the weather wasn't perfect for the beach. We would love to stay here again. Just wonderful.

Location & Lagoon
Excellent location for getting around the keys. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the lagoon each morning sipping tea or coffee. Snorkeled in the lagoon, seeing many colorful fish. Friendly community and beautiful weather in mid 70s. Owner responded quickly to every need and the condo was great. Thanks!

Amazing property!
We had such a great stay here and we are already planning our trip back for next year! This is a beautiful property and community, home is comfy and well appointed and beautifully decorated. We loved the open space and seating for all of us comfortably. Beds were also very comfortable. Community has so many amenities you never need to leave! It was a wonderful trip for all of us and a nice break from the MD/PA winter! Thank you Dania for opening your home, we will be back next winter!
