Excellent location of unit on lake with various water floats for use!The townhome is extremely clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances/utensils and bath soaps. SONOS system is great for music! We were a family of 6 adults and had plenty of space with upstairs and downstairs decks. Enjoyed fishing and swimming from dock. The host was easily accessible and very accommodating! We plan to visit again. You will have a great time!

Wake up and walk 25 feet to a private dock for a pleasant kayak trip or SUP. Stroll the neighborhood. Make a short drive to hike at Enchanted Rock. Eat dinner on either of the 2 decks facing north onto Lake LBJ. Enjoy the SONOS system to dance on a rainy evening. So nice... We didn’t want to leave!!

Our family once again had a very enjoyable stay at your beautiful Condo on the Lake of Horseshoe Bay. The attention to every detail to help make our stay feel like home away from home very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful view and grilling on the balcony, making breakfast, lunch and dinner on the new appliances. The bedrooms were all accommodating and each having their own bathroom was much appreciated. The patio furniture to sit outside in the evening to enjoy the sunsets on the lake very comfortable, again attention to every detail met. We had a wonderful time, 3 couples great bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, amazing view, close to the yacht club, private boat dock,. Splashtown brought boat to us and amazing stereo sound system. The most comfortable patio furniture. The owner Karl is awesome and one of a kind. Only one draw back is the kitchen is small and has to many appliances, lol. I highly recommend this condo 👌

Very nice, updated and well maintained condo. Right on the water, with a private for our boat and also a two minute walk to the club pool! Also had TVs in every room along with Netflicks which came in handy with the kids at night and in between boat rides. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, he also offered a bunch of advice about Horseshoe Bay and the surrounding areas. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation! Thanks Karl!!!

We had such an awesome time on Horseshoe Bay and made another year of memories! The views of the lake on each floor of this townhome are spectacular, the comfort and easy access to and from the lake just made our stay here so enjoyable. We so loved that after each day of fun and sun on the lake to come relax and re-energize in this beautiful townhome and on the balcony to watch the sunset and see the view of the stars twinkle at night. I will highly recommend your beautiful place to all my friends and family and to anyone else that want a perfect place and view of Horseshoe Bay to make awesome memories. We were so happy that you had floats, comfortable patio furniture, plenty of room for all our family to sleep comfortably, the awesome sound system for T.V., music that you provided with playlists, the grill for cooking, etc.... again as I said everything we needed was at hand. We are from Minnesota. We decided to stay here on the reccomendations of close friends from MN who had been prior guests. While wanting warmer weather, we had a cabin in MN so being on a lake in TX appealed to us. We found the condo clean and very well equipped. We like to travel and see interesting spots along with resturants. We found several local towns which had lots of interesting places within them. The condo had three bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All were well equipped - we found nothing missing. Soaps and towels were 1'st class. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all the needed tools. We look forward to another three months in 2018.

We had a fantastic time celebrating Mother's Day at this clean, updated condo! Easy access to the resort and local restaurants, and an unbeatable view of the bay! Our family of five had plenty of room and loved the instant access to the water. Thank you, Karl, for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. Being on the lake, with a great view started off every morning on a positive note! Condo was clean, with a great location to golf, entertainment and Hill Country Wineries. Karl was a wonderful owner to work with. I would rent his property again in a heart beat!

I have stayed at this condo for several years. The owner is very gracious and helpful. He strives to insure his guests a perfect experience by maintaining a well kept and nicely appointed unit. Walking into the unit is like walking into someone's home. The condo is centrally located to all activities at horseshoe Bay. The other unit owners in the complex are friendly, welcoming, and a joy to be around. Truly a beautiful and relaxing place.

Over the past five years, we have stayed in this perfect condo on Lake LBJ many times. It truly is one of the nicest, best appointed, most comfortable, and most convenient places to stay while at Horseshoe Bay. Everything is always clean and with nice linens and the most up to date amenities. It has been great for get togethers with friends or with family, and the owner has always been most helpful. Once we stayed at another condo nearby, and we were very disappointed. This is the best by far!

This place is amazing. My husbands family stayed there when we got married at HSB and they were in heavan. Plus the ower was so nice to work with. The place is very clean, good quality sheets and kitchen. All you need for a home away from home! The view is just the icing on the cake!

Recently stayed for five days in this wonderful condo. It is a great location, right on the lake so even if the weather is warm there is always a breeze off the lake. The amenities were excellent, any thing you could possibly want or need. The Yacht Club is just a short walk away with a pool and huge hot tub. Would recommend this to anyone.

What a wonderful place on the Colorado River! Everything we needed was there - dishes, pots and pans, and wine glasses! A bathroom for each bedroom allows for privacy and comfort. The condo was exceptionally clean. The view of the river was spectacular. What a great place for friends to gather!
