The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the location of the home is! Can not say enough good things about our stay! Many things were available in the home of you forgot or needed something. We had no trouble finding the house, directions were perfect! Central location to Bryce, Zion and the North Rim. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Everything was as advertised. We didn't run into any surprises. It was roomy. We went with another couple and we had space for privacy if you wanted. View from the deck was nice and the star gazing at night was terrific. We enjoyed Zion and Bryce National Parks, the North Rim Grand Canyon along with a couple of lazy days relaxing at the house. Overall, we had a very nice stay.,

There is not enough space to list all the places we visited from this wonderful home. Home is as listed and more. We were able to visit Grand Canyon N Rim, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches, Canyonlands, Capital Reef NP’s. As well as Deadhorse Point, & Red Canyon SP’s. We totally enjoyed our stay. Sorry we only had 9 days.

Amazing views, ideally located to access Bryce, Zion, or Red Canyon. Furniture was beautiful and perfect, unit was well stocked. Loved sitting on deck to watch the distant lightning. The high end coffee maker was tough to figure out, but we used the supplied backup just fine. Having live sports tv might be something for future decisions. We would come back anytime.

The Ridgetop had everything we needed. The layout of the home is conducive for family get-togethers. We enjoyed the incredible views and it is close to so many activities. We even took the drive to the North Rim. Perfect location! Thanks to the Owners and their house-keeping services. Place is well maintained and Beautiful! I would highly recommend!!

House sits on a hill with great views of the valley. Since the deck was all around the house, if the wind was blowing on one side, we could always move! The home was spotless and just as described. Great central location for easy drives to Red Canyon Bryce, Cedar Breaks and Zion.

My husband and I met some friends for a few days of hiking in Utah. We had a wonderful time absorbing the beauty around us! Jean’s home is lovely and so convenient to Zion and Bryce . Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We’re hoping to visit again!

This Ridgetop Hideaway is the absolute best VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was clean and beautiful, the views are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. I want to bring my adult children and their families to experience this little slice of heaven.

At this house while we were touring Zion, Bryce, and Grand Staircase-Escalante parks. It was a perfect location, and a wonderful house to come back to after hiking all day. The house was well equipped, the kitchen very well stocked, nice towels and bedding, and very very clean. Each bathroom even had its own hairdryer! There was a nice welcoming basket with a muffin mix that baked up very nicely. Was just as advertised in the listing, and we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property and location. Perfect location for treks to Zion (70 min), Bryce (40 min), and Red Canyon (20 min). Property is high quality, well maintained, and has great instructions. Would definitely visit again. Probably top of all VRBO properties I have stayed at.

Loved the property! Communication with the owner was great. We requested to add an extra day and the owner responded quickly. The house was very comfortably furnished. Thank you for having laundry detergent available for guest use, along with spices and some staples. Everything in Hatch was closed so we made the short drive to Panguitch. I would definitely stay here again!!

Butch Cassidy was raised in this area. I can see him roaming the hills and finding a hideout in the slot canyons, rugged mountains and rocky out crops. It is amazingly beautiful, just as our stay was at the Ridgetop hideaway. Unending views from the wrap around deck or from every window while sitting inside with a cup of hot coffee, we found a relaxing and enjoyable few days. We had 3 couples all of us in our 70's we each had a private bedroom with King size bed and private bath. We only had a few stairs from a pull up area into the main floor, or we could go down a flight of stairs to one bedroom and slip outside from there. Also, Jean and his wife are wonderful gracious hosts. definately a 5 star

The location is remote which we loved as we enjoyed some restful mornings on the porch before hitting our days' activities or star watching at night. Location worked great for accessing both Bryce and Zion though we only visited Zion for one day as it was a bit of a drive....but we still really enjoyed staying put for 5 days and accessing both from one location and having a home base.

Stay here if it’s available for your timeframe!! Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this beautiful home. The beds are cozy and linens are nice. 2 Beautiful walk-in showers upstairs and a nice tub/shower downstairs. All 3 bedrooms have king size beds. Kitchen is perfect for cooking up something good or grabbing a hot cup of coffee before you head out exploring. We enjoyed hiking at Bryce Canyon and watching the Rodeo near Ruby’s Inn. We also drove about 2 hours down to the Grand Canyon North Rim and found some fun hikes there. Zion National Park was about an hour away. Drove there several days to explore all we could. The Ridgetop hideaway was the perfect home to come back to, clean ourselves up and relax. We particularly liked that we were able to pull our vehicle into the garage. Having a washer and dryer to keep our clothes clean was very nice too. The kids wanted me to say they liked the ping pong table in the second garage stall. :) The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed.
