Przestronne i czyste miejsce, przejrzyste instrukcja odbioru kluczy.
Niestety słychać dość głośno i sąsiadów zza ścian i zza drzwi.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und bestens eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig, frisch und köstlich in einem sehr geschmackvollen Ambiente mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
Die Idee, mit der Klimaanlage zu heizen finde ich nicht sehr prickelnd. Vor allem wo ja ein Heizkörper vorhanden ist! Es ist in der Nacht eine sehr unangenehme Geräusche Kulisse!! Explodierende Heizkosten hin oder her....den erholsamen Schlaf sollte es nicht beeinflussen...

Nepatiko arogantiškas bendravimas, kai užsakėme numerį, liepė atsiųsti ID kortelę, nusiuntę teiravomės ar gavo, ar viskas gerai, atsakė tik iš trečio karto ir tai neatsakė į klausimą, o "padėkojo". Atvykus į vietą niekur neradome jokios informacijos apie WiFi, rašėme SMS žinutę - nieko, rašėme žinutę per Booking programėlę - nieko, atsiuntė kodą tik tada, kai pradėjome skambinti telefonu. Jei ne keistas bendravimas, įvertinimas būtų aukštesnis ...

Nové, čisté, moderní, na klidném místě. Možný pre-check-in přes odkaz z e-mailu. Poměr ceny a kvality je více jak za 10 bodů. I díky naprosto perfektní snídani.
Při přihlašování při příjezdu jsme obdrželi vstupní kartu, příjemné bylo, že ve dveřích do apartmánu se nacházel i klíč, takže bylo možné dveře uzamknout. Zmatky pak vznikly po našem odjezdu, kdy jsme klíč nechali ve dveřích tak, jak jsme jej nalezli, a do schránky vhodili jen kartu. Následně nám z hotelu volali, že jej nemohou najít. Zřejmě tedy bylo nutné i klíč při odjezdu vhodit do schránky, ale to nás nenapadlo, vzhledem k tomu, že jsme jej při příjezdu neobdrželi.
Dále spíše jen poznatky, než výtky. V pěší vzdálenosti jen minimum restaurací. Kuchyňka na přípravu studené večeře a ohřátí mléka pro dceru dostačující. Chyběla nám houbička na nádobí. Třetí postel je spíše přistýlka, ale manžel se na ní vyspal v pohodě.

The Room was really ok (clean, cozy, quiet). Also has small kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was not big, but all the main food of breakfast you can find :) Parking in front of entrance
From first it was a little confused where to get room key and how to check in, but read as you know, read instructions first :) I booked for three adults, but third bed was extra bed and quite small its ok that my wife is short :)

It is very clean and the room itself is comfortable. We arrived late in the evening so had to pick up the key from the machine, but there was no problem with that.
The only downside was that the A/C in our room was not functioning properly. It was a very hot day and night and we could not sleep well because we could not cool down the room. We arrived late in the evening (10:30pm) so the reception was closed, otherwise I would ask for a different room.

Bed is comfortable, big size room, warm room. Easy key pick up.
Bedsheets dirty, no slippers. They threaten us with fine if we didn't fill out form. They must fill out form it's not my job. Room heating is air condition and I closed at night because of my health issues. Cold room.

Easy to find, good parking, clean room, friendly contact with the owner via chat at first.
No functioning WIFI internet, nothing was done to fix it after we asked about it. "Yes its broken" then no further answer. Shower has hot water only for 5min, then its ice cold for the next person.

I really reccomend this motel. Contact was very fast (I send my ID photo being next to the motel and get the code immediately). Location is good. It was very quiet, clean, new and comfortable. There is free water dispenser in the corridor.
Only thing I didn't like was few cuttlery (only one spoon and 2 pieces of everything else (knifes, glass and so on). It is difficult to eat meals when there is two of you and there is no extra cuttlery.
