We were in Salida for a friend's wedding. This location was a perfect home base for all wedding activities and outdoor recreation. We loved our visit to Salida and this home helped make out trip!

Salida is our favorite family vacation spot and this home fits the bill perfectly. Plenty of room, hot tub, close to the great Salida river park. We are already planning next year’s trip

We had a fine time in Salina and the house was perfect. We had stayed in the neighborhood before but underestimated the distance to downtown. Still, it was fine for our walks and the activities that we had planned.

Great place to stay, updated, great kitchen, small but great hot tub , very comfortable bed. Close to town, bikes are available with the property, very relaxing. Great jump off point to do so much in the area. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed ourselves the entire weekend. ✌️

We had the BEST time at Wendy’s. We were in town for a rafting day trip and loved the house and town of salida. The backyard was perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful weather. We didn’t want to leave! If we’re ever back in Salida we’ll definitely stay at Wendy’s again!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The owners have thought of SO many thoughtful touches, to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The place is layed out comfortably and spaciously. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The art work gives you a feeling of pure vacation! The beds and pillows are comfortable! We all slept very well. The yard is well kept and very enticing. While we did not use the fireplace and hot tub this time, we will return in the winter to enjoy! The cruiser bikes to get around town were a HUGE Treat for this Mountain Biking, River Surfing, Skiing family. The location is nice because you can get away from the "downtown" and have quiet, while enjoying a nice cruising bike ride.

They place is lovely, we really love how they had all these toys for kids! The outdoor space is amazing. Hot tub as well. Easy walk into town even with littles (3-5). Thank you!!!

We loved our stay here. We were 2 families of 4 with kids who are close friends who bunked together. We walked to shops and restaurants, and of course the river! Had everything that we needed, was very clean, and quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

house had a great layout and was clean and well organized. The location was in walking distance to downtown. Which we loved and took advantage of. It's a perfect half way point to meet our children from Denver and one granddaughter.

Great stay! Everything was very clean, lots of amenities (bikes, hot tub, etc), and great little area. Neighborhood wasn't in a richer area of town, but everyone was quiet and there weren't any issues at all, so don't judge this little home based off the area (again, it really isn't a terrible area!!). We had a less than 30 min drive to Monarch which was absolutely perfect and you're very close to the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay here again with our large group and would recommend this place to everyone!

Cute place in the heart of Salida. Great space for a family meet up with nice bedroom and living room space. Kitchen well equipped. Our family has met there for the past 2 years and will likely meet again next year!

House was great for our family vacation if 5 adults. it was cute, clean and well furnished. Hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. Close to downtown restaurants, but set up well also for cooking in. Thanks Wendy!

We selected this home due to location, size for our family and the lovely backyard as we were bringing our dog too! The pictures were great but it looked even better in person! The hot tub is the best bonus. Nothing better after a day of hiking or biking. The home has everything you need and more. Kitchen is stocked, games galore, even toys if you happen to have little kids. They’ve really thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable place to use as base camp for hiking. Hot tub was a nice feature after long days. The cooler came in handy too.

We have stayed here twice now and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Such an awesome location in Salida and a very comfortable spot for our large family. We even used the bikes this time and our teens loved the hot tub! We will be back!!!

This house is perfect for our 2 families with kids, skiing at monarch. the kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, clean and warm hot tub, the alexa speaker and cable tv are a nice bonus! will stay here every time we come to Salida! we love it, summer, or winter! This house perfectly accommodated my family (3 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog) for a Thanksgiving Getaway. The vibe and layout of the house are great, as is the proximity to downtown and the river. It was quiet and the hot tub provided a lovely way to relax.

Worked perfectly for a party of 6. Plenty of parking for our trucks amd trailers. (Enclosed dirt bike). The fleet of available bicycles was a nice touch and made access to the downtown bars and restaurants a fun experience.

Great place for a family gathering
We loved your house and quaint backyard area! Location was close to downtown Salida and perfect for our family of 7 adults. Kitchen was large and beds were very comfortable. A binder of relevant information about the local area. Overall, it was even better than expected. Thank you very much!!
