This is our second summer at this property. The property managers check in with us regularly. We had no issues that needed to be resolved. The house is beautiful, clean, furniture is nice. The backyard was updated from last year, with covered bar area, grassy volleyball area, and new loungers by the pool. The property has amazing views of both the sound and the ocean, and multiple balconies with furniture, to enjoy the views. We love the location of this property, as it's directly across to beach access, Jennette's Pier, Cahoons Market, and Fatboyz Ice cream is two doors down.

This property was perfect for our family-group of 11 (5 adults, 5 teens, and 1 child). We all enjoyed ourselves at this property. The location is great for teens. Our group ventured to the beach, ice cream, and were able to ride their bikes to other activities nearby.The description of this property is spot-on. The only thing we noticed is that there were multiple leaks from the roof on the top floor. It didn't impact our stay, but it was something that probably should be remediated. The management were also professional and informative; we didn't have any problems, issues during our stay, so contact was limited. This home is on a busy road that has cars on it 24/7, and there is a public parking lot across the street (where lots of cars meet up at night to rev their engines and drag race). This didn't bother us, because we're a loud bunch and the location outweighed the noise. If you like it super-quiet, this is not the location for you.While the house is not ADA compliant, it worked well for our group, which included a teenager who uses a wheelchair for mobility and is legally blind. Most of the doorways were wide enough for her chair and there was a tub available for her to bathe in. The elevator was key to us being able to stay and it worked great. She was able to navigate the home on her own.Beach access at Jennette's Pier is directly across the street. Shopping is close by and there is plenty to do to keep everyone occupied. We made many trips to nearby Fat Boyz and Cahoon's Market. We would definitely stay again!

The property was what would be considered absolutely perfect. The location is perfect: right between the ocean and the sound.
The property itself was beautiful, clean, modern and perfect. The yard and pool and hot tub were all perfect, and communication with the property manager was fantastic! There is a little market across the street that has anything you might need. Would absolutely recommend for a perfect OBX vacation!

This house was perfect in every way. It had anything you would need to prepare a meal. Great having a private bathroom for each room. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being over the top, this house is a 10. Hoping to go back next year.

We rented this house for a family get-away over Labor Day weekend. It was lovely. The home was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Location is fantastic; just across the street from the beach; within a block of Sam & Omie's, Dune Burger, Cahoon's Market, and Jeannette's pier. The landlord was helpful and friendly and checked-in on us via text twice during our stay. All in all a great experience.

We typically stay one street back and have had a lot of bad luck over the past few years with run down houses. We tried a different approach this year and skipped the standard real estate agencies. Although this was the top of our budget we were so thrilled with it! Every detail is thoughtful- fridge in the basement for water, sodas and other drinks so we could pack our coolers for the beach with low effort. Area just inside to put beach items so they don’t blow around, elevator was amazing for getting groceries upstairs. Very comfortable seating and beautiful decor. The kitchen is so well appointed and every drawer organized with tons of tools. The bunk is so cool with built-in bunks, all with power and lights. We just kept remarking how happy we were although I am sad to share so others may take our week! Thank you for a memorable trip! (Forgot to mention the VIEW!!!)

My two sons and their families stayed for one week. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware settings. The house was very clean and the host checked in through text messages to make sure we didn’t need anything. We hope to be back.

This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed at this property. We LOVE it and can't wait to return next year. The owners are so communicative and responsive through the week on any questions or just reminders. The house is newer so the house itself is so nice and clean inside. Great pool space and easy access to the beach.

We had a great stay. The house was the nicest we'd ever stayed at in OBX and located conveniently to the beach and shopping. If only the weather would have been nicer, it would have been one of our best weeks at the beach.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Our 1st time with this property and will likely make this our frequent property. Zero complaints,. And would definitely recommend. We took some executive clients and family/friends off shore fishing and they were extremely satisfied. This will be our next family trip and my next client trip destination.

The house was beautiful and well stocked! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Jeanette's Pier was right across the street. The hot tub was everyone's favorite while there. The elevator was also a huge plus. The communication with the property manager was excellent as well. We would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful house with getting your steps in which I enjoyed - centrally located. Great communication with Rebecca who provided a lot of information to plan our visit. The house was very clean, new, and the beds/pillows, and couches were extremely comfortable. Loved the care taken in the kitchen with everything needed and organized - Calphalon pans so cooking was a breeze and the Keurig is a plus! Pool with heat and hot tub are great options. Thanks for a great stay!

It was perfect for two families - you could get a 3rd family in but it was just right for two. Good location, cleanest and nicest house we've stayed in at OBX, very responsive to any questions/issues we had through the week. Would highly recommend!

Location and lovely home!
We vacationed last week of Aug 2021 - adult family of 6. Absolutely loved the pedestrian friendly location of this house - steps to Fat Boyz ice cream, shopping, beach, Sam & Omie’s, pier, Cahoon’s Mkt, Owen’s Restaurant. House is newly built and gorgeous. Elevator is high quality and worked great for all floors. Kitchen is huge and it has a Kuerig & regular coffee maker - both high quality. We rented chair/umbrella setup on the beach everyday (highly recommend) so we didn’t spend much time at the pool but it is nicely furnished with chairs. It’s like having oceanfront bc you have a clear view of the water over the top of Cahoon’s which is a low roof top. We watched many sunrises from the top deck. And even saw an end to end rainbow! Would love to have the same Polywood deck furniture on back deck so you could enjoy the sunsets and dinner as well. Communication with the owners/managers was over the top great. For those concerned about the noisy street, it really isn’t bad bc the traffic is 25mph (unlike homes in northern beaches on rt12 where it’s 45mph). Besides, it’s the beach - get up and see the sunrise! You can always nap. :)

We had a great week. The house was very nice. It was decorated and furnished nicely. We felt very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect for us. We plan to stay in this house again next year.

Perfect location
This house surprised us so much! We absolutely LOVED it and the location. The market across the street is absolutely adorable and has the loveliest people working there. We enjoyed the pier so much and the walk is so minimal, literally across the street. We loved people watching on the deck and there are ocean views from each of the front level decks and sound views off the back. Truly amazing! Don't have one negative thing to say about the property, except wish the pool had a pool light to make the evenings last a little longer swimming with the kids. But over all it was the perfect house! We miss it already.

Fantastic rental!
This home was very clean which was amazing walking into after a long day drive. The location can’t be beat, it’s across the street from a market and pier, with a restaurant on one side and an ice cream place on the other. The views from the balconies are stunning. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with top quality items. It’s an updated home and even comes with an elevator to each floor. The pool is heated and has a good depth to it. Highly recommend and definitely will stay with my family again.

Best Stay in Nags Head
Our family has been staying in the outer banks for over 60 years and we can truly say this is at the tip top of the list. From style, location, ocean views, cleanliness, amenities, and communication with the owners this cottage has it all. My kids loved the bunk room! They said it was "the best one on the beach". We walked to Sam & Omie's for breakfast and look forward to another stay when we can walk to Owens as well. We visited Jenette's Pier across the street and rode bikes that were provided as part of our stay. My kids loved the heated pool and had so much fun. The adults loved all the spacious decks to relax and have a cocktail and enjoy both ocean and sound views. This house works smartly for a beach vacation and it is designed with ease of use for a family stay. Plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing or come together as a family or with friends. It has a ton of closet space and nice luggage racks! The mattresses are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There is even a refrigerator in the basement entry right by the pool! We stored drinks for the pool and extra snacks for the kids. The pool has plenty of seating including chaise lounges and a picnic table and grill! The owners were so attentive and checked on us to make sure we were okay and did not need anything. We definitely want to come back and stay here again soon!

Great family getaway
The house is amazing! Location is fantastic and the views are spectacular!! The house is super clean and very spacious. My husband is a surfer and was able to surf right at the pier. The owner, Rebecca is super responsive and helped a lot with recommendations. We will def be back!

First time in Bags Head
We had a wonderful time. Location can’t be beat. The house was clean, well- appointed with great amenities. The grandparents loved having access to an elevator. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great Week at the Beach!
Our group of 3 families (little kids, teens and parents) had a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Nags Head. The home is very well maintained and the owner was in constant contact when we needed her. The house is even better in person than the pictures show. Access to the beach was quick and easy, the pool was very nice for our afternoon swimming and the kitchen was perfect for all of our baking and the 2 bushels of crabs we cooked from crabbing in Manteo with OBX Crabbing. We would definitely stay in this house again and we certainly wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful Home/Great Location
The owner payed special attention to details when building this home... the décor, the layout, comfortable mattresses/couches/chairs, well equipped kitchen, an elevator which was beyond useful when carting things upstairs and even a fireplace for the fall/winter. From the living room/front porches you have a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise. From the back porch a beautiful view of the sound and the sunset. It is located on Beach Road directly across the street from Calhoun's Market. That is very convenient when you suddenly realize you need something like bread, eggs, milk (the place carries everything though)and you don't feel like driving to a grocery store. Although there is a crosswalk in front of house, you still have to cross with caution because for some reason people don't get the concept of stopping for pedestrians. Jeanette's Pier is also located across the street and Sam and Omie's and Fat Boyz Ice Cream are all steps away from the house. Finally, I can't stay enough about the owner. During the beginning of the pandemic, she responded to emails/phone calls as I tried to figure out whether we should cancel or not. Her relaxed cancellation policy ultimately led me to keep the reservation. In a heartbeat we would in this home again.
