We were fortunate enough to stay at this beach house for a full week. The beach was as private as can be and only steps away from the pool. The pool was a perfects size for relaxing in the provided floats during the heat of the day. The kitchen had everything imaginable for cooking full meals and making pina coladas. The pantry had many spices and oils so check the cabinet before shopping. The location is perfect for visiting the rainforest. About a 15 minute drive to the base you f the mountain (which you can see from the house). 10 minutes to the Luguillo Beach Kiosks. 30 minutes to get a water taxi to Icacos Island. The only problem with this house is that it has set a very high bar for future rentals! We would definitely stay here again

Great overall trip

The house is beautiful and clean. Very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of five (2 adults and 3 teens-17,16,14). Well stocked kitchen. Great pool and beach right out back. Beach is almost private. Surf was rough the first 2 days but luckily it quieted down and we got to swim in the warm water. Sea Turtle nesting sites right on the beach. 10 minutes to the Rainforest, ziplines, Carabali Adventure Park and Luquillo beach and kiosks. Grocery store less than 15 minutes away. Restaurants close by. Approx 30 min from Fajardo and 40 from Old San Juan. Communication with Christina was quick and easy. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing location and a beautiful home. Everything was well cared for and there were no surprises. It lpoks as good on the aite as it is on person. Stunning was spot on. I read somewhere about a gym but never figured that out but that was the only thing . We loved our visit.

We have been visiting the same house for a few years and we cannot wait to return. its been truly a one of our families favorite trips every year.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed. Location is great. We spent hours in the pool and body boarding in the ocean. Communication with Christina was quick and helpful. We would love to return in the future.

We had the absolute best time. The most beautiful house (perfectly clean, well stocked, spacious) with a location that cannot be beat. Step off the pool steps onto the beach. Practically a private beach as so few people on it - stunning! And we loved getting up for sunrises and morning and evening long walks. The house was close to everything - the rainforest (we did a great hike), the kioskos (we ate at several), the adventure park is 10 mins away and Fajardo was 30 mins away for any boat activity. Our favourite local restaurant was Lluvia . And the boat tour we did was through Bellaventuras and was outstanding. All of this was the perfect few days after a wonderful stint in old san Juan. We loved Puerto Rico and this house was absolutely magical. Our host could not have been more accommodating. Thank you cristina for the best week (the girls had so much fun using all the pool/beach equipment). Best vacation ever

Our family stayed at the house with 2 adults and 5 adult kids 19-22. The house was a perfect size. Everyone had their own space. The location can’t be beat- right on an almost private beach steps away. So nice to be able to wake up and take a long walk on the beach. The house had everything you need- kitchen supplies, towels, etc. There are numerous restaurants very close by and a grocery store within about 5-7 minutes away. We would definitely recommend

Great home, well maintained, super pool and beautiful location on the beach. Our family and grand kids enjoyed the home so much that my oldest asked when are we going back. Location on the beach is awesome, it was quiet and relaxing. Very good local eateries and close to El Yunque. Great communication with owner and would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing. We went on a birthday trip with 3 couples and there was plenty of room. The house was well stocked, beautiful and spacious. The pool and beach were incredible, it was like having your own private beach. House was very close to El Yunque and not a far drive from Fajardo or San Juan either. Great location. Couldn't recommend this property more!!

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Everyone had their own comfortable space and the beach was right out the backyard. We hope to visit again!

We were a group of 8 (6 adults, two school-aged kids) and we could not have asked for a better home. It was spacious with plenty of bathrooms, a fully-functioning kitchen, and the two most important pieces: gorgeous beach view (and access) and pool!

Overall, this place is amazing. The proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the house was superb, the responsiveness of the owners was quick and helpful. A few things to keep in mind, we travelled with our kids, 3 teenagers. With the five of us, there was a bit of a shortage of towels. Now, I didn’t reach out to the owners, which I should have done, but it could have benefited from more towels. Also, we ran out of gas on the stove and has to switch to the other tank outside—so if you like to cook, make sure you go over the instructions on changing the gas tanks. Again, we loved the place and will definitely reach out to rent again when we go to PR.

This place is amazing! There were 7 of us that stayed...of which two were kids, ages 7 and 10. Each room had their own bathroom with a shower, and closet space too! We spent a lot of time in the kitchen which was fully stocked with glassware, pots, and pans. We fell in love with the patio area, which was so beautiful lit up at night. The kids absolutely adored the pool - always crystal clear and inviting. The tiny walk to the beach was also a huge plus. We loved the fact the house was stocked with beach toys, beach towels, and pool noodles! It was the fastest week of my life, and I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real! We are so sad to leave, but would love to stay again in the future! It was truly a home away from home.

This property is a dream; great location, perfect layout and size for a group or family. The house is kept in immaculate condition and has everything you might need. It is close to restaurants and el Yunque. However, you can stay in the whole time and enjoy the pool and beach in your back yard. We will be back again!

This is the whole package! Privacy, beach front, great location, all the bells and whistles in a home. Christina was super responsive. We had a beautiful time enjoying the ocean & pool as well as shade whenever we needed! We ate at the nearby delicious restaurants and also had an easy time cooking in for several meals with that kitchen! You will not be disappointed staying here! We would love to come back!!

The location on the beach is perfect. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very upscale. There were beach toys and floats for the kids and everything you need is provided. The house was very clean and spacious. I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

We were a group of 8 - 3 couples and 2 adult children. This property could not be more perfect! The location of the property is great for time on the northeast side of PR. The photos do not do the property justice...it is gorgeous from top to bottom with a LOT of space for people to spread out. The kitchen has literally everything you could ever need to make your meals and cocktails at home. The beach in front is GORGEOUS and it's the best thing ever to get up and take a beach walk to get the day rolling. The pool area is great - again, lots of space for everyone. Christina has thought of everything, was exceptional to work with and very responsive to all of my questions. Highly highly recommend!

This property definitely deserves the 5-star rating that it has. Great place to stay away from the crowds but still close enough to restaurants and activities. The house has tons of stuff for the pool and the beach which was awesome for the kids. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! Thanks Christina!

I cannot express enough how perfect this vacation home is for your luxury getaway to Puerto Rico. Our host was sooo incredible - immediately responsive, kind, and helpful. The home itself is like a magazine — impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, and to be honest, the pictures just don’t even do it justice. You have to see it yourself! It is BEAUTIFUL, comfortable ans welcoming from the second you walk in the door. The home is well equipped - it has everything you need and more! The pool is clean and the perfect size for our family of four. The location - private, secure, safe, and the beach is right outside your door. I want to go back TODAY! Somehow our trip was even better than last time. This house is just the perfect combo of space, layout, bathrooms, kitchen, pool, supplies, and EASY beach access. It was so great for last year's multi-generational family trip that we came back the very next year! Christina is an excellent communicator who helped us navigate our trip with no issue. Easy, relaxing, met our needy group's varied wishlist. Twice in a row is not luck! Book it!

This was the most beautiful home I’ve had the honor of staying in through VRBO. The house was clean and even better than the pictures online. The ease of access to the beach and having a pool right there, made it difficult to want to leave the property. It was a very relaxing stay and close to the Wyndham where some of our other friends were staying. Christina was the perfect host, easily available if needed and also found something I left behind and contacted me immediately to assist in the return.

Fantastic property! Great location away from the tourist madness. Numerous local food restaurants and coffee houses. Great beach, with easy access to a Wyndham resort. Christina is an outstanding hostess. Will come back again!!!
