It was perfect and had everything we needed

The only negative about the place was trying to find my room. Finding the building was easy enough.. when your room number is four digits, the first digit represents the building number as there are I believe five buildings. The second digit represents which floor of the building your room is on. I spent half an hour looking for my room and on the phone trying to figure it out. The lady on the phone even gave me the wrong floor number. Once I got that figured out, the rest of the stay was absolutely perfect!! Luckily there is an elevator on the property because staying on the 4th floor with lots of luggage would be a nightmare without it. The room was exactly as it was pictured.. beautiful, clean, spacious and peaceful. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean was something to look forward to each morning. Unfortunately the sun doesn't set on that side, but it's still beautiful to see that view all day until it's time to close the curtains at night. The unit came with everything necessary. Cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo and soap. I will definitely be coming back in the future and staying here.. I did not utilize the pool or the marina as I am not much of a water person. But the location was absolutely perfect for a 10 minute drive to go scuba diving in Key Largo one direction or a 10 minute drive the other direction to go kayaking/fishing in Islamorada. Tavernier is a quaint little town with everything you need close by 😃

It was exactly as advertised, clean, and comfortable!

Lovely and clean, generally well maintained. Swimming pool was fabulous and site staff were very friendly.

The condo itself was clean, well stocked with the essentials, and comfortable beds. The view was beautiful and the area was quiet. The patio was very tiny but ultimately didn’t take away from the condo too much- maybe they could trial different seating to maximize space. The resort amenities were also fun, clean, and a short distance from the condo. The cafe and pool bars were well stocked and staff was friendly. The dock was a highlight and everyone enjoyed! It really only worked because it was far enough away from the beach- which was pretty stinky. So bad in fact that the beach was basically useless. It’s a result of the natural seaweed that accumulates there, but for a resort that size and nice, I’m surprised they didn’t have it removed daily. The lack of beach use was the only reason to give 4 stars. Overall, a great family vacation spot!! Would recommend!

Great location. Everything was just as it was pictured.

I've stayed in several places like this my favorite things about this one was having 2 full bathrooms so you don't have to wait on others to get out of the shower after a dive or swim, the pool was amazing and just across from the condo, and of course the view from 4th floor was beautiful.

I loved the whole property very safe place to stay on issue i had my door to my to my condo broked and locked us in for like 3 hours but they come up and and installed a new one the same day

Nice condo in a complex with pool and beach access. Upper Tavernier, between Key Largo and Islamorada. Second time staying here, would stay again.

Loved where we stayed. Would stay there again. Pool was another story. There were not nearly enough chairs for amount of people.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Definitely a safe place. Helpful if they gave us instructions on entering facility with security, we had to call 3 people to get information. Under construction & very loud drilling -hard because I was working during the day) no hot water in shower. Reported & no resolve. Water pressure was bad too. Pool was awesome & thankful it was open at night. A great location.

Property wasn’t well maintained. Hallways in front of elevators were a huge puddle. Pool was empty and we weren’t notified until 2 days before checking in. Pull out couch bed was absolutely filthy. After spending quite some time trying to find out how to contact the property manager to get fresh sheets and extra blankets/pillows for the couch bed, they told us they don’t supply extra blankets or pillows. They told us to just wash the sheet on the couch bed. When we explained that there weren’t enough pillows/blankets for all of the beds, they agreed to bring extras, but nobody ever brought any, we had to use the beach towels in the closet for blankets. Awful stay, would never stay here again.

Upon entering the place was great. After a little bit floors had not been swept as sand was all over. Pans in cupboard had actually grease on them and coffee pot was dirty and rusty. The shower pressure in the bathroom off the king room had barely any pressure and if anyone else used the shower or water there was only a trickle that came out and hot water went in and out. The washer so extremely loud. The every day of our trip we were woken up by 830 by loud drills and banging from all of the construction on both sides and beneath us to the point we couldn't even enjoy breakfast or lunch because it never stopped til night time so forget sitting and resting in the room. The pool was closed entire trip and after being told there was tennis balls and rackets available the bins were empty and not a single employee would track some down for us so we bought our own. The rental company however did credit us a small portion of our stay for the inconvenience. But if told all of this prior to our stay I would have only booked for a few day not a week at stayed at our other hotel longer.

We love the location and marina . Pool was closed and we weren’t notified before we arrived . We had 2 cars and a motorcycle that easily would have fit into just 2 parking spots but were told we would have to keep one of the vehicles off property but weren’t given an alternative of where we could keep one of them . We understood the spots and easily could have kept the motorcycle in a spot with the vehicle . Also we paid for a spot for our boat trailer and the motorcycle could have also fit into the spot but we’re told no . Very disappointed . At the entrance where the temporary gate was located was a giant pot hole about 15 ft in diameter and about 6 to 8 inches deep . When we finally got thru the check in the pot hole was filled with water yet there were no cones or anything to warn how bad the hole was. Our boat actually bounced on the trailer when we hit the pot hole . The condo was as beautiful as the pictures as was the view . Unfortunately sitting on the balcony we were greeted by a lift a that that was working on the balconies . Also the electrical sockets in the 2nd bathroom were not working .

Nice and clean but they didn’t let us into the property grounds until after 4pm so we couldn’t enjoy the pool or any amenities . Also NO hot water in the room! Not a good experience when it could have been otherwise.

I can’t say enough good things about the management company. Everyone I talked to and worked with was amazing, truly. But, overall unimpressed with the booking and would not book this particular listing again. To start with the check in process took 30 minutes because security at the gate had the wrong last name on the listing, even though my name was stabled to the piece of paper behind wrong last name parking tag. To make matters worse we had just drove over 8 hours and had to use the restroom. To which the security guard told us “uh, I don’t know what to tell you”. Throughout the check in process the Vacasa staff was trying to work through the issues and contact the rental to clarify everything. They were fantastic in getting everything cleared. When we finally got into the rental and it very dirty. Every room in the rental had sand/dirt on the floor and the glass table/counter tops still had smears of food or something on this. If the toilet didn’t have a new clean seal on it I wouldn’t believe it was ever cleaned before we got there. We had to wear our shoes around the rental so we wouldn’t get sand on our feet and that just isn't okay to me. The second bedroom had a mold spot in the ceiling that was open. The money paid for two nights was not worth the overall hassle of check in and lack of cleanliness. My family and I go to the keys every year and I definitely will not stay here again and would not recommend to my family or friends. I do however appreciate everyone with Vacasa and Vrbo who assisted me and will use them again in the future.

The home was very clean , newly updated and comfortable beds. Only issue I was not happy with is they do not allow you to park JetSkis and you have to find a place to leave them . They allow boats but not certain types. This is why I gave it only 4 stars.

Nice place we would stay again. Wonderful ocean view.It was very clean and pretty much just like you see in the picture gallery. It is a quiet area we didn’t hear any partying going on at night.The pool is nice though it is a stretch to call the beach area a beach. The beach did have a bad smell in that area which we didn’t smell in other places in the community.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo balcony looked out over the conservation area and ocean. At night there were no lights and the stars are amazing. The unit is stocked, but the equipment not so good. You'll need your own can opener, and paper towels. The knives are not sharp. I get this, it's typical of rental units in Florida. But annoying when trying to open canned food. The pool area and beach area are clean and fun to hang out at, we met lots of nice people, residents and renters. Bartender at the pool was super nice. Great location to restaurants and other fun spots. Quiet at night. It would be nice if there were clear instructions for the lock. But we figured it out. The swing bar lock was broke. Only one hand soap was full, one was almost empty and the third was full of water soap mixture. There were no paper towels. Would I stay here again? Yes. None of the issues were a deal breaker, but letting them know would improve the property.

The view was amazing and the condo was just what we needed for our family. The pool is great and while expensive, the pool bar made good pina coladas!
